Literally the most unprofessional and terrible service I have EVER received from a hotel in my life. I stayed here over the weekend and my boyfriend put his credit card on file. My flight got in earlier so I went to check in and then said his card wasn't letting them charge the $200 incidental fee. Fine whatever I'll put my card down. Instead they charge me 737 DOLLARS. On top of that I TOLD the front desk guy FOUR times that the machine said 737 and not 200 and he said "oh that's just our system" surprise surprise I got charged 737 :) So the manager says that it will be refunded in 3-5 business days great right? Nope it now gets run as 642 dollars? Which makes no sense? Because my boyfriends card was already charged and the room was PRE PAID! If I could give zero stars I would Oh to continue! I called back on Tuesday because the money wasn't back in my account and I was told that DANA EVANS lied to me and said he was processing the refund when he really wasn't. So now this other lady sends me an email they're refunding me. Great right? NO. Now it's 7-10 business days from the 30th :) ) ) ) ) ) So to recap — steals my money, lies to me about it, I have to call them a second time, lies to me again and said 3-5 business days. I'm now being told 7-10 business days so that's close to 3 weeks of this place having over 700 dollars of MY MONEY. I have never had such terrible service from a hotel and I stayed in motel 8s as a child I will be calling corporate and complaining as well.
