Be more thoughtful of customer's emergencies. We had an emergency and canceled with plenty of time, you ignored that and as soon as you could charge our card you took our money. We called to explain and we didn't get a full refund. What a shame that people are so heartless.

Staff was very friendly, stayed in the Spruce executive cottage which was very quiet, plenty of room for 2. Gardens with the beautiful flowers, fountains and sittings areas are awesome. The fact they served breakfast was a plus. Very clean and cute. Close to the beach, and downtown.

Probably would not choose this again. Looks tired and in need of remodel. Bathrooms are not clean. Needs Clorox! Breakfast provided however pretty sparse and unimaginative.

Such a delightful place to stay. It's close to downtown. The rooms are clean and quaint. And they offer a modest complimentary breakfast. Not only that but the staff were welcoming and helpful. I also felt they charged a fair price. Totally recommend!

Clean, good location, comfortable (kinda), quaint spot. My room was built for hobbits, attic-like. With that said, I can see the ocean (barely) and hear it at night. So the Palm room is all good… for a short solo traveler.

Great location and very cozy and vintage rooms. I do believe it’s overpriced for what you get as far as the room is concerned, but then again, there isn’t much else that’s any better in the area. Staff make it great. We had a great time here.

Good, clean place, walls are a bit thin. In the cold months I'd bring some warm pajamas.

Cozy cabin off the street. Cabin had a slightly musty scent but after popping the window open and going out for dinner it was fine. Inn is pretty close to a lot of good food options but beware if you come on a weekend as things tend to close early — we almost missed dinner at 5:45. Breakfast was complete and delicious. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Great location, way overpriced small room, old and not well maintained, visible patches on balcony, room door had a hole developing, shower hot water either way hot or too cold, you can hear all the conversations and people walking around in adjacent and room below. Bed was ok, not great. Breakfast frittatas need help. Decent parking, friendly staff.

This Inn is absolutely adorable with great customer care. I found it to be very clean and efficient. The breakfast was delicious, with all kinds of options. I would stay here again and recommend staying here for anyone. Best off all it is very close to the main street with plenty of parking.

Very nice, old fashioned Inn. The rooms are pretty simple and old style but the place is clearly taken very good care of and the property is very clean and neat and decorated very nicely! Also the beach is at a walking distance and the main street is on the other side so the location couldn't be more perfect. Place is also pet friendly and the staff is also very nice. Would definitely recommend to others!

We had the room named Knotty Pine. It was very cozy and lovely but it was hard to cool it down as it had no A/C and the windows were hardly accesible. The breakfast was great in a comfortable dining room.

Breakfast is very good. Room is small it is atmosphere, decorated and cozy. Breakfast is very delicious.
