Love this hotel! We stayed here last year for a convention and loved it so much, we booked it again this year. The rooms are clean and spacious! The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided which is hot, good quality, and great selection. We will stay here again next year and any other time we're in the Indianapolis area.

We had an event at the Hampton Inn and Marla at the front desk was the sweetest lady and the day staff lady was very helpful also but I didn't get her name. The maintaince guy helped set up the room and fixed tables for us. Great people all around. We were expecting to walk in and have the room set up to our needs but it wasn't. There room needed cleaning, tables fixed, table cloths dirty, set-up, etc. Glad we came in hours before event. The staff worked together and got it done. So my stars are for them.

Nice clean hotel, rooms were spotless and very modern looking. Lighting was good which is something a lot of hotels could learn from. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was very friendly. My only complaint would be that not all the front desk staff are as nice.

I booked a room on expedia and accidentally hit the wrong month and they were sold out everywhere! They had the nicest lady named Marla working the front desk that tried her best and stayed on the phone for about 20 minutes looking me, my daughter, and mother a room for the night since we had been on the road for over 10 hours. I just wanted to say thanks to Marla and her excellent customer service and going above and beyond for strangers!

Nice place with nice size rooms. I would recommend requesting your room on the hall away from highway. We kept our account fan on with no problem when we stayed in a room next to the highway.

Great service overall. Even got a late check out and although they seemed kinda mad about 45 mins… they let me do it and made the trip easier for me.

Had 2 great nights of sleep. Clean room and bathroom. And Ms. Laura lays out a nice breakfast spread. Going back in June. Found a cozy spot.

Good, clean room. All the amenities you need. Shower and bed, clean. Very friendly staff. Ms. Laura laid out a very nice breakfast spread. Anyone who complains about their stay here must be habitual whiners. Our experience was warm and welcoming.

Very frustrated with Hampton inn. I called back in November trying to reserve a block of rooms for my wedding. I was told it had to go through corporate and I would know within a couple weeks. I called 4 more times since then and they said they would Get back with me. They didn’t get back with me until late January to tell me they are all booked. Very frustrating to find out two months later, when trying to plan a wedding. Don’t recommend.

Terrible customer service issue with hotel manager Angela Golden. Booked reservations for four nights/ 2rooms and was quoted price of $149 per night. Was quoted price on two separate calls. Received confirmation email and was billed for $149 for one night and other three nights at $259 per night. Called hotel and spoke to Kelly who confirmed price and then she said she would take care of the problem. Hesitation in her voice and then said there was a pricing issue. I asked to speak to Angela Golden who is quite possibly the worst person to have in a position of manager. Angela told me she would do nothing and that I should call corporate to complain but it wouldn’t matter as when the complaint comes back to the hotel she would just not honor her employees mistake. Angela then hung up on me twice. Called corporate and they took complaint. Called back to hotel and spoke to Angela and she argued with me again. Asked her for the franchise owners name and she refused to give it as her decision is final. Been a Hilton honors member for 20 years and I can tell you because of her inexcusable behavior I will never step foot in your brand of hotels again. If the owners are accepting this level of behavior from one of their managers, all I can say is good luck. Your “brand” just lost a loyal customer.

Snow was not plowed from 24 hours prior. Salt was so deep around the entrance you could slip and fall on the salt. The rooms are petty clean but the shower was very dirty and calcium build up was terrible. The shower head didn't even work correctly because the calcium. The tv's are locked down so you can not access the HDMI ports on the screen. The t. V. Remote didn't run channels. I had to download an app on my phone to control the tv. And still was not able to select a different HDMI port to watch my computer. The front office staff was great. Very friendly and tried to help but not able to make it work.

Clean and Spacious rooms. Continental breeakfat with Pam was terrific. The positive, cheerful notes on the plates were a great addition. Thank you Pam!

The hotel staff was very accommodating. Don't sleep on the side with the highway, which is the "odd numbered" side as you will listen to the cars and trucks all night! The place is clean and the breakfast was very nice.

We've stayed at this hotel multiple times now and every time has been very positive. The staff is polite and professional, the rooms are clean and breakfast in the morning is relatively average, but good.

Very nice room. Quiet and comfortable. The staff was lovely. The fresh cookies are a nice touch. I would definitely stay again.

The room was very nice. My kids loved having an indoor pool, which had pool toys. The staff was so nice. When they found out that we were in town for a funeral they sent gift baskets to the whole family.

Very clean, great breakfast selections, waffles, omelettes, sausage, fried potatoes, hot cereal, oatmeal, cold cereal, fresh fruit, Bagels, muffins, cinnamon rolls, toast, orange juice apple juice cranberry juice all of it looked very good and also tasted very good. People behind the counter were very nice and helpful. Our room was very quiet didn't hear much from The Neighbors. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

If you're trying to block out rooms for a wedding here, look elsewhere. I called 3 different times and finally someone answered the phone. I gave my info and answered several questions, I became optimistic that they seemed organized. Lady said she would give my info to management and they would be in touch in a few days with pricing and details to give to our guests. After two weeks of me calling 4 different times and leaving a message with the front desk (each time they assured me the manager would call me back the next day and never did) I gave up. They lost a 15+ room booking because I'm sending my wedding guests elsewhere. Seriously, how hard is it to return a phone call?!

The facility is overall nice and clean. However, we were missing an ice bucket and sheets for the pullout sofa from our room. Front desk staff was not mean, but not the friendliest. The guys setting up breakfast were super friendly and helpful. Oh, and you can hear a lot of highway noise from inside.

Overall the hotel was clean and nice service, can't say same for the morning breakfast. First day day ran out of plates, cups and coffee. Unpleasant kitchen staff.

Do not leave anything in your room if you are staying there multiple nights and days because personal things will come up missing and they will not do anything about it to get your items back. I wouldn't suggest anyone to stay here if that's the way it's gonna be!

I was at this Hampton Inn to get finger printed for a pistol permit. The front desk was nice and helpful, the atmosphere was nice and for the right price I would definitely stay overnight.

Room was great. Breakfast was delicious. Room was a bit noisy side it was close to elevators and music played all night long.

We always stay at Hampton Inn when staying overnight. We appreciate the clean rooms, military discount and friendly service. We often choose to stay outside of Indy at this Hampton Inn when in town for events which was the case this weekend. We stayed two nights and upon returning to the hotel at 11pm from the event we attended in the city we found our hotel room to be "half done". It literally looked like they got started and then dropped everything and left. Our beds were stripped of all linens and our dirty towels piled by the bathroom were removed. Our trash was not. Clean folded bed sheets were laying on a chair next to both beds. Our 4 year-olds were cranky and in need of a shower and bed. We had to request clean towels and then once we started making our own beds we had no pillow cases. Once I made a trip down to get pillow cases the lady at the front desk was very apologetic. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager in the morning. Upon checkout I was not asked how our stay was, so I explained my frustration. The manager then came to the desk and made no apologies but offered $20 off our room. At the front desk there are 2 clear plaques that say "satisfaction guaranteed your stay is free if you are not satisfied". I pointed this out to the manager and told her to do what she felt was fair. She ultimately did comp one of our nights, but did so without any apologies and after an explanation of why she didn't want to comp our room.

Room was clean and quiet. All I could possibly ask for.

Good hotel, clean, easy to get to.

Amazing suite! Hard floors, on the end of the hotel and has a wonderful jacuzzi bathtub in the room! Bed was very comfortable and it was EXTREMELY clean.
