Nice and courteous staff very clean rooms not real up-to-date but the price you can't beat it.

It was just a place to stay for the night. No breakfast. Room reminded me of an apartment I had in Brooklyn. No roaches. Loud neighbors. Good for one night, I think.

Friendly staff, great beds, awesome shower.

A lot nicer than the Lafayette off University.

Bion and Kelli were awesome at your front desk, the room was clean, the pool was nice.

I have never stayed in a hotel as bad as this one. I am sorry but it is not worth the money I paid. I know is not a 4 star hotel but I have stayed in Days Inn hotels before and they were way more clean than this. Toilet was so not clean what so ever, walls come on, really? Carpet ugh the worst, I was so disgusted by watching my son walking bare footed. (Told him to use his shoes btw).

The star is for the helpful staff. The rooms and entire motel is due for a thorough cleaning and removation.

Roach infested rooms and crappy plumbing is the reason these rooms are so cheap. The housekeeping crew is very kind though. Be sure to get a printed receipt if you are staying for a while because they have so called computer problems where they charge your card but doesn’t show up on their system and they try to charge you when you leave since they have your card on file.

Staying 7 days here they didn't vacuum yet. Maybe tomorrow.

I can’t complain. It’s not anything fancy but it sure makes for a hot shower and good nights sleep. The staff to me know me by name and are super accommodating. Kudos you guys.

Nice enough for a few days BUT bottom line is I would rent here so I recommend it.

There's roaches in the room. The sheet didn't seem clean, the carpet needed valcuming. The shower had not been cleaned.

Staff always friendly and lobby always clean, deliver there for work have not seen rooms.

Because of the refineries they weekly rate is an ok price for 2 bedroom but then idk what's that smell or why the covers are dirty & stained or why the window is cracked or why is there dry throw up on the floor or why some drunks are outside yelling f*** you to everyone & I tried calling the front desk but the room phone does not work!

We booked through Expedia and booked a double bed/non smoking for my husband and I and our son. The only rooms available were non smoking king or smoking double. They gave us a non smoking king. The room smelled like pee and smoke when you walked in. The toilet was dirty, small stains on bedding. One lamp didn't work. We traveled with a friend who said they say a bug in their room. We went to the front desk for a refund. I had problems getting our money back (front desk said it'd take 6-8 weeks because we paid cash) My friend booked through Travelocity and had no problems getting a refund. Front desk told me I could call customer service, which was no help. One rep hung up on me. Long story short, we refused to stay there and finally got our cash back. I DO NOT recommend staying at this hotel. The pictures of the rooms online ARE NOT what they look like in person. Spend a little more money and stay at one of the other hotels next door.

Service was bad, like really, really poor quality. The bed comforter had dirt on it? That didn't seem to care to bring us a new one. The shower curtain had some today stains on it and the shower head and water pressure was also very poor quality. Not gonna lie, I've stayed at $40 motels that are nicer than this location. The location was good, for off I-10, but there's much nicer hotels right next to it so I'd shop around if I were you.

I would have given this hotel a zero rating if it was an option. Room was dusty, lamps had spiderwebs, smelled like mildew, bathtub had mildew, tub would not drain. I called for maintenance at 11am and they said they would send someone. When I asked that evening why it wasn't repaired I was told maintenance was not in, it was a Friday! We were in town for a softball tournament and all area rooms were booked or I would have checked out. I did bleach the tub myself, cleaned the black fingerprints off of the bathroom door and wiped surfaces with Clorox wipes. You're welcome LaQuinta, I should charge you all for my labor! We paid 98.00 a night, it was more of a rent by the hour hotel. There was suspicious activity in the parking lot. I caught a few individuals walking around my vehicle looking around, they walked away when I approached. I did notify the desk clerk. The only thing this hotel has updated in the last thirty years is the cost to use the washing machine, from. 50 to 2.00. How is this place even in business!? I actually think they paid people to give them good reviews! Hotel staff was friendly.

We stayed the weekend here in room 139. It was clean and nice. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay after a very long road trip; room clean, wonderful front desk person Deborah, and the bed very comfortable Mr. Milo our dog had a great snooze too.

Easy access from I-10. I stay here a few times a year. The staff from checking in to checking out was great. The hotel offers a nice room, that includes microwave, fridge, and nice bedding. The hotel property is always quiet to sleep during night. Thanks to Joyce for being great for breakfast and keeping eating area clean as guests ate and left. Always a great stay for me!

One of my best hotel stays to date. The front desk went above and beyond for us.

Me and my wife booked a room for two nights here, when we got to the room the ac was not cooling much and there was pubic hair in the shower area. They sent the maintenance man out, still no cold air so we called front desk they set us up in a room with two full size beds, we were supposed to have king size but at least the air was nice and cool! But now the bulbs are no good beside both of the beds. We wish we would have paid more somewhere else for better rooms, after all we drove six hours to get here and now we are here for two days! Lesson learned no more la quinta inn for us.

What a nightmare, this place is so nasty I can't believe La Quinta would have there name affiliated with this property. Rooms are dirty, horrible smell of mold and old cigarette smoke, bathtub filthy with pubic hair scattered about. Roaches and other bugs seem to like it as they scurry throughout the room. Mattresses old worn out. Outside cigarette butts, diapers and other misc trash litter the pool area. Constant traffic in and out of the motel all hours of the night which appears to be involved in narcotics activity, I watched this activity go on non stop and management was notified and was not concerned in the least. You've been warned this place is nasty. I wouldn't be surprised if they had hourly room rates.

Extremely close to the highway. Get a room with an odd number. I found a dirty towel hanging on the door in the bathroom. The toilet and tub were old and stained. Poor restaurants nearby. Area is polluted. Bed was comfy. Reception was nice but couldn't change my room.

I stayed there last night. And boy o boy. For one we made reservations driving there, came in. Room key did not work, the lady was very sweet. She tried more keys, but nothing, so we had to wait out to be moved to another room. But I can say that the customer service was GREAT. They said $65.00 a night, but I paid $75.00. I was hoping a discount being that we had to wait out in the cold though. The bathroom was scary to use. You literally had to bring some bleach yourself.

We had reservation for suite with two beds and got suite with a king size bed, had to ask for bathroom paper and go downstairs to get it, had to ask for towels and was told housekeeping Comes in at 10 but someone did bring towels to us. There were bugs flying and was reported to the front desk and room was sprayed. We enjoyed breakfast and the kids enjoyed the pool and also very quiet. The rooms are nice but needs a little more cleaning, over all it was ok. U get what u pay for.

This is a fine place to stay overnight. Inexpensive. Rooms were clean. Bathroom a bit old, but still fine. Safe. Front desk and booking were very courteous and friendly. I would stay here again while traveling through.

Pros: Room is clean, bed is very comfortable, flat screen TV, great work station with office chair, no problems with Wi-Fi, frig and microwave. Cons: Tub has stains or soap scum on bottom, no liner in ice bucket, no ashtray in smoking room. Staff was neat, courteous and brought me an ashtray after they tracked one down, they were out of liners for the ice bucket. Room was what you would expect from a La Quinta even though the price is a lot less than normal. Attention to the little things, which is normally not over looked at a La Quinta, would make this a 4 star room with a 2 star price. I would stay again.

Very good stay. The room and grounds were clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was making another over night stay for a fishing trip. Parking with a boat was not too bad. And the price was right. I would stay there again.

This place is horrible. We reserved through hotwire hoping to get fairfield or holiday inn (other 2 and 1/2 star hotel) in sulphur la but instead we got la quinta. The place is real nasty. Bathroom was gross. There were stains in toilet and bathtub. Didnt look like housekeeping been there for long time. We checked in late so didnt bother about it. Just went to bed and scared of bed bugs all night. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
