Great family resort, a bit dated but all the amenities they offer you definitely get your monies worth! Kids enjoyed the pools, mini-golf, and shuttle to and from downtown. For sure recommend to any families looking for a great place to stay that doesn’t break the bank!

The staff is friendly & efficient. Our rooms are always clean & comfortable. The pool & hot tub are clean and very well maintained. The chairs, tables and loungers are well spaced, constantly cleaned throughout the day (as people vacate). Always an abundance of clean towels at your disposal and an amazing concession stand that serves everything from French fries, ice cream and a variety of alcoholic as well as fountain drinks. 11 years in a row that I have been bringing my grandchildren. Amazing!

We really enjoyed ourselves and already planning our trip for next summer. We stayed in New Jersey and didn’t have the issue with flies others were talking about. Not the cleanest place around but the price and amenities are the greatest! An indoor and outdoor pools that the kids love. The mini golf is only 9 holes which is perfect for kids with short attention spans. My favorite thing was the shuttle that drives you back and forth to the boardwalk, right in the middle of the action. If I could review other guests I would say people really need to watch their kids. So many kids not being watched by adults. Especially the outdoor pool since you don’t have to scan to get in like the indoor pool. Also wanted to add that I’m on dialysis and had my supplies delivered to the resort. It was a relief to see all my supplies in the room.

Rude staff as soon as you walk in to the front desk, Room was not ready,
So they give you wristbands to go use amenities, the splash pad smelled like urine, the outdoor pool just packed full. Bartender never one time did she smile and say welcome to FSC my name is what can I get you, she stared at us like we were bothering her drying cups.
Finally get her to come over, still no smile what do you want. We get over priced crappy food. I ask whats above the bar I get a
nice short answer, seating! Be careful if you go up there the boards are very uneven and literally coming up off the ground, Finally get into room. Its dirty. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. Dust on everything that had a ledge, rice left behind dresser. Kathy from room service was excellent, she was nice she smiled. Said good morning. The things you would expect from front desk and bar tenders. I want to address Henry from your maintenance or ground crew. What an amazing positive man. Maybe put him in the bar and front desk. Stay positive Henry! You made my day when I ran into you! The indoor pool was ok until John the supervisor stopped all activity in the pool to have people do exercises, (it just didn't make any sense) he thought he was being humorous and funny when it was plain weird, now for the food in the indoor pool area. Again over priced food. French fries were not cooked. There was a young man sitting on the table where my food was prepared.

Good for kids. Plenty of activities.

Definitely recommend. Took our daughter for her 2nd birthday and had an amazing time! Definitely trying to book another trip during the summer.

This was the WORST experience of my life! The rooms were musty and had bed bugs! However the staff was helpful in providing me a full refund.

Family friendly, clean fun amazing indoor pool with water slide. Peaceful atmosphere beautiful outdoor scenery, park, basketball court valley ball, golf great rates. We love this resort.

The COVID capacity rule is bogus. They allow 85 people in the pool at one time, yet they have not decreased their capacity for the hotel. What they have done is place a 90 min stay limit for families if there are people waiting and they will kick you out. With cold, wet, young children who are upset they have to leave having only swam for 90 min. Not very family friendly and it blows my mind that a family resort that sees so many children come through would think that 90 min is anywhere near enough time. And to top it off, they don’t warn you when you book and the lobby staff doesn’t tell you when you check in. There is only a blurb on the information sheet that is handed to you when you check in. We had multiple families with us for a birthday trip with a total of 10 children ages ranging from 2-13. We were separated when half of us were asked to leave. It was very upsetting and had we known it was a possibility we never would have booked. The solution is to not book more guests than you can accommodate at the pool. Virtually your entire winter business base is locals who come for the pool. This will not go over well. I’m not sure if I will return and I’m sure many locals will feel the same way. Also, please turn up the heat in the pool. The water is freezing. Always has been every year we have visited for the last 10 years. Used to be able to warm up in the spa but we can’t even do that. — Disappointed local.

What a fun place, although the outdoor pool was closed for the season my kids really enjoyed the Indoor amenities, great bar and gym for the adults. The staff from check-in, managers, pool staff and housekeeping were great and helpful. They ensured they corrected any issues and extended their umbrella so my kids wouldn’t get wet walking to the car. Something small but very appreciated. We would love to be back.

We booked 3 rooms, Best family resort ever I’ll never stay anywhere with my daughter again but here! Great staff clean rooms awesome activities close to so many stores & shops! Bar tender One man running the bar & he was great!

Bathrooms are dated. Asked for clean towels and took forever to get them. Not to mention one of them has stains on them. The bar at the pool has terrible service. Only one bartender working with no help.

It was a splendid stay. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Always ready to help. The atmosphere is family oriented with lots of things to do for children as well as adults. I will definitely return for another stay.

This was our first time ever staying here and I would definitely recommend it. Family friendly, super awesome staff. Just an overall great place!

We spent 5 nights there last week and had a wonderful time even with the Covid restrictions! The staff members were so friendly! We will be back next summer!

I wanted to make sure to take the time to recommend this resort. I am kind of a hotel snob and was a little anxious about trying a different place. I am so glad my husband booked this place. What a really cool family, fun environment. I love the way it is set up. Lots to do. I can’t wait to come back and bring my entire family. The grandkids will love it here. All the years I’ve driven by but never looked in… it’s a really cool place. Highly recommend it. This time it’s just me and my husband. Next time we will bring everyone. I’m excited to check out their cabin homes too.

This place is great. It was our first time there, while searching for a fun place for kids the FSK was recommended several times and I have to say I was so impressed. It's so clean and from the time you check in everyone is so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, and all the amenities you get like mini golf, movie nights with free popcorn, the pools are the best. The indoor pool area has a fitness room for adults and there's a game room and that pool is so much fun for kids and we relaxed in the hot tub while still keeping our grandson in view. The outdoor pool is so big with palm trees and there's a splash pad and comfy lounge chairs, a bar with drinks & snacks and another hot tub outdoors. There is just so much to do and it's so clean indoors and out. We loved it and I will recommend it to everyone. This is such a great place for families because you have everything on site, including a restaurant.

Stayed here for five days recently. Rooms could use some updating, bathroom needed some attention (slowly draining tub for instance). Kids loved the indoor pool (awesome lifeguard staff) and pool bar was a nice touch (get the Sneaky Tiki! ). If the rooms were updated, we’d go back for sure. Good bang for the buck.

I think the place is amazing for all of us. Its is very kid friendly and even for the adults. The rooms are clean, the staff are very friendly. The shuttle and the drivers are definitely awesome. This is our first time here and we will definitely be back again. I would love to bring my whole family together for a family vacation I'm sure my grown children and grandchildren will love it. This resort is our go-to spot for our vacations to Ocean City! The service is phenomenal, staff is super helpful and friendly and so much to do at the resort if you just want a day to play and explore! The front desk staff even greeted us as returning visitors! ❤️ And on our door was a cute magnet welcoming us back! (And it has been 10 years! ) Love all of the activities that come along with the price of the room, as they are for all ages, we are having a blast as we remembered last time we were here! Thank you FSKFR! You are amazing!

Every year I look forward to coming here next Friday I will be in paradise all weekend. The workers are super friendly and the hotel is gorgeous, definitely recommend staying here I always have so much fun.

This was the best vacation I ever had. So much to do we did not have enough time to get everything done. People so friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable. Can't wait to go back.

This was a perfect getaway for our 2nd and 3rd graders. There was a ton of stuff to do and we did not hear the dreaded, "Mom, I'm bored". The staff was amazing. We will definitely come back.

Great family fun place. My family are down for spring break and they love the indoor pool and movie night. The staff is amazing and so the strip that the resort is on. We hope to visit again during peak seasons.

We stayed here in 2017, 2018, and will again in 2019. It's a great place for families, with many activities. The beach shuttle is another amenity that makes this FSK outstanding.

Great family hotel. Indoor pool geared towards kids with water level mostly below 3.5 feet. Also had a great outdoor pool with a splash pad. Hotel shows movies in a small theater room at night. Even with all these amenities, the price was about the same or cheaper than nice hotels in the area. My wife and I both mentioned that we would not want to stay anywhere else in Ocean City.

Good place to spend some days with the family but … 3 stars just because of the staff, they are the best, friendly, helpful, simply the best… Rooms are a bit noisy, looks like due to poor insulation I was able to ear the people on the room above me talking imagine when kids playing on the room but the good thing is the rooms are very clean… also the pool on a resort with way to many restrictions, no coolers, no food, no drinks, no nothing from outside, only what they have to offer on the bar, I was on vacation so I love to seat by the pool with my magazine and my DD coffee and I couldn't get in the pool area because I have an outside drink. Also my 9 yo son couldn't play on the pool with his own little ball, he can only play with some pink beach balls offered at the pool by the resort. Also the pool is only 4.5 ft high … if they take all the restrictions on the pool I might go with 4 stars …

Just got back from a 6 day vacation. Kids had a great time and want to go back for more. Centrally located between the outlet mall, many places to eat, and the beach, there's plenty to do for the whole family. Francis Scott Key was clean, fun and family oriented. Loved the indoor pool on rainy days and the 50's diner for breakfast. All at a reasonable price.

Great place for families, affordable, tons of things right here for kids to do, food place on site open til 2pm, more food sold poolside with longer hours. Sits back with park like atmosphere. Yet close to restaurants, shopping & all Ocean City has to offer. We loved our stay & will definitely come back.

Our family loves staying at this resort! It is very family friendly and offers a lot of amenities for families. Indoor and outdoor pools, Minnie golf, splash park, movie nights in movie style comfort style seating or you can borrow a movie in your room as well as games. The staff is extremely nice and we just love it there.

The ground are very clean and the amenities very nice and well maintained. 1 indoor pool area, 1 outdoor toddler splash park, and 1 bar/pool area. They have a car wash and basketball courts and movie room. Lots of stuff to do on the property. They even offer a shuttle to Ocean City Beach south side. Now the room I stayed at was the main Lodge. Our first room 216 was big but very very outdated. Like 1980s. Window AC unit. Wood paneling and horrible green carpets. The room was infested with ants. We got a room change. It was half as big but no ants. The temperpedic mattresses were underwhelming as well as the pillows. The lodge rooms are a joke for almost 180 a night. If staying there would not recommend staying in the lodge. There is no elevator. And the Halls are super super muggy. Like being in Florida. The rooms suffer from it a little less.

Me and my children had a blast was our 1st stay would definitely be back and recommend to friends and family everything was perfect and on point.

What a great family place! Every single employee has a smile and is so nice. This is an older place but very clean. We went as a big sports group and let our kids move freely through the resort. Prices for food and store items were fantastic! This was our second year in a row. Super pleased and hope to return next year!

Came during the off season and it was awesome. Indoor pool is huge and fun but definitely geared for younger kids because the deepest part of the pool is 4 ft. Outdoor pool area is really fun as well. Mini-golf is tiny but for a free amenity I can't complain. Rooms are kind of small but they list the Sq footage when you book so we knew what we were getting. My only complaint is for a "family" resort the hot tub for the indoor pool is 18+ and the "family hot tub" at the outdoor pool is 14+. Still overall a great value considering it's the same cost as a regular hotel. One more note, no fans in the exercise room, can get a little hot.

The staff were all very friendly. The life guard joked around with the children. The drinks we're so good. The room was small and very basic but everything else was fantastic! My family thoroughly enjoyed themselves!

We stayed here this weekend and we all had a great time. My children (ages 9, 7 and 6) all said it was the best weekend ever! They had so much fun swimming at the indoor pool, playing on the playground and playing mini golf. We were too tired at night to watch the movie, but the theatre looked fun too! I wanted to let you know that the lifeguard John was amazing. He would explain the rules to the children in a fun way and would engage and have fun with them. We thought it was important to mention him and what a great job he did! This was our first time here and we can't wait to come back!

A great vacation spot, not only conveniently located near shops and restaurants and the boardwalk but its a clean and family friendly resort! Rooms are comfortable and clean and staff was amazing. Pool area was a hit for all the family and again was very clean! We will deff be visiting again!

Nice place to have a family vacation. The people who run the place are very nice and accommodating. The indoor pool was fun too.

It’s the friendly staff and activities that make this place so much fun for families. The rooms are clean and comfortable, just dated. Without completely replacing walls, carpets, sinks, I don’t see how that can be fixed. As long as you’re not picky or expecting a Disney or 5 star resort, accommodations are perfectly acceptable. Tons of activities for the kids — movies, face painting, Easter egg hunt, there was a character appearance from a dinosaur, you can rent games, ride bikes, go on the playground, play in the arcade… lots of stuff to do. The pool is fun for kids of all ages. I love that they have super shallow ends as well as a deeper end with volleyball. The lifeguards are lenient, just making sure kids aren’t drowning or getting seriously hurt, which is exactly how, with 3 boys I want them to be. They were letting them play ball in the water, and go down the slide together as long as they were being safe. The other families that were staying were also really nice. The kids played together. Snack and lunch options like the pizza and chicken tenders were good. The cocktails were actually some of the best I’ve had. I love that you can buy a beer and go mini golfing. Haha Another reason it is so family friendly is the area. You can easily walk (literally walk next door) to grab Starbucks or breakfast from a diner, or something from Royal Farms, the convenience store. The shopping outlets are right across the street. Beach is just a shuttle bus away.

My family and I have been going to this resort for 7 years and never even thought about going somewhere else. It has everything you could want in a beach resort. Even though it’s not located directly on the beach or boardwalk there is a free shuttle service that runs every 5-10 minutes. The pools are so great for every age but the indoor pool and spray ground are mostly dedicated to smaller kids. The food is great at the pools and dinner. I have nothing bad to say, it’s honestly the best family resort in ocean city.

We've stayed twice for the local special. Clean rooms nice beds great amenities for the price. We go for the water park we have an 8 year old and she loves it. Pool is nice and clean and they have a snack bar with good decent priced food and alcohol. Definitely worth the money it's very affordable for what you get.

We just checked out of this wonderful resort. I want to do a shout out of praise to Amanda the lifeguard. She is so sweet, professional, and helpful. All the staff is but Amanda went above and beyond both times we have visited. Also, thanks for extended our checkout. While it is currently the off season and sickness season. I had to go to urgent care prior to checking out. The staff was understanding and had the room to accommodate. Don't miss the craft hours, if they have them. They were awesome and not cheesy. We won't say any other place with kids. The beach hotels are the same price and you get so much more here.

This is one of the BEST family resorts to be at while down the ocean! They offer everything to their guests, including a shuttle bus into the inlet and back FREE of charge! Book early because they fill up fast.

It is a fun little place to stay. The bed were super comfortable. Very clean but a little dated. Temperpedic memory foam mattresses including the pullout sleeper sofa. Locals get awesome deal on package rooms. The pool area is perfect for families. Large pool with a huge kid friendly water slide. They have a huge hot tub that are for anyone 18 and over. The concession stand is reasonably priced. They serve alcohol for those who drink. If you want to get away especially during the off tourist season this is the place to go. During the summer it really close to Assateague beach and Ocean City and the boardwalk.

Loved our mini vacation! We stayed in Florida (closest to indoor pool) which isn't a far walk. When I got there they upgraded our room at no extra charge! Staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Locals package is the way to go!

We come here every year in Dec for a weekend and we love it! The rooms are nice, it's not your top quality hotel but the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The indoor pool is great and offers great hours! Ample parking for vehicles! Free Wi-Fi and some great activities offered during the weekend. Also a top place on our list to stay!

We travel from North Carolina to stay here and have stayed here about 5 times now. Rooms are clean and nice size and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The little indoor kids pool is awesome.

I stayed here recently and I had a wonderful time. Check in and Check out was fast. The resort offered many things for the children to do. Beds were comfy and room was clean despite the spiders that were in the bathroom upon arrival. The only negative thing I will say is that we asked for our room to be cleaned the following day and when we returned to our room the table and floor were dirty, our wet towels were left behind and no additional towels were added. Bummer! … other than that, I have no complaints!

Awesome place to stay with kids. Lots of activities on site. Great food and adult drinks, the wife loved the strawberry daiquiri. The shuttle bus to the beach/boardwalk was fast and convenient. We stayed at a room with a kitchen/full size fridge with was super convenient when traveling with toddlers. Can wait till next year's stay.

This was our first time staying at this resort as we usually stay on the boardwalk. This year after doing some research as we are very picky we decided to give this a whirl! It was wonderful and we loved it! The entire resort was clean and very family friendly. The staff were very helpful and friendly as well. The amenities with the different pools, arcade, mini golf, the park were perfect for our younger children especially on those rainy days you do not expect! All the amenities were perfect as well for an alternative after you have been at the beach for the day! We were very happy with our stay and plan to stay here again!

It was great a good place to spend as a family.

It's a really great place for families with lots to do, both at the resort and around it. The pools and splash pad were a blast for our kids. We were a bit cramped in the room with our 4 kids, and the bathroom was really small. We found it difficult to find places to hang wet towels and swim suits after going to the pool or beach. The food at the resort wasn't very good and was way overpriced, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby, both chains and local places. The staff at the resort are all very friendly. Overall we had a very good time, especially the kids. They didn't want to leave.

Great resort for families, the shuttle to the boardwalk is such a time saver and valuable feature. Indor pool was too much for me with the doors shut and the strong odor of chlorine. Might need to do a better job enforcing some sort of diaper rule or something as 5 times we were at the pools there were turds found and the pools closed. The bars on site are a great value and much appreciated after a long day with little ones. All and all a decent stay and look forward to k going back.

Clean, children-friendly place. Our kid liked the included little water park and mini golf at this motel resort. Staff is cordial. Rooms are basic and worn, but decent for beach casual. Comfortable memory foam beds. And dependable shuttle runs to boardwalk ever half hour.

Great rates. Family atmosphere is wonderful. Indoor pool for the kids. Have been staying here the last 28 years with my family. The have great discounts for local area attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a great place for a family and kids. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly! I would recommend this to a family who's looking to get Away and keep it simple. You're a quick drive away from the boardwalk if you want to do different things too.

We have stayed at FSK many times in the past and despite the recent upgrades I feel like it was one of our least favorite stays. The indoor pool was great as usual, and the outdoor one looks a million times better than it did in the past, but the water was so cold! None of the kids wanted to get in so we went back to the indoor pool. As for our room (Maryland bldg room 419) I checked as soon as I got in for any bed bugs out of habit and the beds looked extremely clean, I was super impressed at the lengths they went through to ensure there were no bed bugs. The rest of the room however appeared a bit dingy, and the bathroom was pretty gross with a strong urine smell and dirt in the corners of the floor. Also, around 7pm when we were in our room our light on the fan went out. I wasn't too concerned and figured the bulb blew out and I would tell them when we checked out. However, at 1:45 am the light suddenly turned back on, waking up all 4 of my kids, which ended up being a nightmare trying to get my 4 year olds back to sleep! Overall I'd rate it a 3/5… we'd stay here again only because my kids love it.

Great experience all around. Friendly staff, great facilities and a super convenient shuttle service. Quiet in the evenings with plenty to do at the resort or in the city.

OMG!, Where do I start I went online to book a room, 10 mins later I decided I'm not going to stay there. Called to cancel, the receptionist on the phone kept saying omg, I can't get it to cancel, then she said hold on. After holding about 20 mins the front desk manager gets on the phone and said we charge your credit card 2 times, but your money will be back on your card by morning. Then Icalled this morning to get my money back on my card. I have spent my entire day talking to people at this hotel. It was easy for them take it 2x. This has been really hard. trying to plan road trip with my grandkids an my mother. My money still is Not back in my account. Don't use your credit card and make sure they don't double bill your card. It's been a nightmare.

Wife dragged me here against my will (I would rather stay on the ocean) but it turned out pretty good. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor pool and splash pad. The other patrons were nice and the staff was responsive and friendly. The room was OK. A bit dated but comfortable enough. The Wi-Fi was fine but it cut out at 11pm for 10 minutes. Some minor issues: kids were throwing decorative rocks found around the outdoor pool and diving in after them. This is dangerous. The rocks should probably just be removed. The DVD player had no remote so we couldn't do anything put play and pause. Some of the attractions were closed and the diner closed really early. All in all, we will probably stay here again.

As far as family resorts go, this one served us well. Super friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The only complaint would be that the hot tubs closed early, and the outdoor one could be hotter. But all in all, very happy we stayed here.

Went there for the first time last summer; headed back in Spring AND Summer! Wonderful place for our family with young kids. The shuttles to the Boardwalk are super convenient; we barely ever had to wait. Indoor and outdoor pools are fun; great entertainment for all ages, plus excellent wait staff and great food/drink specials. The only complaint is that it took me this long to find this place!

I was a last minute reservation for a one night stay for the Fall Car Cruise. I had to take a more expensive cottage type room but they CALLED ME and did me a solid when somebody cancelled on a less expensive "standard" room allowing me to take that one for less money. They are not out squeeze every dollar out of you for sure. The bottle water in the room "is for you to drink, no extra charge" is another example. Free WiFI worked fine. You wont mistake this place for the Hampton or the Marriott nor did I mistake it on the bill either. But they were nice to me, they looked out for me, the room was clean and when I wanted to do something on the cheap at the last minute they helped me out. Not to mention over all it is a pretty nice place to boot. The next time I need a room in Ocean City I don't think I need to make but one call to the Francis Scott Key Family Resort.

LOVED IT! used to stay here over 20 years ago quite a bit. Just went back this year and couldn't believe the transformation. I have got to say! very impressive. I read a lot of the reviews and can only say, that the rooms were sparkling clean! and the beds were the most comfortable. I would choose this place over those HIGH DOLLAR RITZY places any day! I actually loved the charm of the place and still do. The pricing is very very affordable and the endless choices of things to do is unreal! You don't even have to leave the place if you have kids… Plenty to keep them occupied. Love the new Diner! all was top notch!. CLEAN! STAFF ARE GREAT! love the comfortable old home feel of the place.! DEFINATELY COMING BACK.

Sept 2015 Update: After speaking with the owner of the resort, Annmarie Dickerson, our family is very pleased to inform everyone that she is a stand up lady who tries hard to make wrongs right. We will be returning to Francis Scott Key Resort in Aug of 2016 to have a wonderful family vacation. We look forward to making our time there a great one! Aug 2015: This year was completely horrible; the fact that the resort was unwilling to accommodate the needs of an elderly and disabled patron was quite disheartening. Even though they “make a note in your reservation” to make adjustments and I asked for a room on the 1st floor this accommodation was overlooked and not taken seriously. When I checked in, I was told by Becky, that there was nothing they could do other than call the Comfort Inn or give us a full refund, and that there are people who book in October to get rooms of their choice. Another front desk attendant said they couldn’t possibly inconvenience someone who was staying 3 days, well they inconvenienced us, and we stayed 7 days not to mention the reservation was fully paid for in advance when I booked it in March. If it was not for the fact that my family didn't want to ruin a vacation which had been planned for months I would have opted to take the refund and not stay at the resort at all.

Very well kept. Super friendly staff. Kids love the new updates! We have been repeat clients for over 7 years now!

Our family of 5 has stayed at FSK Resort twice. The place is great. Clean great rooms and pools (3 pools! ) They have all the amenities you could ask for. My one issue is that there is a $1.50/day charge for the safe in the room. You can decline this at checkout, but was never told until after I left. It just seemed shady and was not appreciated. Love that place, but don't think I'll be back. Also, the free internet was extremely hard to use. And being as I was supposed to be working while there, it was quite an issue. Please boost your signal!

Pretty fun for the littles. The Wi-Fi didnt work at all though. VERY slow compared to 4g phone if it did work. Usually just timed out every time.

Its the best and I can't wait to see the upgrade.

Great for families with young kids. No frill rooms that are a little old in design. The resort and staff were great. Resort is also kept very clean.

Great experience for everyone! Wish the new outdoor pool had a baby pool and better seating. Otherwise always a great stay for the family! This is our 3rd year in a row going!

They gave us a hotel room that has been used in 4 months with water looking like piss coming from the sink in the tub the pool water smell of chlorine really really bad me and my sister would just their February the 28th thru March the 2nd 2014.

I've stayed here several times and was very satisfied with the rooms and the indoor pool. Had a great time and will stay again.

With a 2, 5 and 8 year old, this is the place we go to every year, I love the all inclusiveness (putt-putt, Pirate spray-ground, pool, games, scavenger hunts, ping pong, movies, board games, etc) Kids love this place. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could but only option was 4 or 5 so I went with five. The free shuttle to the beach its AWESOME and it really does pick up like every 15 minutes. Never had to sit and wait for it for very long. The housekeeping is outstanding. While the rooms aren't luxurious they are plenty good enough. This had become a family tradition over the years so I am sure we will be making trips back here for at least the next decade.

We go there every year and it is wonderful. My kids love the indoor pool. Definitely a family fun experience. Its always something to do since is close to the boardwalk. The rooms are OK but I think they can do better. But for the price and the fun time they always get us. I will be there next year again and my family can wait to go back.
