Columbia Hotels

This has been an awesome experience. All the receptionists were nice and those who handle the breakfast were very courteous. Very clean rooms. I will definitely recommend this hotel and would come back there any time am in Maryland.

Staff was extremely nice and courteous. Rooms are nice and everything seemed clean. They offer snacks and drinks throughout the day for free to take. One of the rare times we felt we got a good room for a great price. Would definitely stay here again if the situation calls for it.

Very nice and quiet location. Right by the lake which is really amazing. Great spot to run or stroll around in the morning. Check-in was quick and easy. Room has a great space. Bed very comfy. Nice layout. TV has Netflix which is huge plus. Slept very comfortably.
I only had 2 complaints during my stay:
1. I tried to order room service at 8pm. I was so hungry and tired from driving I had no energy to go out to eat. I probably called 18 times before I finally get to talk to someone.

The lake view at Rookery Bar is lovely. The bartenders are so professional and make great drinks! Front Desk staff are so respectful, knowledgeable and swift! The Pork loin with polenta is my favorite dish right now! Every crevice of the hotel is clean and designed well!

We had a wonderful experience at the Columbia Inn at Peralynna this past weekend! We felt like we were living in a hallmark movie during our stay. The owners Cynthia and David along with all staff, and guests, were simply amazing. Everyone was so kind and we had such a fun time that we decided to extend our trip and book an additional night! This place really felt like a home away from home to us and we cannot wait to come again!

Amazing amazing place, stayed here for the first time and it was an absolute Delight, Cynthia Lin the proprietor and the owner is so considerate and so kind all the stuff is amazingly friendly the service is impeccable the food is great the hospitality is Bar None definitely a full star hotel level hospitality and attention to the gas. Access to food access to drinks access to breakfast and the ability to use the facility for entertaining gas is five stars.

Overall a nice stay, however, the rooms (we had two) did not provide a welcome book with information regarding restaurant hours or a menu. We would have liked to know of the nearby restaurants or what to do in Columbia. The elevators did not work properly — very shakey and actually moving before the doors closed! Breakfast and dinner were overpriced but service was very good. The shower pressure was amazing!

I picked this hotel due to its proximity (four miles) to the Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center. It is a newly renovated hotel. I particularly enjoyed the high-quality room, with a walk-in shower, comfortable bed, and large television. The hotel is nicely secluded.
The Breakfast Buffet offering was substantial and of good quality. The attendant went above and beyond in her helpfulness and friendliness. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here at The comfort Inn (3 nights), This hotel is right off US 30, with easy access to Lancaster attractions. The people employed here are friendly and helpful and the hotel has nice amenities, including a pool and free breakfast. We would stay here again without question!

Had a good stay. Room was clean although the sign says "newly renovated" I don't believe that, the windows were sweaty and appeared to have the seal broken. The pool was nice and a good temperature. The hit tub needs some attention and water as it was below the skimmer. The front staff very attentive as the bathroom light had gone out within the first 15 minutes of us being in the room. The gentleman who corrected this promptly was professional and courteous. Will stay again.

Lovely staff so friendly clean rooms comfortable beds if youlooking for somewhere affordable and clean without any bed bug problems or bugs at all I highly suggest this place best hotel staff ever.

For this visit my wife and I took note of the hotel staff. Depending on the day we received everying from very welcoming to near abrasive behavior. The room was as expected, ours had an AC unit that looked like ot would fall apart at a sideways look. There was a fitness room with some weights, a treadmill, and an elliptical running machine. We did not sample the coffee provided in the morning. One criticism that I have is the small sign on the opening, which is located around the bend.

Stayed here one night, as I was traveling home to N. Y. And I really enjoyed it. The check-in and check-out procedures are flawless and took less than a minute each. The room was very clean. The Wi-Fi was easy to connect to and didn't require any codes or emails which was nice. The only thing I would add is a free continental breakfast but thats not a deal — breaker. Will totally be back!

Great kustomer service nice room that I had klean building and klose to everything.

This place is a great place to stay when you are travelling from put of town, and want some alone time. The suites are like apartments. You can cook your own food there, you have your refrigerator, cupboards and even iron, and ironing board. I get perks from them as well, so they are good in my book. Try it for yourself.

Very helpful and kind staff. They love their job and it shows. The place is clean outside and inside. I had a reservation at The Extended Stay but when I drove into the parking lot there were multiple abandoned cars some without their wheels, trash everywhere! If they don’t take care of the outside I dreaded to see the inside. I drove around and found this place! I asked if they had a room for my pug and I and they immediately found me something. I was so grateful!

Highly recommendable hotel, with gym, swimming pool and a pretty garden to have breakfast or just enjoy a few moments of outdoors comfort. They host a complimentary get together some evenings with free food and drinks. I want to thank Armani at the clerk's counter for her kindness. Happy birthday to you and many happy returns. Rooms are nice, neat and sunny. Well equipped and in good order. A pleasant stay!

The Hilton Garden Inn in Columbia was perfect! I had a meeting and stayed here for work. The staff was perfect in finding me the exact room I needed. The hotel is located near two of the hospitals I was working at and there is a McDonald's and 7-11 with gas station next door in case you have the itch for a burger or some chips. The hotel is awesome because the rooms are modern and super clean. The hotel prides itself on cleanliness and uses extra measures to clean during COVID.

My stay was to provide both meals and safety to begin my recovery from hip replacement. I was discharged the day after surgery walking with a walker and able to take care of myself except cooking and long periods of standing.
They made me feel right at home and spoiled me! Everyone was courteous and friendly making me feel like family. Outstanding food and Service! Thanks Garden Family for 2 weeks! When I left, I was driving and using a cane. Ready for home!

My new husband and I spent a single night. It was a wonderfully home like environment. Mary and Fran are fabulous hosts. Conversational if you are in the mood, respectfully elsewhere if you are not, yet easily findable when they are needed.
We spent our evening in the Garden Room. The hot tub for two was Actually large enough for two. We are both just under six foot and fit together comfortably. (Separate shower for actual cleansing. ) There was Dish TV on the rooms small, but sharp, tv.

Our first experience at a B & B, could not have been better. Everything was great. Beautiful place and room, fantastic breakfast and the owners made us fell right at home in their home. If we ever plan a trip to that area again, we will definitely try to stay there again.
