I needed a room through the day per I drove all night. They told me they had rooms but they would not let me have one till after 3 PM. I needed one from 8am to 5 pm. What a joke! So took my Business somewhere else!

Clean and comfortable hotel located just outside Indianapolis. Out of the other 5 hotels across the country I stayed at, this one was the ranked the best for the price. Very clean. Free breakfast was better than most with biscuits and gravy in addition to typical waffles, beads, cereal, coffee, and juice. Had an issue where I locked myself out of my room's bathroom because I pushed the lock in and turned and didn't realize it didn't unlock when I opened. The overnight front desk lady gave me a hard time and said she would have to call someone in when I asked for a too to reopen it. When she called, she learned a paper clip was all that's necessary. I would give 5 stars otherwise but I believe customer service is a critical part of the hospitality industry. Check in and check out was an easy experience otherwise.

An average hotel at an average price. They do have a breakfast bar, but it is sub par at best, with no vegan options. The rooms were cleaner than some hotels but overall the place needs a bit of work.

The room was clean, there is no breakfast, I will call it snacks. But service was good and plenty of parking.

The rates are good. The room was clean. The breakfast in the morning was awesome. The second floor could do with a serious update but other than that, it was a great experience. My husband and I went for a parent's night out, we got the hot tub suite. Best night's sleep we've had in awhile.

Simple and nice hotel. Lacking breakfast options… Biscuits & gravy, cereal, bread, gas station Danish, waffles, coffee & juice… No eggs or bacon.

This hotel has been clean the several times I have stayed here. For the price, it is a great accommodation. Any basic amenity you might need in a room seems to be present and fairly updated. Only the breakfast was unimpressive. There was little variety, and it was especially lacking in protein options.

Rooms were clean. Smallest hotel TV I've ever seen. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this is the poorest excuse for a breakfast I've EVER seen… a complete joke. Had Tin Caps schedules sitting out… hello? Their season ended in September, and this is November. Doors to laundry room left open. Just tacky, and lack of attention to detail. It looks like it was maybe just bought from Baymont. Get your stuff together, and at the very least make the breakfast worth eating.

Check in was a breeze, staff was kind and courteous, room was clean no odors, Arby's and a small store next door. I'd definitely stay here again.

Clean overall. Nice service and very affordable. There are certainly nicer hotels out there, but very decent for the price.

Customer service is tip notch, I goofed up my reservation employee named Ashton helped make sure everything was corrected. Room was ok, chairs looked dirty and probably need replaced. Breakfast lacked protein, no eggs sausage or bacon, but employees were seen making sure things offered were well stocked.

We visited the Decatur, Indiana location the staff were kind and extremely helpful, the room was clean and very affordable.
