Pillows were awful and bed doesn't feel clean very little sound proofing and breakfast was awful. Service manager you couldn't understand when he tried speaking to you about anything.

Rooms were dirty and smelled like smoke. Generally just not a nice place.

Great people… clean rooms… very hospitable.

The room didn't have a microwave or refrigerator. You have to use two remotes for the TV. The room was okay but not great. The ice machine is located in the lobby and didn't look too clean. We ordered pizza delivery from a local pizza place but, you had to go to the lobby to pick it up because, they wouldn't deliver to the room. I am not sure why but it may be because of the location. I will not stay there again.

Came into the town pretty late. Middle of the night. The night manager was courteous enough, and did allow me to pay cash due to a snag on my debit card. It was rediculous the paperwork and signatures it took to finally get the room, and I was relieved to be able to sleep for a little while. But when I opened the door, I was basically so distracted by all of the things that looked bad, or did not work, I almost couldn't relax. I almost started questioning what neighborhood I was in, lol. This is a beautiful, Clean suburb of Indy, with many polite, socially inclined people. And multi ethnic as well. But this hotel looks like an upgrade missed it twice, lol. I hope they refurbish the rooms soon, because it doesn't do well reflecting the town around it. Pea green and yellow sheets?

Very very unprofessional! I had to call 911. Refused my reservation that was placed online. Got locked in building after he handed my ID/Credit card back. Extremely disappointed on this specific Super 8 owner, and following “customer care” phone service. The cops however, are amazing in this town and did not seem surprised by this treatment here.

The room was not worth the amount of money it cost to stay. The coffee machine was moldy. The heat never got hot and the guy behind the counter was kind of rude.

Average motel. Has everything you need. The only (big) downside was it was VERY difficult to sleep. The motel is right off the highway and it seemed like we were sleeping outside with how noisy and loud it was. Other than that, not a bad stay.

The room smelled musty, the TV picture was not good on all channels. The light above the sink flicked on and off. Beds as sheets were clean.

Rooms have been renovated but they smell like they have been water damaged. No pool, no amenities, not even a guest laundry facility. Person at front desk was only mildly friendly. Place looks like a roach motel from the outside. Only 2 stars instead of one because out actually has a flat screen tv.

Unfortunately this was the worst visit I have ever experienced at a Super 8. It was an "upgraded" hotel that didn't even have ABC, CBS or NBC on TV. It was overpriced, and I was refused a refund because I had rented the room longer than 10 minutes when I requested it. I saw no "upgrades" that made it different from all other Super 8 motels I have stayed in.

Not bad for the price, it had comfortable beds, a fridge and microwave. The phone was broken, the curtain was falling down, and the luggage rack was bent. Breakfast with skimpy, but other than that, it was okay.

We booked a three day stay with this hotel. Two weeks before our trip we discovered that we would have to cancel. Super 8 apparently feels that an acceptable cancellation fee is 20 bucks off our 300$ stay. They refused to speak with us regarding the issue when we called, and our efforts to contact them via their "appropriate channels" were met with silence. After a week of this we had to pay 280 dollars for literally nothing. Don't give them your business.

At the end of a winding, confusing road. Lights in our room flickered. The shower did that high pitched squealing thing. Breakfast was out of coffee well before breakfast time was over. No one at the counter when we went to check out. They had no roof over the outside stairwell… a pain in heavy rain! On the plus side, it was clean and inexpensive.

The housekeeper didn't do a very good job cleaning the room we stayed in. There was a dirty wash cloth found hanging over the showerhead and the mini coffee maker wasn't clean. Also, a portion of the wall next to the bed was dirty like someone wiped boogers over it. Finally, dry urine was found on the floor around the sides of the toilet.

I will never stay at this hotel again! After driving all day, room stunk of smoke even though we were told no smoking in the hotel. The Wi-Fi didn't connect, and no warm water! The front desk told us the water heater was broken. I can't believe this hotel can still be in business.

This was absolutely the worst experience my husband and I have had traveling and we travel often! On Dec 14, 2015 There were peanuts and what looked like straw all over the floor between the 2 beds. Obviously nobody bothered to vacuum. I pulled the comforter and sheets back on one bed to see long black dog hairs ALL OVER between the top and bottom sheet, what looked like loose dirt, and a ball of possibly human hair. I flipped out! Didn't even WASH THE SHEETS before giving us this room! The other bed had stains all over the comforter. The microwave was just sitting on the floor. We should have be given a refund! Our garage is cleaner than that room! So sad… take that much money from people but not care enough to WASH THE SHEETS. Just Shameful.

The male employees are extremely rude and disrespectful … After driving over 24 hours I came to my room to be told check out was at 3pm. Okay … Fine… But afterwards while searching for another room they continued to talk about me. The old white man proceded to mimic me and the way I talk as for I am from south ga. Place shouldn't still be running. Needs new employees and owners.

I did not research this hotel very well. I paid $129.00 through Priceline. Thought I thought it had a pool for my children. Checked in an knew immediately I made a mistake. But all other hotels in this area are booked so I am going to WalMart to buy sheets so my girls don't sleep in beds. This place is disgusting. Ugh. Mistake to pay so much.
