We loved the atmosphere and the spa! Such a beautiful quaint little town.

We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. The queen suite with water view was absolutely gorgeous and bigger than expected. Even though a lot of stuff was limited due to COVID, the shops and restaurants were walking distance which was great. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful as well. And the spa was amazing and relaxing. We’ll be back!

Great stay for NYE and the following day and evening. All of the Staff were very helpful and courteous. Dinner was fantastic, and the staff at the bar was talkative and helpful. The room was the highlight for me. Unbelievable views and easy access to walk the docks and boat slips. The beds were really comfortable and the room itself had plenty of amenities… including my own kitchenette and bar. All in all, great stay! Thank you to all of the Staff for making me feel at home.

NO HOT WATER! We’re getting married today and there is no hot water. Very upsetting! Asked the janitorial staff if they knew there was not hot water and ALL of them (4) said they were not aware of that issue. We went down to the front desk and the asst manager told us it went out approx 1/2 hour earlier, a repair man was on his way. We inquired if they had informed the staff and she said yes they told ALL of them, NOT! She told lead janitor and that was not passed on after an ensuing argument with that same janitor staff on our floor. We were told initially on the phone that remember checkout after 11 would still be $50 more. Asst manager said we could stay till 1 no charge.
Room service the night before we were told if we want a menu to come down and get it. Same girl that told us that after we went down is the same one who delivered food. Not worthy of the ratings and word of mouth I have heard about this establishment The hotel is getting old and dated, it is obvious in the little things everywhere We’re off to find coffee and breakfast and pray when we get back we’ll be able to shower. Will do my best to let everyone know never to come to the hotel.

We stayed here with our pup Precious for a few days. The room was very spacious, the views were incredible and the staff was top notch. We were so glad you were pet friendly as well. I know Precious loved the extra attention from everyone!

Been amazing! Staff is amazing shuttle will take you anywhere in town. Bar makes great drinks. All over amazing time. Not to mention the room is fantastic everything is far above what we expected! Can’t wait to come again will definitely be our do to when coming to st. Michaels.

Beautiful full service marina, dead center in charming st Michael's. It is a must visit town for boaters or by car. Restaurants around the marina waterfront and throughout the village are fantastic. The marina staff are very helpful, and will do anything to support you needs for a slip, fuel, power, water, support services. We love it — returning this summer 2020.

Food at restaurant needed to be hotter for breakfast and served fresh. Potatoes were cold and old like leftover. Cream chipped beef needs to be updated.

Things that St Michaels Inn does well here, they are very welcoming, very courteous staff at the desk! The staff is Pet friendly with our 2 Golden Retrievers! Our room had a lovely view of the Chesapeake Bay and the Boats, it was clean and comfortable! The restaurant on premise served very well presented food, with a professional staff! The grounds were manicured and clean! The only reason I am giving it a 3 Star is the price of our two day stay, it was nearly $900. Way too much money for the time we spent at the Inn.

This is a fantastic Inn to stay at. The rooms are full Suites and are very spacious and elegant. Each has a balcony that can be accessed either from the bedroom or the living area. Breakfast comes with if you stay in the room and has a decent variety of omelettes and such. There is both indoor seating as well as outdoor seating, all of which have a view of the Harbor. there is a shuttle service that will take you to the restaurants or shops around town. they also have a full marina for anyone that would want to come and stay on their boat.

We stopped in to look the place over and have a drink. Nice place but certainly not a high end establishment. Just isn’t. The bar was small but the service was friendly. Pool and surrounding patio was small and a bit crowded with folks. Location is nice.

Had a good trip. View from the room was nice. Hotel could use a thorough renovation. Everything is pretty dated. Food at the restaurant was pretty good. Would stay again if back in the area.

We booked a last minute getaway over the phone and were delighted with every aspect of our stay. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze, staff were friendly and sincerely interested in ensuring that all your needs were handled. The room was gorgeous, spacious and provided a floor to ceiling view of the wonderful activity in the marina. We even had a jacuzzi tub in our room and all of the extras to pamper us. Pool was lovely and the breakfasts were great. So glad we chose St. Michaels Harbour Inn for our second trip to St. Michaels!

Great location and right on the Harbour and beautiful views. Rooms are large and we had one with a porch and great view. Within walking distance to the town of St. Michaels and bikes are available to use for rides.

My husband and I just spent a couple of days at this beautiful inn. It was an absolutely wonderful stay. Our room was directly on the water and we spent hours watching the boats sailing in and out of the harbor. The pool (complete with indoor/outdoor bar service) was perfect: nice seating and in-pool lounge chairs, all with views of the marina and water. The complimentary made-to-order breakfast was fantastic and service was on point. The inn is within walking distance of the local winery, distillery, brewery, and all the neat shops/restaurants St. Michaels has to offer. We absolutely loved it and cannot wait to go back. A truly wonderful boutique hotel! Thank you so much for making our stay delightful!

Beautiful views & the furniture layout of the room was perfect. The bathroom needs some tlc. The breakfast was disappointing. It took an hour for our meal and the staff was sparse. The meal itself was good. We also ate at Harbor lights for dinner. The food was really good but the service was lackluster.

Nice port on Maryland's eastern shore. Great dining and Maryland seafood.

Must say this is one of the better Resorts I have tried I chose the sweetheart package our room was phenomenal with the jacuzzi in the room the view was awesome we also got the spa package the Staff there were very courteous massage was amazing as well as the staff in the hotel… we also had the breakfast which was awesome with great selection including omelets pancakes waffles all the good stuff! would definitely go back!

Nice little spot at the marina. We stayed here with our toddler and he loved seeing the boats pass by daily. Still quiet despite the daily flow of traffic. Its even better if you own a boat. The place is clean and has friendly staff. Breakfast included is a plus.

Nice room. Beautiful views. Only complaint was the breakfast. They put out stale bagels and the same food both days. I had read such great things about it that I was really disappointed. I would still go back though. Room with jacuzzi was very nice.

Some of the rooms looked a little tired but ours was lovely with a spectacular view and large soaking tub. Complimentary happy hour on weekends and breakfast daily. Nice walk to downtown St Michaels. The affiliated Spa is first rate. We wanted an overnight getaway and this was perfect!

Located right on the harbour, St. Michaels was a real treat for a weekend getaway for my wife and I. We stayed in a Captain's suite featuring a king size bed, electric fireplace, harbour view balcony, large jaccuzzi bath with water jets, and a view of the water from our bed through the large sliding glass doors. The inlcuded breakfast exceeded our expectations. Don't miss breakfast! Over all an awesome time for my wife and I. We plan to visit again soon!

Tom is an amazing person! The service and atmosphere was amazing! My wife and I were celebrating our 22nd year anniversary and a birthday and everything was perfect! Our room was a 5 This will be the ONLY place we will stay and definitely one to remember! The Young Family Baltimore, Md.

Room was very nice, with a large water view window. The bed was comfortable and it was in walking distance to everywhere in downtown St Michaels. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This Hotel sits right on the Marina. Definitely felt like I was at club baby boomer. It is just a beautiful place.

This place was incredibly overpriced for the accommodations. The bed was covered in throw pillows that look disgusting. The shower leaked. The wait staff were slow and seemed annoyed every time you placed an order. This place costs a kings ransom for very little reward. And there is not a lot to do for kids.

Awesome location right on the water! Stayed in the king balcony suite, and the views were amazing. We were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary and it was a nice surprise to walk in and see our names on the welcome screen, wishing us a happy anniversary. Definitely would/plan to stay again!

My husband and I were there for 4th of July for 2 days just got home today, the stay was beautiful we had a beautiful room with a gorgeous view staff was friendly room was clean the grounds were beautiful also. The only issue I have with our visit when we went to breakfast, they had the jelly and the butter sitting out where flies were all over it all over the fruit which wasn't covered I would suggest they would get some package jelly and packaged butter which would make it better.
All we were able to eat was The Omelette and the potatoes which were covered and the waffles were covered but we just had omelette in potato. But overall this was a very nice place and we will return.

We stayed at the marina, which is significantly cheaper than whats across the inlet. Service and amenities are excellent. Drawback is and tad longer walk into town.

Very good staff and area. The rooms are very unique and somewhat luxurious. More importantly, the room and bathroom was and always clean. I highly recommend this hotel as one of your options if you are visiting St. Michaels.

Sure you have a reservation… No you don't. We went in person to the harbormaster on Labor day Saturday 2016 and reserved a slip for Memorial Day weekend. No worries, he said. We confirmed via phone in February and got a hurried — "yeah, yeah, you are good. " Call back 3 weeks before our reservation date, and surprise! No reservation. Now we have no reservation for Memorial Day weekend. Thanks for screwing us over for a very high volume weekend. Not sure what we will find as a back up.

Beautiful views of the water. Upscale. Great service. Within short walking distance to all the restaurants and town. Is often booked up, full. Not for someone on a budget; rooms are pricey.

We chose this hotel for our anniversary getaway and it exceeded our expectations! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views of the bay and comfortable bed and sofa. We enjoyed biking around town the first day and the delicious breakfast both days. Although the restaurant on site was not open the bar was open and the bartender was very attentive and friendly. We would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends for a beautiful getaway.

We were so pleasantly surprised after we arrived. The outside doesn't really say grandeur but I have never stayed anywhere with such a prefectly beautiful room, jacuzzi tub, king size bed sitting in the middle of the floor overlooking a geogorous view. We left our curtains open all night. Also had a wonderful continental breakfast with a chef that prepared omelet for breakfast. I can't wait to go again.

So when you show up early and ask for your room, it's not ready — not a problem at all. But that may be an indication that we want to go up early (and there was a whole conversation about us wanting to go up early). That must have not made it back to the cleaning crew as we have waited for for almost two hours to check in as we have watched family after family go up to their rooms. If I had another option I would bail. This is ridiculous.

Had a fabulous, romantic stay here. Short bike ride (courtesy of the Inn) to everything. Walking distance to great restaurants. Nice breakfast included. Cocktails and crudite by the pool. Look out onto the harbor from your suite. Eager to return.

My husband and I have stayed at the Harbour Inn a few times but just got back from a weekend getaway there for our wedding anniversary and it was amazing. We stayed in a captains suite which was huge, it had a bedroom, a family room with a fireplace, and a huge Jacuzzi tub. The tub was so relaxing and one of my favorite things about the room. I always am ready to sleep in my own bed after a vacation but we literally asked what kind of mattress it was in our room because we both had slept so well. Definitely try out the bar and restaurant in the hotel, we enjoyed many different specialty cocktails along with the grilled oysters (so good) I never thought I liked oysters till this weekend. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
