Musty room. Questionable sheets. If you pay with cash, you'll have to pay a $75 deposit, which you will get back when you check out if the room is not damaged after your stay. Continental breakfast was decent. They had eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, coffee, orange juice and apple juice.

Nice place to stay. Clean rooms and comfy bed and pillows. Pretty good great start breakfast selection. Overall a nice experience.

Okay place to spend the night. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast seemed a bit skimpy on selection.

Really enjoyed their cable television. Pet rooms not recomended. Windows provide easy room access — do not try on 2nd floor. Sneak pets into regular rooms via cooler or houseplant disguise.

It's a cheap place to stay: that's it! Local people bumming around the hotel. I got absolutely no sleep. The compressor for the AC would turn on and sound like it was going to fall apart. I had to turn it off. People were going in and out of the room next to me all night long. In between the door sounds next door, I could hear the headboard beating against the wall, and a girl having sex. It was an absolute nightmare! The only good thing is that there is a lot to do in the area.

Very nice and well kept. The breakfast needed some paying attention to most of the things they offered was empty. There were plenty of places in easy walk to go to for food or necessary items.

My friend and I stopped here on a cross-country road trip when we just needed a place to crash fo the night. It looks fine from the outside, and the lobby looks fine, but our room had rips and crusty stains on the comforters and more than one hair on the bathroom floor. Just keep driving!

I will never come here again. Management was so rude. He Didn’t want to take my ID because it was from California. I don’t see why not? I’m sure he just wanted to be an ass. & phone, lights and TV didn’t work. My stay just sucked! I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Quiet and clean. Excellent restaurant right near by. Staff was extraordinary. Food was awesome.

This hotel was very small but very quite and nice. Friendly staff and I booked online so I got a very good deal on the price. But the price isn't bad anyways. The parking is very good, clean rooms. Very nice I'll will stay again in future.

Average size room, fairly clean. Most of all, it was QUIET! The woman at reception was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Other then Room was a bit on small size it was clean. Beds were comfy. A. C. Worked great and had no odor to them. Overall great place.

Great place. Cheryl restaurants nearby. Room was clean and slept well. And actual truck parking. Not the pretend truck parking. Staff did a great job accommodating my needs.

This started out to be a 4 star review. This hotel has nice rooms, Clean beds and Comfortable mattress's The only thing I could complain about is the bathroom sink and counter look like whoever installed them had no idea what they were doing. Don't let the lobby decor turn you off, the rooms are great. BUT… the customer service stinks. We were 5 minutes after the 9:00 end of breakfast when we walked in the dining room. I realize we were late but everything was still set up and people were still eating. We were going to grab a quick bowl of cereal when the manger jumped up from his breakfast and started throwing supplies in to the cupboards. A polite, I'm sorry the dining room is closed would have sufficed. We felt we were given the bus rush. He babbled something but his English is none to inteligable. Too bad for them. We owns a vacation resort and we're scouting out hotels en to recommend to our clients. This one is no longer on the list. Customer Service is important to us.

Rooms are laid out very nicely. Fairly easy to get to. Probably a most important they are clean. And great customer service.

Great customer service. Mediocre accommodations. Rooms were clean and kinda updated. It's a good room for a cheap travel stop-over. Very pet friendly. Parking was an iasue as the small hotel was full. Did I mention great customer service. Helped us out of a bad reservation at a hotel down the street. I'll put up with a lot for good, friendly employees.

I like it was very peaceful and supper clean just what we needed since we drove from MN to NYC. I would come back.

Clean, ac works great & quiet. Nice LCD TV but no HD. It looks like crap. My queen bed is comfortable. Plenty of parking even if you drive a rig or box truck like I do. The only negative was the CURRY smell. It smells bad. Once you turn the AC on, it helps a little bit. I would not come back just because of the CURRY smell. I am a non smoker & I don't smell any smoke & that's a pet peeve for me. Clean, quie, plenty of parking & AC works great. Only the one negative. I travel throughout the US. My husband and I stayed 3 nights to do some work at a local business. The room was nice and clean. The staff was not friendly at all. My husband accidently dropped a roll of toilet tissue in the toilet. He promptly removed it and went to ask the lady in housekeeping for more. She handed it to him and said don't let it happen again, this stuff cost money.!

Location is good depending on where you're going. If South Bend is in your plan, be ready for 30minute commute back and forth. Not fun. Rooms are mostly clean but the building has a smoke-like smell. Smoking is not allowed but the smell is still there. Reserved double queen-bed room for 3 people, got charged an extra $10 for the third person — __-

I called ahead booked 2 rooms for two couples. Gave my credit card number. When I got there the girl looked my right in the eye and said "sorry sir we over booked and I have no credit card on file so all I can do is let you all stay in the same room and give you a six dollar discount off the double room charge for extra adults. in other words they lie like rugs and do nothing about it. So dont expect the accommodations you book.

Super clean. Came in late at night, no delays with check in. Night desk person very friendly.

For the price it is worth it it has been updated if u pay cash there is a deposit but u get it back when u check out unless u tare things up or smoke in the rooms.

Service was fine. Only issue was obnoxious guests interrupting sleep.

I normally stay here 3 or 4 times per month. Rooms have been redone and the beds are awesome. I have stayed at most other motels in Elkhart and surrounding area and none compare. Staff are friendly and go out of thier way to make your visit enjoyable. I stay in motels about 100 nights a year and this is one of my favorites. Breakfast is not bad either. If you want a great room for not a lot a lot of money this is a must stay. Jeremy.

I didn't even get to stay at this hotel when I arrived there was no one in the lobby to check me in and I waited for 30 minutes calling the number given with no answer. Will never stay at this hotel.

This place is a dump, first room had not been cleaned so they gave me another room, it was as bad as the first room. Hair in the bed the shower and on the bathroom floor. Carpet had not been vacuumed and it stinks.

I have stayed there three days on two different dates very friendly. The one time I was up for a funeral and needed to get some clothes dried quickly and they were kind enough to let me use their washers and driers. Very nice couple kind people will do everything possible to make your stay pleasant. A+A+.

Room was very clean, I was very satisfied, except the mattress was very firm and I can't sleep well on a firm mattress : (but I would stay again. Just see if they have a pillowtop mattress next time ;).

Very rude at front desk, the sign out front said 39.95 Sun-Thurs. I checked in on Tuesday and paid 42.95 plus tax. (was by myself non-smoking). His explanation was I called the night before and made a reservation for $42.95. Whatever so sad, they come to this country with help from our gov and crap all over us. Also said he can't give points towards my rewards card because the rate was to low, even though I paid more than most for his smelly room. Your guess is as good as mine. As far as I'm concerned, I hope this place goes out of business. In case you were wondering, it's Indian owned. Wow big surprise.
