I just wanted to take a few minutes of my time to do a review on New Eastern Inn. I have never stayed at the New Eastern Inn. As I pulled in the parking lot, I noticed several people hanging outside. Being a little leary of this area that I'm not familiar with at all, I remained seated in my car for a moment. Within seconds, a very nice gentleman and female approached my car offering assistance. I asked them if they knew much about this motel. At that time, I found out that the two of them were housekeepers. The female proceeded to introduce her partner and herself which I quickly started to ease up. She had let me know that months before becoming a housekeeper, she had stayed at the New Eastern " more times then she could count on her fingers "! I had asked some very random questions in which both housekeepers took their time to answer all of my questions and not one time did they seem to be bothered, nor put out of place. I was close to making my decision to stay when they put the icing on the cake. They let me know how very nice their immediate manager was, and how he went out of his way to make sure all guests had what they needed in a very timely manner. I did ask her one more question. " does your manager also own the motel? " What a pleasant experience it was to hear her and her partner tell me what great people the "Patels" were, how they go out of their way" to keep their property nice, and make sure their customers are comfortable and feel like home.
