I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! I stayed at this hotel a month ago and they are just now charging my account even though I was told at check in that they processed my payment. The assistant manager Angie is rude and not helpful at all. Told me to keep better track of my finances even though I saw for myself that it was pulled from my bank account when we had gotten back that weekend. I’ve never had this issue with any other hotel before!

Excellent service both last night and this morning. Staff kind, friendly and helpful. Everything from front lobby to bathroom was clean and I’m picky! We recommend Quality Inn Louisville.

First of all when I checked in they charged my card an extra $5 for incidentals. They advertised on the internet that they had free continental breakfast, fitness center, pool, and hot tub. When I get there the continental breakfast was a nutri grain bar with orange juice or apple juice. The fitness center, pool, and hot tub were closed! And they’re reception for the TV was bad. 80% of the time I watched TV on my phone! Just an overall sucky experience! Will never stay here again! Ever!

Ths hotel "suite" should be rated 0 stars. First of all the amenities were all shut down. No pool or breakfast, which makes sense due to the pandemic. But a shelf just fell and injured aubree and myself. There was drug paraphernalia found when we first checked into the room. Not to mention bed bugs and someones dirty underwear. We will never ever come here again!

Beds are stiff as a board of wood. We didn’t get much sleep at all. Disappointed and tired. : (

Big room but if your in room 111 & out after they close the doors on the end. You have to go all the way around to front door as the key thingy doesn't WORK. I told lady at front desk & it was like ok, whatever. So just a little inconvenience like that is why I will never ever stay there again. That & the breakfast food was not very hot, more like room temperature. I stuck my hand in the pool & it was a little chilly.

Everything I expected. Everyone was very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was very cleaned too. The breakfast was yummy. Thank you.

The rooms are awesome and large just a Awesome Hotel to stay at. Right off the highway and many many food places.

I have been staying at this property on extended business and would unreservedly recommend going out of you way to stay here. First floor rooms have outside and inside entrances for your convenience. Rooms are clean and well maintained by professional housekeeping staff. The front desk GSR's are polite, knowledgeable and courteous. I would like to complement Colleen, Misty and Nile for providing exceptional service. The property is well maintained retro and exudes a quality that is not present in modern construction. Concrete in between floors and thick walls make for a quiet nights sleep. The beds are firm and comfortable, sheets, pillowcases and towels are clean and bright and TV has a full complement of cable channels. Pool is exceptionally clean /clear and indoors for winter use. A full service breakfast bar is at hand in the AM with a friendly breakfast attendant. All in all I was made to feel like I was at home for my extended stay and can't really think of anything I would improve upon. I even had the chance to meet the owner who treats each and every guest like family. Surrounding hotels are corporate, cold and stuffy with the exception of the Wingate which is also a great property managed by great staff. QI on KY Mills Dr is a winner and get my kudos and thumbs up!

This was a great experience! I loved the lady to checked us in, she was a sweetheart! The room was clean, and nice… well worth the money.

Everyone was nice. The bed is comfy. Room is large. It was great other than an old smell I. The hotel.

Rooms were large enough. My in 209 stunk like wet doggy, there was marks on the wall of the room the toilet leaked from the tank and they were booked and had no other rooms available the shower was low pressure due to the tub faucet being at 5, 000 psi " not kidding you I tried using a wash cloth to keep it hitting me directly it seriously went though 2 wash cloths and a hand towel as in cut that's how high the pressure was". The tub had a divot right in the middle. For the $135.00 usd I spent here not worth it the only real plus was the Cracker Barrel next door. Will not be coming here again.

Enjoyed the indoor pool and free breakfast. The rooms could be more updated.

Old hotel but has been upkept very well and newer renovations made it feel slightly more modern. Place was also very clean. Would stay again.

A great small hotel with accommodating staff, a great breakfast, and lots of activities and information provided. Showers are a little weird and the water pressure and temperature is very uncooperative.

Decent hotel. Pool was a little sketchy anx room smelled like a pack of cigarettes. Fresh just tobacco.

The staff was great and helpful on our visit, but shortly after we arrived a water pipe burst in the hotel. They quickly found rooms for us (and all of the other guests) at a nearby hotel.

Horrible stay at Quality Inn bear Louisville Airport and substandard stay at Quality Inn on Kentucky Mills in Louisville. I recommend another Hotel… terrible chain. Heating and air conditioning in room was aweful.

Decent, run of the mill place to sleep while traveling. Right off the interstate. Pool looked good, but it was mid-March and I ain't going in.

Housekeeping was hit or miss. Had multiple issues and a couple of rude staff members throughout the stay at the hotel. Rooms were nice but again there were some issues. I felt they were never resolved satisfactorily. There is plenty near the hotel as far as restaurants gas stations, strip malls and fast food. Might consider staying there again is improvements are made. Not a bad Hotel just a few minor bumps that need to be ironed out.

Family really enjoyed our stay this was are second time staying here we came back cause it was so nice the first the rooms are nice breakfast was good the kids love the pool and staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel looked to be a popular trucker location. That being said it was very well taken care of. The staff was great and helpful. The rooms were pretty well kept up. The beds were not very comfortable. The food was alright and a good selection.

Overall a great visit. The price was pretty inexpensive, but the facility is definitely dated. Good service, good breakfast. For the price, we'll stay here again.

Great rooms, with decent rates. We had no issues other than the man checking us in, seemed extremely slow. Like it took almost 15 minutes just to check in.

The rooms are very large pool area very clean and big free breakfast was great staff very friendly and polite.

Overall ok. Our "non-smoking" room reeked of tobacco when we walked in, as did the stairwell. Beds were decent enough, breakfast options were minimal. Pool is heated and indoor, which is a bonus. Vending machine was malfunctioning, charged my card 4 times and I didn't even get the drink, and the concierge couldn't help with it. The hotel itself is in a nice part of town, walkable to several restaurants and take out. Close to the interstate.

Wonderful breakfast service and really great spacious rooms. The heater in our room was very noisy though! We had to unplug it to sleep.

Room stank, like wet paint… or mildew. There were stains on the carpet, and the shade was missing from one of the lights. The breakfast was AWEFUL. Waffles were… sour, all the food is highly processed and bland. The pool water was smelly and thick, like it hadn't been changed for a year. And most of the lights in the pool area were blown. 2 stars for clean bedding and towels. If this describes you're type of hotel stay, by all means… Book it today!

Great location. Friendly people. Free breakfast. But, the bed is very firm. If you like a firm bed then you can't beat this place.

Not bad pretty clean. Pool does smell strong. NON SMOKING for the entire interior of the hotel. Sadly I'm a smoker guess I will be hanging outside a while.

The room was awesome except for the placement of the desk. You could not see the television. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice, good selection of items.

Absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. We booked 2 non-smoking rooms. We booked in advance, and arrived an hour after when they said we could check in, yet they had no rooms ready when we arrived, because they "forgot" (their words, not mine). Then, even though we booked non-smoking rooms, they gave us a smoking room that smelled like a chain smoker stayed there (not that it would've mattered, because most of the building smells like smoke regardless). They finally moved us to a non-smoking room, which coincidentally had its smoke-detector literally ripped off the wall; just a hole in the wall with wires sticking out (pretty sure that's a serious fire code violation). The other room was poolside, and the AC pulls in all of its air from the indoor pool area, so no possibility of fresh air coming into the room at all; the whole room smells intensely like a nasty chlorinated pool. I was going to turn the fan on instead of the AC, until I saw how ridiculously caked with dust it was; it had obviously not been cleaned in ages. Then, after having been in the room for only about 30 minutes, on TWO separate occasions a staff member (but not housekeeping) unlocked and attempted to just walk right into my room. I had the chain lock on, so they couldn't get in, and when I went to investigate, their response was "Oh, I didn't know someone had this room. " It's also worth mentioning that they offered us absolutely nothing for our trouble, and we still paid full price.

Clean room, friendly staffs. Much better compared to price. Of course expect accordingly. Free breakfast and free Wi-Fi! We didn't want anything more:)

Its an older hotel on the KY Mills Strip needs a redo for an older structure. Updating decor. Has business center in lobby. Rooms do have table for laptops, chair, flatscreen TV and modular size bathroom. Tub too small for a tall person. Watch our for hookers show up there.

Apparently ownership of the hotel changed since our last visit. This time, the pool was closed for "maintenance" without notice, the hot tub had been closed for good even though my husband was initially told by an employee (before he booked the room) that they did in fact have an operating hot tub, all the vending was "out of order", the only working ice machine was the one on the third floor. Totally different experience than the one we had 3 years ago under corporate ownership. Sadly we won't be returning to this hotel, even though we honeymooned there. Very disappointing!

One of the worst examples of Customer Service I have ever seen. 1) Called at 9:00 that morning & was told early check in at noon was ok, however when we arrived was told our room wouldn't be ready for another 2hrs unless we wanted a double room instead of a king. 2) Came back 2hrs later & was told they had double booked our room & again was offered a double room. At this point I felt like I was being segregated! I showed the desk clerk my reservation confirmation & she said since my reservation was 1st she could give me the room. 3) Website & room directory both indicated the hotel had an indoor pool & hot tub open until 10:00, however the hot tub didn't exist, was informed by the desk that it was removed years ago from the pool area. 4) Carpets were being cleaned (on a Saturday) which left the hallways very slippery — no caution signs were set up. 5) Breakfast served until 9:00, food was good. However the hostess made sure that EVERYTHING was closed before 9:00. There were many customers in the lobby, however she unplugged 1 of the waffle irons at 8:40 & was disgruntled when I asked for syrup. I took our food to our room because there wasn't an available table, when I returned at 8:55 to get yogurt, bagel, juice & coffee the only thing left was coffee. I asked the hostess if she could please get me a yogurt & orange juice, which she replied that they stop serving at 9:00.

We decided to have my daughter's ninth birthday party at The quality Inn because they had a indoor swimming pool that had rooms adjoining to the pool deck. We were harassed by management from the time that we checked in to pretty much the time that we left. After The swim party was coming to an end we went back into the rooms to find bedbugs! We reported it to management and the lady at the front desk said the manager would get back with us the next day. We left immediately which ruined my daughter's birthday party and guess what? The manager still has not got back with us. Over $200 wasted I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. I have several pictures of the rooms condition black mold bedbugs holes in the doors I could go on and on… as a matter fact those pictures will be posted and distributed to the correct people. What a nightmare.

Good prices. Very clean. Great service. I woukd have no reservations in staying there again.

Messed up our reservation. We requested a non smoking room with two queens and got a smoking room with one king.

We booked a room for 4/9/16 to watch our grandson play in a ball tournament in Clarksville, IN. We were unable to make it to the hotel till late evening do to travel times and the game schedule until around 10pm. We went to the Cracker Barrel to grab some dinner before arriving at your place and needless to say was called during dinner to be told we no longer had a room. This was my first experience with this chain and will definitely be the last. It's unbelievable that you can give me a confirmation when I called directly for reservations then cancel when you please. Our grandson's team stayed at your hotel as well and heard many complaints of dirty rooms and bad smells. You did arrange for us a room in your sister hotel the Ramada but we found it offensive as well. Upon entering there the cigarette smoke was overwhelming and no elevator service to our area of the hotel. We were put on the second floor but the worst part is I'm on oxygen 24/7 and I'm sure that was obvious upon check-in. This hotel was very noisy and had slamming doors all hours of the night. If no stars had to be selected to post Quality Inn nor the Ramada would receive any rating as far as I'm concerned!

Dirty, dirty, dirty. We stayed on the 2nd floor, the hallways haven't been vacuumed for a loooong time. Front desk staff unprofessional. Each night, the key card needed to be reprogrammed… (probably because we booked through a 3rd party reservation website (Priceline) ). I do not understand how this hotel has a 3 star rating. I will definitely not come back and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My company paid for a room for two nights due to the weather conditions. The room was nice and clean the first night, although we had considerable confusion in obtaining the reservation. The second night, with the same name for the same reservation, there was again confusion and a rude attitude from the front desk staff. I stayed in the same room as the previous night, to find that the room had been 'cleaned', being that the wrinkled bed spread was still there, and the same trash was still in the trashcan. Going to enjoy the breakfast in the morning was met with a very displeased employee who seemed annoyed that I would touch her breakfast accommodations before she was prepared for me to do so. I told her it was fine that everything wasn't ready, however she was still mumbling 'jesus' under her breath. Calm down, yall.
