Worst customer service at this location as well as Corporate.

Very basic. Staff friendly. Bed was small and uncomfortable for two. Shower had some mildew that probably can’t be removed with basic cleaning. Breakfast was basic too. Place needs updates. It was clean with what there was to work with. Easy access from interstate. We were just passing through and no time to check out other amenities.

Not a single complaint. Stayed her Thursday into Friday morning. Service was friendly and polite. Room was clean and had no odor. Parking lot was clean and well lit. Close to the interstate and a gas station. They have a pool, free Wi-Fi, an elvator, and room service. This is definitely a hotel I would stay at again.

Front desk employees were very nice! My son's toe was hurt by from the room door and they provided Band-Aids. Great hotel. Friendly staff! We will be back.

Competitively priced and conveniently located near the interstate. Accommodations are good. Breakfast was decent but selection limited. Room could use a little heavier cleaning. Friendly staff.

Their website advertises a spa and Wi-Fi. The hot tub has been non-functional for months and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Reservation was for 4 people but room was set up for 2. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Grossly over priced for what was delivered. Could have stayed in a Super 8 without the amenities for half the price.

I would NEVER stay at this hotel. The manager is rude and singles certain guests out of the dinner and drinks they provide at the end of the day. I watched a gentleman get invited by some other guests to join them for pizza and beer after work one day. The manager of this hotel called called the front desk and had the staff tell him the food wasn't for him! I travel all the time with my kids sporting events, we have stayed at just about every hotel chain and anytime there has been food and drink provided for guests it was to include all guests! I felt horrible for this guest as he was just trying to enjoy some company and a little bit of dinner with others staying at this hotel. If you are going to single out guests maybe this hotel/manager should rethink the location of the food and beverages they put out and hold these events for your PREFERRED guests in a different room. My days at this hotel and any Ramada have ceased.

This review is based solely on the customer support, as I was not the one physically staying at the hotel. I booked a reservation for an employee online through Priceline and it never ended up going through on the hotel's end. Janelle (Ramada employee) was extremely professional and helpful. Not only did she talk to Priceline multiple times, she went above and beyond in communicating with me so I could be assured that my employee would arrive and have a room ready. Very much appreciated!

Stayed ob the 1st floor. It was nice but there was 2 guys drinking for hours in the front.

Place was a bad place to rest. … firstly, warning to truck drivers. … they say they have truck parking, THEY DONT … if you drive a double or triple STAY AWAY, you WILL get stuck. And if you drive a single, be aware the only place to park is on the street… secondly. Motorcycles. ALL THROUGH THE FRIGGIN NIGHT… non stop they circled the area. … loud engines kept me awake. I wil not be back.

Easy check in. Made reservation from parking lot using W. Rewards. Clerk was very patient waiting for confirmation. Room was clean. Bed & pillows were extremely comfortable. Good, hot breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

Wi-Fi signal strength is strong. More than reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Free parking/free breakfast. Clean rooms and lobby area. Room comes equipped with microwave, tv, and refrigerator. I recommend it. I would stay here again.

For a budget hotel, it was pretty good. The room was nice, clean, and undamaged. Very up to date. Breakfast offered a variety of fine options.

Good price, good location, and easy process. There was nothing spectacular about the stay but everything was up to par and there was breakfast. I'm pretty happy.

The hotel was very nice. They were doing renovations, so it kind of had that "renovation smell". Our room was a good size for two adults and two children. The breakfast was the usual continental. Overall we had a nice stay and would choose this hotel again.

I had some electrical issues in my room with the microwave oven, when I went to use it, I had to hold the plug in the wall and the TV shut off that was also plugged into that outlet. My room also smelled strongly like Noxema face wash. It was the oddest thing. My room was clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the staff was really nice. I bought some bagged peanuts from the snack bar and noticed 2 bags that were still hanging there that had expired at the end of July. So I gave them to the desk clerk. Breakfast was great! Would stay here again in the future!

Great Hotel for the price. Rooms were remolded and exceeded my exceptions. Management went above and beyond in helping with our group.

Great location, close to the hospital for myself. Rooms were comfy. The air didn't seem to cool to the correct temperature but did well enough.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Bus stop nearby. Not many restaurants closer. Breakfast is included and good enough. Pay and use washing machine available. Overall good value for money.

Better after remodel but ice machine on first floor has been broke for some time and some rooms have problems with sink and tub drainage.

Room was good, TV cables were terrible and in poor shape, and bathroom bathtub took a very long time to drain after a shower. Was an ok experience, but far from the best.

Hotel rooms nice. Would have been nice if all staff were as friendly as the gentleman that was there on Saturday morning, sadly they aren't. Called the week prior to my stay to ask about hot breakfast. Was told it had all kinds of hot items on it. That was a lie. Only had biscuits and gravy.

Was graduation weekend, so hotel was packed. We booked through a third-party website and there was a mixup with the rooms, causing us to have to spend a little more money for an extra bed; however, once we were in our rooms, our stay was enjoyable. The rooms, beds, and bathrooms were very clean. The room had a slight odor, but our noses became blind to it after only a few minutes. The microwave didn't work, but the AC was fine. Beds were very comfy and some of the best hotel beds I've slept in. The only major gripe I have would be that the lighting is not very good, so if you're staying here and trying to do work as well, you may want to look elsewhere. Room service was excellent and complementary breakfast in the morning was acceptable. Overall, a very nice stay and I would not have trouble recommending this location in the future.

This hotel is currently under renovation. It appears they had new bed linens and fresh paint in the room. The mattress was not new. While there was fresh paint in the bathroom, the bathroom counter was old/stained and the tub caulking was badly stained. The hot tub was not working due to renovation. The room was clean otherwise.

The stay was excellent, and all the amenities were provided. Breakfast in the morning was great! The hotel however had a little mess as they were under construction.

The service was the worst. The sheets in my room were very dirty and there was no one to clean up. I got in the pool and the water smelled dirty. But the bed was very comfortable.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at first I paid cash for two days and has to pay a room deposit of two hundred and fifty dollars which I didn't mind the total was 600.00 for two nights and deposit I has a family emergency and had to leave the next morning so I went to check out and all I was given back was my 250 the manager Alba or Alva had gotten an attitude over giving back my other night stay and told me I had to wait for a check it's been three weeks now and no money back all I seem to get is the run around from these people they don't have a corporate office number to call and on top of it all I brought bed bugs home to my house from there so if I were anyone wanting to stay there I'd definitely go some where else they have no customer service what's so ever the rudest people that work there so people if u don't want ur money stolen or to bring home there bugs I'd advise u to spend ur money some place else u will have a better time and be bug free sincerely Robert J Irvin and I only gave them a star so I could post this they get no stars from me.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The elevator is a year past expiration and the fire extinguishers are almost 2. We were there for the fire academy. I had to wait in the Lobby for an hour to check in because they had to call the owner in. They tried to do a bait and switch in the begining. The phone in the room was not hooked up or powered. The shower screams when water comes through it. There is absolutely no water pressure. The pool reeked and the hotub was broken. They tried to hold our firefighting equipment until we gave them 86 dollars for another night. The room smelled of cigarettes and fresh paint. They wouldn't move us to another room and maintenance skipped our room after we complained and had the do not disturb key removed from the lock. There are a lot of ladies of the night coming in and out. Not a safe place for children. I ended up at Holiday Inn express across the street with the best service and room I have experienced. Stay far far away from this place.

The hotel is located in a good place. The rooms were good, I really liked the chair in the room.

The Ramada hotel was very decent. Very standard rooms and service. (a good thing) clean and comfortable beds made the stay enjoyable.

All of the facilities were clean and the beds were comfy. The hot tub was broke and I wish they would have told us before. Also the cards for the doors didn't work very well. We had to get them replaced more than once. Overall still a decent stay.

We expected to pay an inflated rate since this was homecoming weekend at the U of Illinois. However, $182.11 for a single queen bed in a room without a telephone is OUTRAGEOUS! Breakfast the next morning, even though it's free, was certainly no bargain. If you were looking for protein the choices were yogurt, peanut butter and/or cream cheese. What ever happened to the ubiquitous favorite of inns everywhere, a hard-boiled egg? For napkins, the guests could rip off a quantity of non-absorbent, stiff paper towel that was not scored for easy dispensing. And there was no attendant to wipe off the sticky table from a prior breakfaster. We'll steer clear of this motel on any weekend, regardless of what may or may not be playing in town.

I left swim suits there and they decided to throw them away like where's the lost and found? They put a enourmous amount of clorine in the pool so when u walk in there u just keep coughing don't stay there it's not worth the money.

Worst employer EVER! I worked for this hotel and never received a paycheck. Three different times I was told to expect delivery of my pay and it never showed. I was told it was printed and ready to be delivered and still never showed. 4 days after the scheduled pay day I was expected to return to work even though they could not give me a straight answer about money I earned. I turned down 2 other jobs to work for them and now I am unemployed. If you apply just know you may NEVER get paid! Oh yea and the housekeeping staff is way to lax so be mindful of what looks clean not always is.

I paid online and provided a credit card in case of damages. They charged my credit card the room fee and refused to refund me one of the payments. I ended up paying $170 for one night.
