I find staying in all IHG hotels a pleasure. People are professional, helpful to my requirements. Staff I find are the face of the hotel. Housekeeping and property impeccably fantastic clean well maintained.

Very clean room and facility! The staff was exceptionally nice. The pool area was very clean and well kept. Very satisfied.

Third stay… doesn't disappoint… the rooms are clean and well appointed for a Holiday Inn Express. The pool and patio are are nice and roomy. They even have a ping pong table. The free breakfast is good with several options for a hotel at this level. The front desk associates are always friendly and helpful. Joey took care of us this time. We will stay again and would recommend for those passing through Bedford.

Called to check rates for this hotel. When they were much higher than the rate published through IHG’s website, we told the staff person that we would “pass”. She didn’t say a word and just disconnected the call. If this is representative of their customer service, I’m happy we chose not to stay there.

Very clean. Pillows and blankets are amazing. Staff is friendly.

Great hotel. Very nice and clean. The pool area is AWESOME! Large pool, and large hot tub/spa. There is also a giant sitting area and ping-pong table connected to the pool area. The rooms are big and the suites make one room feel like 3 rooms. Even though I could still see my son, his tablet didn't bother me and the television I was watching didn't affect him. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The only issue so far is that they accidentally booked the wrong room for us on our last stay, and they were sold out of all their other rooms. We ended up having to make floor beds for some of our kids, but it still worked out… Just be SURE which room you are getting if you need a suite with a pull-out couch/bed. Junior suites do not include a couch. Main downside is simply that they are always booked, and they aren't very good at answering the phone in the main lobby. But still a great hotel and will definitely stay there again, as we have to stay in this area a lot.

Rooms are loud from kids running in hallways and pet prices are very high per day even though they don't clean rooms everyday if you are staying for a couple of days. Breakfast is good and hot.

Pretty good hotel but in need of some upgrades. The lamps have outlets near the beds for phone charging, but many are so worn out that they don't work. Televisions are new, but the video quality is poor due to only basic cable through old wiring. Breakfast area is nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Like the environment. Well naked staff what's the ability to provide anything that I needed, the only downfall is that the hot tub is in the bathroom instead of out in the open area where we would be able to watch TV if needed.

Stayed for a wedding in September 2017. Great breakfast, friendly staff, very clean room. The best nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel. I dream of going back…

We stayed here for recreation. They had just redone the pool area so the first day it was inaccessible, that was a bummer. However, the 2nd day we were able to swim. We stayed here to visit Paoli Peaks & French Lick Polar Express. Staff was GREAT! The breakfast was also good. Will stay again.

Was clean very nice inn. Took my kids on vacation. Had great time. Pool was clean and plenty of towels. Rooms was up to date.

The best night's sleep I ever had. Can't wait to go back! And the breakfast was great people friendly! LOVE EVERY MINUTE I WAS THERE. Oi could be a spoks person for this place I loved it so much.

Beds were very soft and the free breakfast and Wi-Fi make it totally worth it… don't cheap out go with the brand standard.

For the most part it was clean! The sitting chair in the room was dirty with food spillage! Nice breakfast and warm cookies in the lobby!

Lovely place. Staff was amazing, cleaned very well, room was spotless and breakfast was amazing. I loved that breakfast even catered to my family who is vegan.

This is a terrible Holiday inn Express. The hotel is dated and not kept up. The front desk was non caring and ignored very basic requests. Sleeping in my car would of been more enjoyable.

Great room, friendly staff. Only bad thing about the trip would have been the bathroom door didn't latch but didn't bother me. Would come back.

Friendly staff, breakfast was magnificently standard, nice room. Every parking space was taken but one and there was drunk bullies there preventing me from parking. Honestly they made me cry but that's not really the hotel's fault but still, Why are you having a tailgate party at a hotel.

Nice place with great staff! Close to lots of family fun. Exactly what I had hoped to see and find. Science with the geology of Bluesprings Caverns and the area then history with Pioneer Village in Spring Mill State Park is perfect for us. Area also has hiking and nice pool. Couldn't ask for better!

Very nice. It was clean and well kept. Enjoyable stay.

They put me in a room overlooking the indoor pool, I couldn't sleep until all the screaming kids left. If you want to sleep before 10pm because you have a long day the next day, refuse a room by the pool. Totally annoying.

The place looked nice and the bed was comfortable but we left covered in bug bites (possible bed bugs since it was the middle of winter). The maid didn't service our room even after being asked. The breakfast was mediocre and the pool and hot tub were so over chlorinated the smell made me retch. The front desk lady Kim was terribly unfriendly though the other girls we incounterd were alright. Key cards and Wi-Fi wouldnt work half of the time. The elevator sounds rough and is bumpy like it probably needs serviced. I wouldn't stay again if they paid me.

Front desk clerk was amazing! She made sure that if we had any issues with the 5000 kids that were there that night to let her know and she would handle it for us. Great service great rooms!

Location was fine, not a far drive from everything. The room was nice, the pool clean, the Wi-Fi fast, and the staff was friendly.

I have stayed here several times while visiting family. The staff is always helpful and courteous; they would handle any request in a timely manner. I left an item, and they held onto it until I came back for another visit, which was months. The breakfast is better than expected. As to the internet, it is acceptable during the day and high speed at night. I have a background in IT and understand when you have several guests using your network, it will slow it down. The same thing happens at my house when I am downloading movies, playing on Xbox live, streaming movies, and surfing the internet at the same time. It would also happen at Starbucks and McDonalds. My boyfriend was able to hook up his Xbox and play Halo 4 online without any problems over Thanksgiving weekend. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I would like to note that I usually stay at Westin Hotels.
