Very nice place! It has an indoor pool and Continental breakfast. The breakfast has a good variety. The rooms are nice and it's clean. The people who work there are also very nice. :)

Pretty nice place so far. They have a pool and a fitness center and everything. Some rooms are OK, some are great, but none were awful. I reccomend you stay at this hotel.

Everyone was extremely nice. Breakfast was great. The kids loved the inside pool. The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily during our stay. My only complaint is they said our room slept 6 BUT we had a hard time sleeping 5.

This was one of the best places we have stayed. It was clean, probably getting ready for a face lift but the people were great! The people that were there made our entire trip more enjoyable. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The manager was very good to us and no one ever made us feel rushed or unappreciated. We stay at Hampton Inn & Suites quite often when we travel and this one was the best so far!

This is the worst experience at a Hampton Inn that I have had. I travel a lot and stay at Hampton Inn Hotels all the time. I booked a king bed suite with a whirlpool tub. The view from our room was looking at the concrete tower, stains on the ceiling, the bed was dirty, the refrigerator did not work, and they only had a 13" TV in this huge room. I also requested NO adjoining room when booking and I was put in an adjoining room! We complained but they were completely booked and couldn't move us to another room. We received a full refund and left the hotel and went to Drury Inn. I am a rewards member with Elite status and this is what I received! Not sure if I will return to another Hampton.

2nd visit. Not so happy. Booked me as a smoking, then 2 days later, no such thing. They should have known they changed. Minor problems in my room. Definitely not normal for a Hampton. Staff is always top notch though resolving issues.

No complaints. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels/motels and this was a relaxing and comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location is great. The staff is great. The pool needs attention. Paint coming off the bottom of the pool. Very clean downstairs at check in. My room 410 was clean. The only negative to my stay is the shower. The water hardly came out and made it very hard to shower. The shower head didn't even put out much water.

Had a wonderful time staying here during the derby. Sent several packages here prior to my arrival, and they were more than accomadating.

Service was great, room was clean and the kids loved the indoor pool. We were able to check in early which was good as well.

Being able to check in and get the digital key made the process smooth and painless. The room was clean and neat and the bed was comfortable.

We went there for gymnastics and booked 2 rooms connecting because we have young kids and we have to have connecting rooms, and person at front desk promised us we was in and it was all taking care of. So when we arrived and told them our name one of the ladies said oh that’s the person that rooms got messed up. So somebody booked one of our rooms online and got it even tho we booked it on the phone with front desk a week in advance. So that tells us they knew. Well they gave us a room with 2 beds is all they had left it’s 1030 at nite so we said ok we all 5 would rough it one nite we’ll somebody smoked in the room once we opened the door the smoke smelled smothered us. So we called front desk and they was gonna move us again while we was waiting my husband found us a room at another motel that accomidated us all. The front desk staff acted like it wasn’t a big deal I’m a diamond member me and my husband spend thousands a year with Hampton inn. So which is it first come first serve or ur garenteed something u don’t get. The rules are always different and this has happened a couple times so we can’t depend on staying there when ur told something and it’s different when u arrive. Thers no smoking rooms for a reason the maids or even people walking down the hall can smell smoke from that room. Its not fun trying to find a room on a weekend late at nite after traveling with kids for a tournament when ur already guaranteed something. I hope this helps travelers with children.

Very clean, convenient location; helpful, friendly staff; ample parking. Well worth the reasonable rates. Will stay there every time I go to Louisville!

Our visit at Hampton inn in Louisville KY was incredible. We got there on Friday with a reservation scheduled for following weekend by mistake. They placed us in a king bed room with a pull out bed. Which we where very happy to get. Expedia had already taken out the money from my son's account. The lady that checked us in said we could straighten out the situation next morning. Was very late. Next morning my son called Expedia and they than called Hampton inn and we where able to straighten out the payment. Also the very kind girl who helped us her name being Paula who deserves a bonus was able to switch our room to a room with double beds. We where so much more comfortable. Thank you Hampton inn for making a very trying emotional time so much easier. A very happy customer.

Had a two night weekend stay… Stayed in 2 different rooms due to bad smells in the first room. So for room 1: trim was missing and falling off of bathroom door, air/hear did not control property, bad smells, toilet did not flush without holding the handle. Room 2: smaller TV than room 1, otherwise good. Hotel itself: heated pool was unheated for first 24 hours of stay, otherwise good. Staff was friendly, very apologetic about first room. Seems like the hotel is due for a remodel.

Not too much too complain about. Close to lots of food options, right off the highway, though a little hard to find. Free breakfast was fine, but the Wi-Fi was pretty slow. Room was clean and nice, good place to stop for the night.

I had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn. The staff was very nice and aimed to please. There was a problem with the bathroom breaker but the front desk staff quickly got the maintenance guy there and it was fix very quickly… with a follow up call from the desk to make sure it got fixed. Highly recommend!

My "home away from home" every time I'm in Louisville. The staff and management are top notch and incredibly helpful and friendly. Wonderful hotel!

Our room was clean and the staff was polite and very helpful. They gave us coupons when we asked if there was any local pizza places and they were quick to deliver some extras we needed. We booked online while on the road and had no issues what so ever checking in. The continental breakfast in the morning had fresh fruit and coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or looking for a place to stop by over night.

I normally don't knock Hampton Inns but this is a sad state. It's an older Hampton inn so the rooms are adequate but by no means up to modern standards. We requested a handicap room and received nothing like it, no seat for the bath. Then the much touted breakfast had been ransacked by the guests with staff taking over a half hour to revive it. Pretty much a sham of a Hampton inn. I'll not be staying here again. I love the company but this location is worthless.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was great. And the staff were fantastic and courteous. Kara was the best! She helped my husband find the closest grocery store with dry ice so we could keep our baby's milk cold all day while at the park! We will definitely stay there again our next time up.

Thank you (and Security) for keeping us safe while we pulled over for a few hours at rest stop. At STEMMKids we always promote SAFE driving while getting to one's destination. We especially appreciated Security warning us about safety. This month while working with Robotics and Mathematics with our students, we will be sure to teach them the importance of where we get our Primary sources of Information and the reliability of those sources. As a former writer/photojournalist who now works in Engineering Ops and education, I believe that the passing and spreading of misinformation can be detrimental to any person or business. They didn't leave the room we had reserved a room saying we would arrive late. On arrival the room was not available they sent us to another hotel away about 20 km and even there they had a hard time finding us a bad room.

I had to call and request assistance with a pending deposit still showing in my bank account from Saturday — 3 days ago — and was not even allowed 2 verbalize my concern to Ashley without being interrupted. I was essentially told to resolve the issue on my own and when I requested verification a financial transactions I was informed there were not any. All for a room with a microwave they didn't even work and hard water that wasn't even hot.

Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for hookers and blow, would definitely stay again.

Air conditioning didn't work, but hotel was very clean, overall. It's newly renovated and was consistent with Hampton quality — generally being the low end brand within the Hilton family. Would stay here again, so long as the rate were much lower than what we paid, on this stay.

Amazing Manager, very friendly and accomadating. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had an amazing stay. Clean, good sized rooms, large bathroom. I have been so impressed with Hampton Inn & Suites this weekend!

We stopped in for the night, could have not been happier. Very pleasant and professional staff. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfy and warm. excellent job.

Had a great stay here, very helpful staff. They helped me fill out a membership card and put it under my door when I was sleeping. They also helped me carry things out the door and were overall, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was also in a very safe location which was good because we had kids. I would definitely stay here again.

Extremely friendly staff, gave the kids free coloring books for the road. The rooms looked very good and were well maintained. We missed breakfast by 20 minutes but the lady cleaning up brought some food back out for all 6 of us so we could eat. Overall this was one of the best hotel experiences I have had and it was all at a very affordable price. I would highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it!

Our stay started with the FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, and GENEROUS service with Ryan at the front desk, and then continued on to our large clean room, best-ever breakfast, and finally the nice pool and exercise equipment. If we drive through the country this way, we'll definitely stay here, again! Great price. Convenient location. A big thank you to Ryan for helping our large family settle in.

I've stayed here twice now, about a 18 months apart. Rooms are clean and well appointed for the price. Check in has been easy with no drama. The lack of a fifth star is because the "complimentary" internet is a notch above dial-up. I'm not going for the airline model of nickel and dime customers to death and paying the five bucks. Maybe I'll try on one of the other nearby hotel Wi-Fi signals and see how that works.

Now, this is an unusual review for one main reason: I no rooms were available at the Hampton Inn near Louisville. One night my family was moving across country; we'd been driving for 13 hours straight, and were so tired we almost couldn't stay awake to drive into the parking lot. We tried hotel after hotel, in a thirty mile radius around Louisville, but every one of them was full; no rooms at all! Some international golfing group had shown up and taken all the rooms. We could not drive another mile. Just a previous night we had no place to stay either, and had to sleep in our van and truck, feeling dirty and very homeless. My father (driving the truck) and I (driving the van) walked in requesting a room from the girl at the desk. She didn't look up much, but she sympathetically told us that there weren't any rooms available, except a smoking one on the top story (impossible for my mother in a wheelchair, as well as my asthmatic sister). Hopelessly we looked at each other. The girl looked at us and said kindly, "Why don't you all come in and wash up? You can park in the big empty parking lot in the back and just sleep as long as you need to. Then come in for free breakfast in the morning. " I can't tell you how much good that kindness did to a dirty, weary, traveling woman and her family!

Spent a week there. Staff was pleasant. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Doing some remodeling in the front lobby area, but kept it to a minimum.

My experience was terrible there where a few incidents. Me and me family flew in from Chicago when I asked for a room I was given a smokers I asked for non smokers the smell was terrible. I was given another room 225 in which I discovered bed bugs inside the corner fold of my mattress I left outraged I asked to speak with the manager who was a heavy set over aggressive male who had no sympathy or remorse I left furious and took my business to Hilton inn.

I travel a lot for work, so both my wife and I are Hilton gold members. So I generally like staying at Hamptons. Most of the ones recently have been updated, this one however was not. The stay here was seriously the worst I've had in the last. 4 weeks of traveling. They stuck me in a smoking room, and told me the hotel was sold out. Then the ceiling of the room I stayed in had water damage and mildew on it. Do you know how annoying it is to sleep in a smoking room and wake up with your clothes smelling like smoke? The staff was completely indifferent to the situation the placed me in and offered me nothing in return for staying in that terrible room. And I'm a GOLD member with them. Do yourself a favor and stay next door at the hilton garden; it's completely new and very nice.
