I checked in to the hotel, I’m staying a few weeks, I go to pay one of my bills online my card gets declined, after checking my account I see a 50 dollar charge, I payed the 50 dollar pet fee for my dogs, I go to the front desk, that’s when I find out I was charged a 50 dollar fee that I’m told will be returned after I check out, it isn’t anywhere on my receipt, this is a shady pratice, I will be talking to the manager about this practice, it should be told to every customer upon check in.

Expensive Bathing suit top was stolen from this hotel! I do not recommend!

I stayed here five years ago and either I came up or they went down. I was disgusted for more reasons than one. They barely had clean towels and the lien that that brought up was dingy. I had to go to the desk to get lien after calling numerous times on numerous occassions. The ice room was dirty, the pool was dirty it was a very uncomfortable stay. Night one I used my sweatshirt as a pillow case for the flimsy pillows they had. They didn't have that fresh crisp. Night two I went to Ross and purchased pillows. I should have gotten a whole sheet set. I saw dirty lien and trash outside people door and prayed to God they weren't gonna reuse them. The free breakfast was brown bag I didn't get a bag but I was there waiting and observing and it reminded me of what they show on TV at prisions. Don't stay there the location is perfect but I wish all stay long I was across the street at the Hampton Inn.

Clean & pet friendly. Will definitely return 😉

The worse bed I have ever seen in a hotel, it was held up with wooden blocks. When I brought it to front desk attention they did nothing. Service like this is unacceptable in a chain hotel.
Dog area has no bags & an overflowing trash can.
Do yourself a favor, find someplace else to stay.

We stay at this hotel every time we go to ocean city. It’s away from the crowds and close enough to go when we want to. Friendly staff, clean rooms and the hotel had everything you need.

Great location! We loved the size of the rooms. They did not require face masks so that made us feel uneasy. We wore them and waited for the elevator so we were the only patrons. Please Require masks!

HORRIBLE… They DID NOT have Hot Breakfast, all they had was small boxes of cold ceral, oranges & bananas, juice. The internet DID NOT work in the room, trash all around parking lot, swing set on playground was broke, 1 out of 5 games were working rest were Out of Order. The swimming pool was kidding pool ONLY, it's 1 foot to 3.5 foot. Ask for refund, that was a joke!

Average hotel, reasonable price. Good breakfast HOWEVER the lady tending to the breakfast bar unfriendly and rude.

We checked in the hotel and the pull out bed had urine stains all over it. The two (main beds) sheets and comforters were stained and never changed. We called the front desk, they didn’t have house keeping on site but they sent the maintenance guy to deliver sheets for us to change the beds ourselves. My husband freaked out, so they sent two Maintenance guys to change our sheets and comforters. The one Maintenance guy realized how horrible the pull out mattress was, so he went and got us a new mattress. The room was filthy and the carpets has stains all over it. We will never return to this hotel. We talked to the manager, he didn’t seem to care, nor did he apologize. See pictures attached.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The cookies and lemon water were a nice treat as well. Anytime there was an issue with a neighbor they fixed it right away. There customer service is wonderful.

Excellent stay, warm friendly staff, great rooms. But the person with me D. S. Stayed intoxicated and high, I'm a sober person so it was not an enjoyable visit. He kept going downstairs to the front desk bothering them and making a spectacle of himself, just because he is a reward member… So am I but no class is no class. I wish they had asked him to leave the premise.

The front desk representative and manager non caring and so unprofessional. Housekeeping doesn't clean, tub left dirty, folding couch left unmade, rugs not vacuum and sheets not changed. Pool rule totally ridiculous every 45 minutes the kids had to get out of pool so lifeguard could have a break, because they aren't given a real lunch break. This had to be the worst Comfort Suite I ever stayed in. This place needs some upgrading and improvement.

Extremely comfortable rooms. I've stayed there several times. Great location near outlet stores, restaurants, and amusements. Rates fair considering it's not located in the overcrowded city yet less than a mile to the shuttle in West Ocean City to take you across to the boardwalk and main bus transit. Exact fare $3 required passenger (lap — children free). Save $, stay here. Lifeguard at the hotel pool, also. Friendly staff. Breakfast served. Now has a new shopping center next to the hotel which is a great place to check out!

We booked this hotel for two nights online a few hours before we checked in. Our check in and check out were seamless. We stayed in a king suite. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was surprised by how soft the towels were and there were more than enough of them. Housekeeping was very attentive and very friendly. I have stayed here previously with a pet and had the same experience. Just be aware you’re not allowed to leave your pet unattended in your room. I would stay here again for sure. One of my favorite hotels.

The general manager Rahman very rude, lack of customer service, and I'm very disgusted that we even spent our money here. If you have a complaint he doesn't care to make things right he wants you to spend more money then offer you a discount while showing lack of concern of your stay. As well as we were told a different rate than what we were charged. As a paying customer it would be in your best interest to stay somewhere else.

Nice hotel in Ocean city MD. It's only ten mins from downtown Ocean city which is great. It's right across the street from the Tanger Outlet and many food places are next to it. Staff is very helpful and the suites are very comfortable. They also serve free breakfast in the morning from 6 a. M. To 9:30am. They have a lot of parking space on their lot. They have a mini basketball court and a kids park. They also have a pool and a gym.

Family friendly hotel with lots of things for the kids. We enjoyed playing in the pool which is made for children. It has baby, toddler, and big kids activities including a water slide and in pool basket ball area. There is also an on-site playground for children to burn off their energy. The hotel itself was clean and everything went as expected.

Everyone very pleasant. Our room was outstanding. Will return in July.

Low rating because the desk clerk broke one of my rules twice! She not only handed our room keys with the number visible but she verbalized it to us. As we were walking to our room she again announced our room number to those in the waiting area. This is not safe for a Mother and Daughter traveling alone.

Called at 11:30 pm and asked for an 8 am wake up call; at 9 am it still hadn't come. Also, went to lobby at 8 pm and complimentary cookies were gone. I asked if any were left and the desk staff told me to come back tommorrow after 3. What? Did they eat the rest of them or had some hidden somewhere? My Wife and I have stayed here a few times. The staff is always friendly. Hotel is well taken care of. We will stay here again.

Love this place. Great location. Not too busy. Near outlets, indoor pool.

Stayed one night on off season. Courteous staffs and relatively clean rooms. No noises or loud guests at the time. Breakfast was pretty nice. However, The water pressure was ridiculously low and luke warm (not hot by any means). So forget about hot steamy shower. Other than those 2, its a good place to crash a night.

One of their morning staff had a negative attitude, it was kind of difficult to find signal in my room. Their eggs tasted terrible and basic but that's probably cause I'm from NY.

This was one of the first and only hotels in West Ocean City for a long time. These are wonderful people and the employees are perfect in all ways. I'm so glad we stayed there and would definitely trust & recommend this hotel to everyone! They are very clean and nice. Plenty of amenities, very nice rooms, at a average price! Is nice, clean and friendly! Near to beach. It is clean, nice and is close to the beach 5min by car, near an outlet.

Staff was wonderful, hotel was clean and warm and comfy! Only thing that could have made it better was an indoor pool!

This is our usual, go-to place when heading for the shore, especially during the winter months. The prices are better than the nearby Francis Scott Key. Rooms are clean and usually decently maintained. The free breakfast is adequate, with lots of options but what you'd expect for free. I recommend this hotel highly.

The location was close enough to everything in Ocean City, but quieter than being directly on Coastal Highway. Nice staff, clean rooms. Free breakfast. The downside is, you can hear everything. We were next to the elevator, and heard every person and conversation and every "ding", all night. When in the hallway, you can hear everything coming from a room. Nice hotel, but next time I would request to be away from the elevator.

Like this hotel because it was pet friendly. Our room was clean and 2 bed queen size beds and sofa bed. Staff members was very friendly. You have to drive to the beach but their another hotel on the beach but I don't know if it pet friendly.

I always stay at Clarion Hotels, out of all, this has to be my least favorite. It is clean, quiet, & good proximity to the boardwalk (by drive). But that's about it. The customer service was mediocre at best. There was construction being done next to it, which was a little noisey and it stunk! During breakfast, it is chaotic, super tight & lines for certain things. It would have been better if the cost was lower.

Well kept hotel. Hotel staff is nice and very helpful if you need to know something about the area. The hotel and rooms are clean and organize. The breakfast is a great perk. Everything is in travel distant. You don't have to go far to get to the beach and water activities. My family and I enjoyed our time there.

Overly priced for the quality of service. Internet does not work everywhere in the hotel. The rooms smelled terrible. Smelled like stale wet dog hair. The smell was over powering. When reporting the internet and smell the staff did not really care. They just told me there was nothing they could do and refused to discount the price for the lack of service they provided. If I'm being overcharged for a room, I expect to be provided with all the services to which they advertise. Highly recommend staying somewhere else.

Amazing hotel for a surprisingly cheap price! Staff was friendly and room was exceptionally clean and organized. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Wi-Fi was outstanding as well. I could honestly not find one problem with our stay at Comfort Suites.

Nice and clean rooms, good staff, fair prices.

Very nice staff. Pool and amenities available plus a wide variety free breakfast area. Located in West OC so you can avoid the city noise. Close ride to free park n ride to the shuttle into town. Recommend the shuttle… it travels thru the factory outlet stores across the hgwy and has a pickup spot there, too. Close to many restaurants and shops. Best way to avoid summer traffic and this hotel has a great spot. *Bus is Seasonal service only over the bridge into the city, no winter service. *City buses reduce hrs in winter, but are yr round. Taxis are usually available at the transit station yr round or hotel pickup. So I recommend it if you're "cocktailing". Recommend NOT driving in OC at all unless necessary, the police can be very interested in all you do. The Comfort Suites is one of the top picks. Great location for easy access to many summer/winter spots.

The room not that bad for the price but the problem was the daytime staff they were very rude and very nasty. For that I would not recommend them to anyone you should not be treated less than a human being by anyone no matter how much you pay.

Nice hotel. Clean, affordable (for Ocean City), and attentive staff. We have stayed here the last 2 times visiting OC and have been very pleased.

Close drive to the beach. Better than spending a ton on walking distance.

ROACHES IN the room. Room had roaches, front desk didn't care — just put me in room next door — which also had roaches! They put a new family in the room the switched me from right after they moved me, so I'm sure they didn't get rid of the roaches first. Don't stay here until they get this under control…

Room was huge-high ceilings and very spacious! Very clean, but there were no towels anywhere.

I worked there in 2004 as Head maintenance man. Had same problems back them. No hot water in shower. Power going off. Recommend a back up generator back them. At the time hotel was only 2 or 3 years old. For a new building it was a maintenance nightmare. I guess owner is only intrested in the money cause it seems like same problems exist as they were when I worked there.

Great place. Very clean, and staff were very friendly.

Pros: Good value for the money, we got a discounted off-season rate for an overnight getaway. Room was nice, comfy, had a king bed. Choice of blueberry or regular waffles for breakfast. Cons: water pressure and temp in the shower fluctuated, shower head needed to be tightened or replaced, as it sprayed everywhere. Unappetizing powdered egg patties on the continental breakfast.

We came from Michigan to visit family and we always stay here. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, and the kids love the pool.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and the staff at the desk was very helpful. Good price, short drive to the beach and no musty smell and sand like the places closer to the boardwalk! Will stay here again next time!

Room was nice, bed was comfortable. However we stayed 1 night for $75 and payed by check card. The next day I checked my account online and Comfort Inn charged my account for the $75 and an additional $159. I called the hotel and talked to the manager and he told me the $159 was a hotel authorization fee? I expressed to him that, we the poormpeople can not afford $159 taken from our accounts without prior notice and that I was about to bounce 2 checks because of it. I went to my bank and the branch manager called him and he was quite arrogant and rude to her and told her that after we checked out that the hotel staff smelled cigarette smoke in the room and they put a $159 hold on my card because it was a non smoking room! WE DO NOT SMOKE! I have 2 charges on my account now of $36 because of bounced checks and I believe that the hotel should pay fornthem and reimburse us the $75 for the room as well. I certainly believe this was a scam and out of 100 people that stay there if they pull that trick on all of them that they could probably make out with at least 5 people who dont pay attention and make alot of extra money. BIG SCAM Please everyonewho stays here … use cash!
