Best location and view. If you're interested in being Oceanfront and Boardwalk front then this is the place for you.

Good value — kitchenette and murphy beds. Great location with parking. Good service. Facility is dated and sometimes worn but generally clean.

The room looked smaller than I thought it was going to be when we walked in. But I really liked the Murphy beds! There was plenty of room to walk around the beds when they were down. But during the day, you could put the beds up, and there was even more room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location on the boardwalk was very nice. Unfortunately, we were here in the unseasonably cold off season. But our room stayed toasty and warm. We still had a great time!

I received a call the day of arrival regarding check in and was provided all of the details on how to obtain keys if office was closed. Murphy bed and pillows were very comfortable. We stayed in unit 604 oceanfront and had a wonderful view. Unit was clean, had a flat screen TV and enough pots, dishes ect for stay. The woman at the front desk was very nice and provided the office hours of operation if we needed anything. Perfect location. Great customer service.

As a place to eat and sleep during peak season, this has been a great place for our family for the past several years. It has all the basic comforts of home, and with a kitchenette allows you to preparer your own meals.

Best location on the boardwalk, hands down. The hotel is all about location and location only as the rooms themselves are small, outdated and minimally maintained.

Horrible, nasty don’t stay here. We had standing water in our room where the hot water heater was and it smelled moldy in the whole place.

Clean rooms on the boardwalk reasonably priced. Limited parking though. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Boardwalk one has been our favorite hotel at ocean city Maryland since our first stay in 2003. Rooms are spacious, the porch faces the boardwalk and entry point leads right into the major area of the boardwalk. If you can book a room, don't hesitate.

I am giving this resort a 1 and that is being nice. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. It was absolutely disgusting we had to cut our stay 4 days short because we just could not take it anymore. The carpet was so dirty your feet would get black. When you walked across the room it felt like you were going to go through to the unit below you. The furniture had a bad smell that rubbed off on your hands. The ceiling plaster was falling down because of the disrespectful guests above us. Complained to front desk and was told to call 911 so we wouldn't get hurt. Not sure how this resort is still a part of RCI but I will notify them about our stay. Staff did not care that we were leaving early and that we found the room so gross. Talked to guest next t us and they had brown rusted water coming out of their faucets. And their floors were worse than ours their feet actually went through the floor. The only thing going for this resort was location. I will have along discussion with RCI about this resort. If you don't want your vacation ruined then don't go to this resort.

Made us switch rooms two days into our stay. You only get one parking space (even if you ask to purchase another one). Place is dingy and dated. After walking a few steps on the floor my feet were black! Floor feels like it is caved in a severeral places. The tub is caved in as well (in both rooms). You have to walk to exchange your linens, no maid service. The staff is NOT friendly at all, questioned me as I was trying to exchange my sheets during linen exchange. The only kind of nice part is that you could see the beach from the balcony if you stand on the edge.

Location. Place is what you pay for. Decently roomy and large balcony but it's located right on the boardwalk which is awesome.

I have been a Boardwalk One owner since 1975. I think all the units need new TV's. Carpets cleaned more often, more then two trash bags in kitchen, scrubbies for cleaning pans, more blankets because we only had the quilts that were on beds,, none for couches. More toilet paper. Sliding doors with good locks and more detergent for dishes. And towel hangers on our decks to hang beach towels to dry.

Great place to stay. Great views. Full kitchen. Fold up beds that turn the room into a large living room. Awesome staff. Loved it here!

Dirty… no, dirty makes it sound ok… digusting… for the prices they charge, they could afford cleaning and upgrading this pile. They also didn't leave our keys when we were checking in, so we had to wait a few hours for someone to show to let us in to our place (we got there at 5:30 pm on a friday)

Great location on the boardwalk with an oceanfront balcony! There is also an outdoor pool to cool off in and the staff is very helpful!

It was fine. Just used it as aplave to sleep.

Super friendly staff and great location if you want to be "in the thick of it", but DON'T BOOK HERE IF YOU ARE A NON-SMOKER (83% of OC visitors, according to their own statistics). This is one of the last places that allow smoking on the balconies, and the smoke will drive you off, or come into your unit if you try to enjoy the ocean breeze using your screen door. We had to leave early and ask for a partial refund. The place next door (Ocean-1) has banned smoking on their balconies.

It's a comfortable place to stay with a great location on the boardwalk. The staff is friendly, helpful, and can get you almost any basic supply you need. They clean before your stay and again at midweek. The fold-up beds make each unit quite spacious.

Filthy floors, carpets, balcony, parking area, paint, stairways, and lazy staff. I feel sorry for the people who bought into this resort dump. RCI should police thier resorts for quality control, staff perfomance, false reviews, and take this place out of there inventory. My white socks were black from the carpet and floors. The room had a strong smell of bleach which didn't hide all the black mold on the walls. The balcony is rusting and filthy. The outside of the building and garage area is really filthy. Simply A Filthy Dump! Do Not Go! Plenty of other places all up and down the boardwalk to stay for less. PS I tried to warn you all.
