I stayed here for 3 nights Sunday through Wednesday. I had king room with city view. Great hotel in the great location. It was close to everything. It has a nice indoor hot tube/pool. I got it for less than $100.00 per night on weekdays. Keep in mind the hotel will hold the cost of the stay PLUS incidental cost $75.00 per night when you check in.

As soon as we park till we checkout. Absolutely the best service. Definitely recommend and we will be back for vacation and we stay here.

Valet parking only is not listed in the reservation… it’s listed as an option. And quite expensive. Other than that it’s an amazing place! (Yes there’s other parking two blocks away Sonja)

So, im a life long Marriott member and thought I would try Loews because I've heard good things about the hotel. However; the one in New Orleans does not live up to what I've heard. The staff is wonderful but I was sold a particular package which included free dinner when I arrived. Well I arrived and the restaurant is closed until the weekend. I told my relatives I couldn't meet them for dinner because I had dinner at the hotel. So I missed dinner with the family and no dinner at the hotel. I did receive several im sorry and I apologize but as I explained to the Customer Service Supervisor, the hotel needs to ensure the reservation agents are clear and trained on the properties. As a first timer, Im very disappointed and to top it off. The lobby spells great but when I get off on my floor, a smell of dampness filled my mask Very disappointed in this experience. This is my first and last time in this hotel.

Ms PJ Ohlan was truly exceptional! She called in advance to confirm our room. The bellhop on duty was so helpful and efficient with valet parking, luggage, etc. Ryan was incredibly kind and welcoming at the front desk. We were made to feel like true VIPs and valued guests. Every detail was so much appreciated and truly sets LOEWS hotel apart from any other 5-star hotel! Of course, the room was spotless and beds and bedding were like sleeping on a cloud! Although our stay was short, it was so memorable, luxuriously comfortable, and just perfect in every way! Loews sets the bar high and their accommodations and customer service is the best of the best!

Awesome experience at the Loew’s. Location is great across from Harrah’s with lots of restaurants and bars close by the hotel. Nice spacious rooms with comfortable beds and great amenities. Definitely will be back again.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room had a musty and unpleasant smell. I asked the front office to spray with an air fresher but the odor lingered for the entire 3 day stay. There was no trash can in the bathroom. The lamp on the right side of bed did not work. They provided only one bar of soap for the entire 3 day stay. The water was lukewarm all 3 days in the shower. On day 2, the door would not close to lock so I had to play around with it and I finally got it to close. At checkout I was not asked about my stay! I will not stay here again. I spent my last night in New Orleans at the DoubleTree down the street. It was excellent!

From check in to check out, this hotel is amazing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food is delicious and the bar makes a great drink! The concierge and valet were very attentive.

Top notch establishment. From the beautiful views, to the tasty room service. Everyone was so hospitable. The beds and pillows were extraordinarily comfortable. Loved my stay.

Very clean. Nice staff. Great restaurant for breakfast inside. Close to everything… casino and more. The beds were comfy and we had a million pillows to lay on.

Stayed for a couple of nights with my wife and the place was awesome! We've stayed in a good number of hotels while on trips and this ranks at the top. Rooms are big and if you book on their website you might get some better deals than booking on other 3rd party sites. Across from Harrah's casino and literally a 15 minute walk from both Bourbon Street and Jackson square area. We enjoyed their morning breakfast at the hotel… my wife enjoyed the waffles. They even worked with me on an issue that I won't disclose. Thank you for making our stay a great one!

I stayed here for Essence Fest 2018. I was given my room key with no directions on how to get to my room. There is no fridge or microwave in the room. The restaurant on sight sucks. My sister did forget a box of business cards and they were able to locate them and mail them back to her. Not sure if there was a charge or not but the young man who she spoke with was very polite and helpful.

Nice hotel, the location is across from the casino and close to the convention center. The bathroom could use some maintenance. The drink doesn't drain and the faucets move. The beds are very comfortable. Our location was by the elevator but not very noisy. I slept very well. The restaurant on site is awesome. They have an awesome breakfast and 25 cents martinis with an entree purchase. The check in staff was very friendly. Overall a very good hotel and I would stay again.

My experience goes as such. Being a traveler and mindful of my travel expenses, I reached out to the the hotel to inquire about the Pre Authorization charge. I was was advised it’s $75 per night. I asked if there are other charges. I was advised no only the Pre Authorization at the time of check-in. I checked in, handed over my credit card, didn’t sign any paperwork and received my key. Checking my account a day later, I realize there’s an additional $700 charge to my credit card. The amount looks like Incidentals plus Room Stay. This is deceptive and discretionary practice which goes against the UDAAP and CPB. I discussed the issue with PJ, the Manager on duty. I recalled my call from earlier in the week. She asked if I had a name. Obviously I didn’t because who thinks to record a call from such a luxury brand as Loews. She explained the Reservations line are not aware of the charges due at check in. She said it’s customary and would be in my reservation. I pulled up my reservation to show her no such policy is noted. Of course, she refused to honor the Incidental Policy. I explained I would submit complaints because the basic business principles were disregarded. It is bad business to charge more than what’s stated in black and white. It’s basically theft.

One of the best hotels I stayed at without a doubt! Service and accommodations don't skip a beat! Beautiful, spacious room with a killer view of the city with all the bells and whistles. I also enjoyed the whirlpool and sauna during my stay. Breakfast by room service was incredible! Will definitely be back!

Wasn't impressed by the quality and cleaniness of the room, especially the bathroom. I literally put a towel down in the shower so my feet wouldn't touch the shower floor. It was my first time staying here and I expected better. Staff was helpful and nice which is why I have 3 stars instead of 2.

Had a great dinner at Cafe Adeline. Service was nice. The restaurant was quiet but not to the point where you didn't want to hold a conversation.

Excellent bend-over-backwards staff. Quiet 2-night stay. Valet parking only can make for a slow car retrieval (allow 10 minutes even if you request in advance). Convenient walk to the French Quarter. Killer view from room 2112.

The rooms are clean and large and the trabajadodes are well respectosos. They have good prices too.

I had such a great experience at the Nawlins' Loews! The entire staff was excellent, accommodating, friendly! It was truly 5 star service! The room had a GREAT view and the hotel was very nice! Very extra special shout out to Alvin K. At the front desk! YOU ROCK SIR! Thank you Loew for adding to my wonderful experience! I shall return!

I got a very good rate while staying here. In fact I paid more to park my car than to sleep in a bed on the top floor. The view was not the greatest looking out over the city (not towards the Quarter). While I was there the weather wasn't really the best. So I would sit out the rain and catch up on some work while the TV was on. However due to the Direct TV, there was a lot of no reception with plenty on blank screen. One would think it would have been addressed by now.

Service and Facilities were excellent. I rented a meeting room for business. Every staff member I encountered was cheery and professional, from the back office to the concierge to the valet guys. How rare it is to be treated like they are glad you are there, and would like you to come back. I will. Keep up the good work.

This remains one of my absolutely worst hotel booking experiences of my life. Their staff is condescending and unhelpful, if you are able to actually reach someone. More often than not, phone messages and emails remained completely unanswered. Loews cancelled my reservation. Twice. This is doubtless because they overbooked due to a convention in town (which was, in fact, my reason for the booking), and were hoping to charge some other poor soul a higher price for my room. … My booking agency was unable to get a hold of anyone at the hotel, and the hotel did a miserable job communicating with the agency. I have never seen such shabby, lazy, thoughtless, and unethical business practice from such a prominent chain. I would never consider booking there. The pool might be nice. Who knows?

The quality of Loews is excellent no matter what city you are in. This year I went to the Loews of New Orleans for science talks and it was really a great experience.

We have stayed there before and always loved it! However this trip was over the top! The meals we were provided were excellent and the staff that was assigned to our was phenomenal, Deborah, Thelma, Charles, Clarence and several more that I didn't get their names. They took care of us and all our food/beverage needs. Housekeeping was great rooms clean and beds were very comfortable, easy check in and out. The bar and staff there was also wonderful. I can't wait to return. This trip gets a 10 +

Terrence. He's the life of the hotel and the first face you see when you arrive. I'm sitting at home wondering how he's doing! He's an unforgettable person and helped make our vacation perfect. The hotel was amazing, big rooms, great views, central location. This is the only place to stay if you visit the lovely city. The trolly is walking distance both directions and with the help of Terrence we navigated the whole city and saw all the sights. I can't imagine this vacation without him, and hope to come back! 250/5 stars for our concierge and the hotel!

REALLY GLAD WE STAYED HERE! Very comfortable beds! Great staff. Very nice room. Good price. Great location — easy walk to the convention center for a conference and also close to the French Quarter for nightly fun. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to New Orleans.

Stayed here as a last-minute stop on a road trip. Started out a little rough — due to a technical error, we had to wait two hours for check-in. However, they were very apologetic and upgraded our room for free. All the service we received was very accommodating and enthusiastic and they made us feel very welcome. The room was very nice — spacious, clean, and comfortable. Some of the furniture was a bit dated — the alarm clock would have been state-of-the-art in 2003. One of the decorative bits on a drawer in the bathroom was coming loose as well. That and the technical hiccup at the beginning of the night were the only things that weren't perfect about our stay here. The room was great, the service was friendly, and the price was better than what similar hotels were charging. I'd definitely choose this chain again.

The best place I have ever stayed. Everyone in the place is nice and friendly. They do everything they can to try to help. The rooms was clean bathrooms was huge. And the beds are the most comfortable beds I have been on. The location is great your not right in the middle but not to far away. We will definitely be back to this place.

A lovely hotel that is centrally placed for a great visit to New Orleans. The rooms are quote a bit larger than the normal rooms found in New Orleans. The bathrooms are a little dated, but clean and nice. The plush robe was nice. The employees were top quality!

Hotel is new and clean, but it is overrun by too many activities. But the staff was able to keep it all under control. It is not a place to stay if you want peace and quiet because it is at the end of some parade route.

The desk staff was amazing they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Giovanni at the bar though made out clear he hated his job and had no desire to be there. He was rude to every person who sat at the bar waiting for a table in the restaurant. Telling the same people multiple times "We aren't serving food" the female bartender on staff New Years morning was great though; friendly and more than happy to let us sit there and wait for our room to become available.

The food is great. Had Thanksgiving dinner there. Was amazed that the food was that good when prepared for that many people. Went back for Happy Hour, drinks and food was great.

This hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. I stayed at a Loews in Monte Carlo on my honeymoon and we really wanted to stay here again. However, I was at the bar for 20minutes and my bag was stolen. They took all my ID wallet, etc. The hotel didn’t want to call the police, I had to do that on my own. They said someone would be in touch with me from the hotel but I am waiting. Leaving to go to the airport in about an hour. Still no one. My husband found the thieves on the hotel security camera. Nothing is being done. 3 days later still waiting. The men in the picture below stole my bag from the Swizzle Stick Bar on New Years Day. Today is Jan 4th. Haven’t heard from them yet. Be careful. With the Sugar bowl, New Years Eve and Day and many weddings, one would think they had “even one” security person in the bar!

Stunning room on the 21st floor. Room service was good quality and came in a reasonable time. Bar downstairs gets busy so make sure you get there early for the drink offers!

Had Christmas Day Lunch with my Family. The food was delicious and the service was Excellent. We have Christmas Lunch there every Christmas Day. Valet Parking made the visit very convenient; and it was validated by the Restaurant Hostess. We did not have a room reservstion.

First off the doormen/valet were extremely nice and polite I loved it. Secondly the smell it was something I can't explain but delightful I'm serious lol. We ate at Cafe Adelaid which was awesome so good. And in the event itself the selection of drinks etc was exceptional. Would definitely come here again. Also the bathrooms! Fresh and clean the whole time. Excellent.

Nice conference venue. Staff was on point. Food was nice as well. Hotel is smack dab in the middle of the scene and that was perfect. Sleeping rooms are a bit humid though, even for a guy from southwest Florida.

WE booked a King bed through the Loews website, and got confirmation that we would have a king bed. When we showed up, we were told that if we wanted a king bed that we could only have it for 2 nights and then would have to move to queen bed. The beds were hard and would probably gotten a better night sleep on the floor. The temperature of our room would not get any cooler than 76, we called mulitple times to get it fixed and they said they would send some up, well that didn't happen. I am a Hilton Honors member and thought that I might give Loews a shot at their brand since they are supposed to be a better brand… yeah I'm staying at Hilton brand from now on.

Very friendly and professional staff, restaurant is delicious and bar happy hour is great! Rooms are spacious with great amenities! Great price too. My place of choice here in Nola!

Classic atmosphere, very nice hotel. Shortly after checking in we got a text message from reception to see how our room was and if we needed anything. Very nice touch. Restaurant was at 10 for us, friendly staff. Only reason I am not giving the hotel a perfect score is a few areas are starting to look a little tired. Our washroom grout was a little gross and a few tiles were loose, which is normal has time passes. Same issue at the pool. I would not expect to have this issue at the price point of this hotel. Aside from this an excellent experience.

Very nice and clean hotel! I would've given it 5 stars but they did not have water in the whole hotel for hours! No shower, bath, toilet nothing for 6 hours!

Enjoying the spa the service is excellent they treat each person individually from the facials to the massages to the manicures and pedicures it's worth treating yourself loved it.

Beautiful restaurant. One of the great dining experiences in the downtown area. Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was impeccable. A very romantic evening.

Stayed at this location a week ago with my two very large dogs and a friend and found them more than accommodating. Everyone went above and beyond to welcome us, when many people shy away by the look and size of my dogs they were so kind. The room was beautiful and the food in the restaurant was very yummy. Everyone from the spa attendant to the valet were sincerely kind, and that type of sincerity you can not fake. Thank you for a very comfortable and welcoming stay.

Very clean, services is excellent and located right in the middle of all your options. Right across the street from the casino, a couple of blocks to Bourbon street, a block and a half from the river walk. The happy hour was very welcoming and the food was excellent.

Everything was great! Our suite was beautiful and the food in the restaurant was delicious! But if you don't like pets it's not the hotel for you they are very pet friendly dogs were everywhere but it was also very clean.

Beautiful, clean. Centrally located. We walked most places. Parking is way to high. If you park at casino across the street and play for minimum of 30 minutes. 24hr parking is free.

We spent three nights here and loved it… great location, friendly staff, gorgeous and spacious room. We enjoyed Cafe Adelaide for breakfast too!

Great location to convention center and to the port. Staff was friendly and room was clean. The only nitpicks I have are the limit to the free Wi-Fi (3 devices), the small fridge, and the lack of a microwave.

Parking is a bit pricy, but everything else about the hotel is top notch. Room was clean, smelled fresh, etc. Only issue I had was the air conditioner not really putting out much cold air.

Well appointed rooms conveniently located in the Central Business District. The Swizzle Stick Bar off the lobby has great cocktails served by friendly and enthusiastic bar tenders.

Great location. Love just walking around downtown nola. My only complaint is that there are exorbitant fees for using the computers at the business center.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The beds are so comfy you might smash the alarm clock. Great view from my room and the staff couldn't have been any more friendly. 100 percent recommend.

The service is great the gym and pool facilities are nice. The gym is exceptional and big for a hotel gym! The rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. Great location for Mardis gras festivities, not too far not too close to the craziness. Would stay again Did not like the Wi-Fi set up for the max of 3 devices per room.

The room was very spacious, clean and well decorated. The staff at the door and the front desk were professional and friendly. My only recommendation to a great hotel would be to add a level of security. There was no one making sure that we were guests of the hotel when we walked in late at night.

The location was good for me because I wanted to stay a little away from the hustle and bustle of the french quarter but still be able to get there with ease. Lots of bus stops on the streets around the hotel. Great first time experience staying at a Loews.

My now husband and I got married in New Orleans last weekend, along with 175 of our closest friends and family members. And thanks to the amazing team at Loews, we were able to accommodate many of those guests. Big thanks to Diane Riche and the rest of the staff for making our stay so wonderful. From the beginning, they were easy to reach, patient and quick to provide updates on our room block. They also went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The suites and rooms were fantastic and the service across the board — from the Swizzle Stick to Cafe Adelaide to the front desk and valet — was exemplary. Thanks so much for making our wedding weekend even more special! We'll definitely be staying at the Loews during future trips to New Orleans.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and plan on staying many more. It is in the warehouse district and is close to everything. The amenities are great and I really enjoy the restaurant and bar. If you like a well crafted cocktail this place is place is perfect.

Fabulous room, service, and views. I stayed in the jacuzzi suite and we had an entry area, three TVs (one by the jacuzzi! ), a mini bar and a courteous staff who were attentive to our every need. I would definitely stay again.

I loved staying here. The hotel is nice and clean and in a great location to see The French Quarter or the Warehouse District and more. The best part about the hotel was the truly amazing and helpful staff from doormen to bartenders to Concierge. Here is my one criticism of the place-I was there on some business and the lobby internet is free but you have to pay $12.95 a day to use it in your room which doesn't seem to make sense. Maybe the idea is to get you to the lobby where there is always something to see.

Try somewhere else, anywhere else. Had I gone to a Motel 6, chances are better that my room would have been ready before 5:30, which was half an hour after I had to leave to get to a rehearsal dinner. Why aren't the rooms ready? Why would anyone say, "the rooms are being rushed to be ready" at 5PM? I gave the room rating a frowny face because I never saw it. An invisible (useless) room gets a frowny face. Loews, don't take the whole "we'll get to it when we get to it" southern mentality literally when it comes to service. You won't be serving anyone because they will have moved to a hotel that moves faster than 2 mph.
