Easy to make reservations with the IHG app. Always pleasant staff at the front desk. Rooms always expertly prepared for guests. Google Maps has two locations for the hotel. The correct address is just off the I-20 exit, 320 Arena Road. The incorrect address (chosen by Maps) shows up on a mostly deserted highway near an oil refinery. I contacted Rene' at the front desk and found my way there in no time!

Only reason I did not give a 5 Star is because there is no complementary breakfast like the other hotels next in the vacinity. Mrs. Rita is an excellent front receptionist. The house keeper did not take out trash nor bring fresh towels. Otherwise the room was perfect.

We are here visiting from Florida. Our first room we were put in smelled like cigarettes, even though it's a non smoking place. We were able to get moved over the next morning. The staff is so amazing. The area is nice. Rooms are clean. Best hotel I've stayed at so far. They have everything you could possibly imagine. I'm travelling with two small children and the staff has enjoyed them so far. We will be here a week and I can't see my review changing. If we ever come back to sulphur lousiana, we will surely come back here.

I got stuck at 2 AM and only needed 1 bed for 1 person for about 5 hours. I didn't need a microwave, sink, dishwasher, fridge, TV, pool, gym, etc. So it wasn't worth $160 to me. HOWEVER, the place was nice, clean, great customer service, plenty of amenities for those who want them, and conveniently located. It's nice. Thanks guys!

Amazing hotel and staff. The front desk lady, Tina, was very helpful and sweet.

We cannot say enough about this place. We were evacuated from Hurricane Harvey and they treated us like family. We were feed twice and one of the workers bought us a pair of shoes as ours were wet. They also had free laundry.

First Time Hotel & Would Stay Again! Long time but I am back on the road again. This was my first time staying in this chain. As many of you know I prefer the HIE. But none were available at the price I needed. So On to my review: + Price! + The "Honor System" Cupboard + Location (within 5 minutes from most food chains) + Staff Hospitality + Work OUT room (newer equipment) — Towels (Rather Hard, almost like sandpaper to me) — No pool (it's HOT here in LA) For the first time in this chain I was very satisfied and will consider staying in them more often since they are also part of the Priority Club. Thanks.

Beautiful design aesthetic inside and outside. Knowledgeable staff and fast friendly service. Clean comfortable rooms and inviting atmosphere that is great to visit.

I will definitely be going back to this hotel absolutely very clean very tidy rooms. They have a gym and they have free washer and dryer to use and a small little convenience store within the hotel that is extremely cheap. I will now be looking for Candlewood Suites from now on just absolutely love this place.

We are currently still staying here. It is a very clean establishment. Room are nice, beds are comfortable and having the stove, dishwasher etc in the room is a big help. All the staff is very nice. Always with a smile and quick to help you in anyway. Would positively stay here again.

We have stayed at many hotels and this by far is one of the best suites we have stayed in. Not only will you have everything you need to make this home away from home, but the rooms are clean, updated and roomy. We truly thought hospitality was dead in LA but this hotel is getting it right. Thank you!

Comfortable and well appointed room. As an IHG Platinum Rewards member I was also provided with a late check out at 1:30 p. M. I especially want to say thanks to Aaron at the front desk… he assisted me at the business center and faxed two important documents for me. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very very clean! my room had a full fridge dishwasher and dishes! even a bag of popcorn in the microwave! you can also wash your laundry for free. Will be staying again.

Nice amenities in rooms! Free washer/dryer. Husband here for work and I came to visit. Dinner cooked every Thursday night for guests. Nice pool area with BBQ pits in gazebo. Only complaint, no breakfast!

I stay at Candlewood Suits Arena Road Sulpher, LA every other week while on travel and the service has always exceeded my expectations. The Director of sales and staff at the front desk are always very courteous and have excelled beyond their call of duty to ensure everyone is accommodated. Great job to the staff for their professionalism! :-)
