It was nice, like a warm cup of coffee in the morning after working late last night because the your new supervisor Rick is pushing everybody to increase sales and you know they're just trying to get rid of all the old, loyal workers who've been with the company for years, even though you don't need this job because you could retire with your savings but you know deep down it's not enough to live exactly how you want and you know you have to do better than your father who worked until he passed away. That kind of nice.

Came in by emergency accident on highway night shift clerk so friendly takes great pride in her job and company I have stayed in many hotels and have never met a clerk as welcoming and understanding would recommend to everyone thank you Tabitha you made a really rough night more acceptable.

Easy to get to location and plenty nearby for anything you would need while staying here. Staff is courteous and very helpful with all my questions. I have stayed here multiple times and would do so again when in the area.

Terrific place with GREAT management. Josh goes above and beyond. I recommend to everyone and would not stay anywhere else!

I like the whole lay out of the room and the space! You don't feel cramped. Even the bathroom has wonderful space!

Friendly staff. Room was clean and location was a short drive to campus. Lots of restaurants in the area. Stayed for a single night for the Illinois marathon. Received a great rate through hotwire.

There was food still in the fridge from the person before me. Staff acts like it's a hassle any time I ask a question. And the microwave smelled like absolute garbage. I asked for late check out the day before I checkout because I had to leave for work at 6 am and was done at 1pm. The person at the desk told me to ask in the morning because he didn't know. That doesn't help at all. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The customer service is absolute trash, do not stay here if you have a choice.

In town for business and my boss booked me here. Not completely disappointed but there are some noteable issues. One there are a lot of ants, this prompted me to inspect my room a little more. I pulled up the fitted sheet to look for bed bugs and found tons of hair and what looked like pubic hair as well. Not too happy with sleeping on pubes. The Wifi is slow so I upgraded and guess what. Same speeds it didn't effect it much but it cost another $20 a week to upgrade. Overall staff is friendly and rooms are basic. Just need to clean better.

Bed is comfortable, the kitchen isn't bad, but they lack customer service. It's not the employees fault however, they are not given the tools to provide the service that is expected in a hotel. For instance, I asked for napkins and was told they had none. They do not clean the kitchen when doing housekeeping, your expected to keep your dishes clean with a rag… and they give you stainless steel to cook with! Have you ever tried cleaning stainless steel with nothing but a rag and crappy dish soap. Its horrible. I don't know how they expect me to clean the kitchen with 1 rag and no cleaning supplies. So I'm sitting here right now with dirty counters because I'm not going to buy cleaning supplies for them. Housekeeping is scheduled once a week, you're given a single rag and dish towel to do dishes and anything else during this time which is extremely stingy on their part. I shouldn't have to feel the need to go to the front desk everyday to get a clean rag. They only give you shampoo, no conditioner. The breakfast is not good. Nothing healthy. Wi-Fi is a joke. I was ok because I have a hotspot on my phone. But expect, 0.5mb DL speeds unless you pay to get "high speed. " Whch I've heard that is even terrible. The first time housekeeping came at 8am… they simply opened the door, saw I was in there and left. I expected them to come back later or at least notify me of a reschedule. I had to wake up early the next day, go to the front desk and request that it get done.

I had a great stay I had a kitchen, a flat screen tv, two king size beds and free delicious breakfast and tge service was outstanding.

I just arrived at this location today from dfw on work related training… I was very pleased with the front desk service Darrin was amazing and very helpful and friendly. He answered all my question with a smile when I walked into my room it was VERY clean and looked very nice. Im very pleased so far it's been great.

I thought it was the washing powder they used because im allergic to most but my roomate was itching too so we knew the deal after the fourth time of getting out of bed to scratch. Two were in my bed one on her pillow. We didnt even bother to look for more bugs, we informed staff, she saw them for herself and we fled!

Wi-Fi is ass. Beds are ass. Room service is ass. But most importantly the Wi-Fi is ASS. Even the "upgraded" plan. Don't stay here for a long period of time especially if you want to do ANY computer work. On top of all that, no pool?

It did the job. Safe, clean. When they say grab and go breakfast, that's exactly what it is. FYI theta ate no ice machines.

I found it to be a good "base camp" for my visit to the area. Good for a budget visit, but if you are looking for more amenities, I would suggest another place.

Room is clean, bed is comfortable, multiple pillow options, and good location to suburban life.

Excellent extended stay hotel. I only stayed one night. If you don't want to pay for amenties you don't use, this should be perfect for you. Room is all new and spotless. Staff are friendly. Location is great for me with good restaurants close by. Rate was very affordable for a single night stay.

Their service is phonemoneal, so caring! except for one guy who seems to be blind… they will even hold packages for u if u order online… their "breakfast" is a grab and go type, just coffee really gross muffins and bars, some quaker oatmeal satchets and hot cocoa, nothing fresh or healthy… their Wi-Fi is pretty slow, ok I guess… their room are a hit or a miss, some look really new and very clean, some have their headboards peeling and a very stingy smell with unclean mold corners… the crowd is pretty nice mostly 20s-30s young professsionals with the occasional family or so… no fitness center or anything… walkabale distance to tgi fridays and target… the only difference between this and value place is the Wi-Fi, type of crowd and bigger rooms! ill stay there again if given the chance P. S. A lot of the PASS program students stay here too.

Bed had hair in it. Dirty socks behind TV stand. Ants in sink. Disgustin.

Customer service is amazing, and the rooms are fantastic with the in room kitchen and bathrooms both in pristine condition, aside from the breakfast being little more than a selection of stuff you can walk with and eat, it's an amazing stay so far.

Definatly a 2 star hotel. If you need to sleep it does the job. There are ants but not that bad. Had to keep in freezer bag or ants will find it. When I walk into the restroom the vent spits stale smoke. Also today there was a spider on my shorts. As for admenities you get to do laundry for 4 dollars no pool, no exercise room and no continental breakfast (unless you like a granola bar or day old fruit and bran muffins. Oh yes I forgot watered down coffee. You get 5 channels of watchable TV but on saturday there 3 hours full of soft core porn. No full munching scenes! Bed was clean though so that was nice. They also aloud my dog. You can definatly tell the towels have been used by multiple fat truckers asses. Would be nice to have a stove in the room but you know thats crazy for a 2 star. Thr closet is a rack on the wall. Also all the furniture is all beat up. Other than that I slept well due to beer. Goodluck future extended stayies.

Foul oder, toilet didn't work, free Internet cost money and the continental breakfasr was a choice of granola bars.

Friendly reception, horrible house keeping. We had ants in our room and discovered a mouse had made home underneath our fridge (room 118). We could not get the maid to come at an appropriate time since my fiance got off of work at 4am we requested she come at 12 and she came around 9am. Once we told the desk they acted as if it was our fault and the maid never came again in the 2 weeks we stayed. Our bed had a HUGE yellow urine stain under the top sheet and the room had no utensils or coffee pot as mentioned on the website. The area is also supposed to be non-smoking yet our bathroom smelled horribly of smoke coming from the air vents. I would not recommend staying here since there are several other hotels, such as the Marriott, near this one that are much better. The only positive thing was the location being within walking distance to several businesses and decent TV channels. If given the option we would have chosen a better hotel but since this was a business trip unfortunately we were unable to switch as we did not book the room ourselves.

I always love extended stay America hotels because of the kitchens. When I'm on the road away from home, I like home cooking because I get tired of fast food. So I love it!

Terrible. The rooms and hallway smell horrible like stale smoke. Everything I brought smelled when I brought it home, even if it didnt leave my bag.

So here's the thing — — if you expect too much, you'll be disappointed. If you don't expect too much, you'll be thrilled. I was thrilled. I've had better prices for basic hotels, but this is a lot better than basic. Lots of good: TONS of hot water, scalding if you aren't careful — — what a luxury in this day and age — — think about it; only gave us soap, but it was nicer soap than you deserve at this price; kitchen was cool, though no dish soap (how do I know for sure the utensils are clean? ) ; you get a mug for your coffee! ; and the windows opened to let in the breeze. Plus, they are pet friendly for a fee, though with the fee you are starting to be in the price range of better hotels. Great green space to walk the dog. Desk was generally friendly. Room was pretty clean (I brought my own cleaner and didn't need to use it). Lots of bad, too: thin towels, smoky hallyway, cheap toilet flush handle not well screwed in, only wireless (I needed an RJ45 hookup), TV went off at midnight one night. Biggest complaint — — no real breakfast. Oranges were good. Ran out of muffins. McDonald's just down the road, but maybe one of the worst McD's on the planet, and we have gladly sampled a lot of McD's. So that's it. Not really an extended stay price/food nor a suite (we kinda wanted that sofa, not just a big chair). But if you have to pay to stay in Urbana, this is not going to kill you, and you might even look forward to coming back.

Overall, this place is much better than I expected. Although the internet does suck. If you need speed be prepared to pay extra for it.

Great price, good service. Maid service once a week. Great location, off of 74 and plenty of places to eat and shop. About 40 mins from CPS.

Nice hotel at a nice price. Small kitchen in each room. Unfortunately no pool.
