No elevators. Very ruin at the front desk cancel our room. On first floor then put us on the third floor. Others couldn’t get clean towels. Some couldn’t even get toilet paper smelled in the hall ways. It was just gross will never stay there again.

Poor customer service they don’t have enough towels in the rooms for showers no wash cloths the sofa bed was broken the sheets an bedding in that sofa bed was not changed an every time you call for service they tell you they are coming an never show up.

Stayed here many times before. Rooms were clean. Hadn’t read the reviews prior, so didn’t know about maid service until we got there, but everything we needed was a short walk to lobby. Pool is awesome and very clean. Steps are steep, yes, but dirty? No. As long as the room is clean, I’m not worried about scuffs on the stairwell. The outside awnings have been redone beautifully and they are so bright! Will definitely rebook for next year. With so many places being short staffed, I feel for the employees. They seemed to be making the best of what they had to work with.

100000% DO NOT RECOMMEND! We checked in today at 3. Checked out And into a new place at 4! Amy the Manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and tried to tell me I couldn't cancel without losing my whole payment which was false! I had to pay $215 to cancel and honestly it was worth every penny to get the hell out of there! the steps are dangerously steep, there was gross sticky goo and rust on the fridge, black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and what looked like old blood on the walkway outside! DO NOT STAY HERE! I'd rather sleep In a port-o-potty than KokoNO suites.

Looks cheap and it is. Our room was dirty, rooms were not vacuumed and toilet seats covered in hair. Broken rails, can't use in the bathroom. The couch was stained so bad, no one would touch it. The balcony had cigarette and liquor bottles when we arrived. Called the front to come remove them but they didn't come.

This is the best hotel to stay at. Great people, great location. I can't wait to go back.

We have stayed at the Beachmark for the past three summers and had a great time. The rooms were a little vintage but very clean and the staff was very friendly. Making a reservation was seamless and they were very accommodating to my limitations by letting me have a room on the ground floor each time. My family loves the Beachmark!

Terrible customer service from the front desk! I was locked out of my room, without a mask. I went to the front office covering my face with my hand and was yelled at by the gentleman at the front desk. I was trying to just get another key or to be let in my room but couldn’t explain that due to him cutting me off. Because the room wasn’t in my name I was denied access. My personal belongings are in the room and now I’m locked out without any help from the office.

My family and I Have been coming to Ocean City, Maryland for so many years and we have stayed here several times. Over the years, the hotel has been renovated several times with different managements. The service was always fantastic. The cleaners were very courteous. The rooms in general were clean. The bathrooms were staffed with additional toilet tissues. The swimming pool was always well maintained. Beachmark is a very nice Hotel to stay when visiting Ocean City, Maryland. Overall beachmark is a very nice place to stay. A+++

For the price it was great. Nothing super fancy but not dirty. The pool was fantastic, parking was convenient. The steps to the second floor were very steep (challenging after a few drinks). Also close to the beach.

Rooms have everything you need. Yes, they are a little out of date. I think my toilet was a pea green color but the room was clean and enough space. The bathroom was clean as well and they had it nicely stocked. The pool was big and water felt great. No elevator and nice balcony on the 3rd floor. I would stay again.

Been staying here every summer for about 6 years now. Love how close it is to the beach and the room is spacious. It's an older motel but always clean and staff is always welcoming and friendly. Only complaint is there is no elevator. Obviously not a big deal to me since I always request the 3rd floor. :)

It was perfect for us and are four teenagers for the weekend. Very close to beach, convenience stores, restaurants and souvenir stores all within walking distance.

Website was very misleading worse experience ever DO NOT STAY HERE! They canceled my reservation after I read reserve now PAY LATER! So why cancle my reservation? I read all fine print, I even read all of the website. No where did I see where u pay a deposite aftet first night of booking. Its bul****.

Wanted my son to have a great first-time-to-the-ocean experience. Had suspicions the maid was eating our food… strategically placed items — — sure enough, was eaten! The morning we were to leave, the maid used her key and came right in! Son was still. In bed! THEN… we realized about an hour after. Checking out his Aeropostale jacket was left on book on back of bathroom door. Went back, and was told was. Gone!. (Was too early. For new occupants, and was told maids have. Orders to throw away any clothing left behind! ) Left note with management hoping for return, refund or credit for future stay. Nothing.

Good hotel, clean, with pool near the beach, rooms with its full kitchen, good attention.

The most friendliest hotel staff I have ever dealt with. Rooms were clean and had everything you could possibly need. Pool hours were very convenient and pool was kept clean daily. It's a great place to stay and I will be staying there from now on each time I go to OC.
