False advertising there is no room with a whirlpool in it and yes the have a hot tub but its out of order and fail to till u tell they have your money and refused to give it back also go lied to 2 days before when they said they had one onsite I could use bc of the false advertising on the room itself.

This Hilton Garden Inn has a Great and Kind staff! Yummy and beautifully prepared breakfast and newly remodeled rooms with comfy beds. A peaceful and pleasant stay was enjoyed by this Diamond Hilton Honors Family. We were taken by the amount of people visiting and enjoying their vacations… Just truly a safe and intriguing area. ☆☆☆☆☆ A must visit ♡ thank you!

My room was 90 degrees when I checked in. Turned AC down to 65 & left to eat supper. Room was still 90 when I came back. Called front desk, they sent someone to look at it 15 minutes later. Couldn't repair, pack up all clothes & go to lobby. Moved to different room. After that, stay was fine.

Overall, it's not a bad hotel. The breakfast buffet was REALLY good (and it helps if you're a gold/diamond member so it's free, otherwise it's $12.95). I was disappointed with how small the pool is, but I understand that it's not really the hotel's fault. The hot tub doesn't get nearly hot enough and only half the jets were working, so that was stressful since I have back issues. But the staff is really nice and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here than the other hotels nearby.

Staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable the entire stay! Best stay we’ve ever had at any hotel ever! The air conditioner was well able to keep our room nice and cool! Complimentary fruit water and cookies when we arrived. Extra pillows and towels were brought to us with a smile. Amazing, incredible stay!

We were so comfortable here. The hallways smell so fresh and clean, the swimming area is in the same area as the hot tub, I loved that. The staff were smiling and helpful. The breakfast at Johnny's in the morning, taste like home cooking and kids under 12 eat free!

Nice hotel and very similar to many of the other Hilton Garden Inns that are located near corporate centers. Easy access location with many restaurants close by including a full service restaurant connected to the hotel. The rooms are good value for the money but are not overly decorated. There is a fitness center and pool and a full-service breakfast is available on site. Overall, good stay do too friendly and welcoming staff.

The hotel staff was unusually attentive and helpful. The rooms were well appointed for this price point. Everything was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

The room seems pretty new, the restaurant is perfect I recommend the Thursday lunch menu and the fitness room is pretty complete.

Decent rooms, but there was a light in the bathroom that I could not turn off and the glass doors on the bathroom made it hard to sleep all night.

This hotel is in a great location in Olathe. The staff were all very helpful and super friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable, clean and well maintained. I have no complaints at all. I would highly recommend this place and would repeat my stay therw gladly. Thanks.

The food is very good. The Cook's actually know how to cook a steak. Although the menu has been running most of the same items for the last 3 years.

The rooms are great. After 4nights on the road, to spend another 5 here is much appreciated. The beds are nice enough to get good relaxing sleep.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a beautiful hotel. It is clean and modern. My room was perfect and I was able to get great sleep in that comfortable bed! I would stay here again.

My husband and I recently shared a dinner at Johnny's Italian Restaurant, the restaurant adjoining the hotel. The food was delicious. The service was wonderful. The decor was lovely.

Johnny's Italian Steakhouse is an excellent dinner choice. Great place to take clients. Courteous staff. Good food. Quiet atmosphere.

It is no wonder why my company uses this hotel as our home when we visit our sales office. It is clean and well kept. The staff are always nice and ready to assist you.

Hotel was great. Check in was very smooth and quick. The suite was perfect for our needs. We were able to get earl check in and late check out. I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in the area.

Professional staff. Rooms were ready on time. The bar has pretty good food. Easy access to the N/S Interstate 35 highway. Restaurant's & local entertainment walking distance from hotel location.

Clean, excellent service both at the front of the house and from the floor workers — was very impressed here. I've stayed in other HGI's around the Midwest on travel but this property really was nice. Recommended!

I went to The Hilton Garden Inn Olathe for a Best Buy Town Hall. My experience was amazing. I'm a huge coffee drinker and the coffee was outstanding. And the muffins were delicious. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. It was a great place to hold a work meeting.

My family and I attended a wedding at the Hilton Garden Inn in Olathe and it was fantastic. We have a toddler who wasn't in the mood to sit and be still during the ceremony. One of the employees whose name I unfortunately did not get played with my daughter blowing bubbles so that I could watch the ceremony. She went above and beyond and I am grateful. Amazing place and amazing staff! Thank you!

I attended a summer workshop for professional development. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. The conference room we were in seemed pretty standard. The men's room I used was mostly clean except for the urinal which for some reason had all sorts of chewed up gum left in it that no one cleaned out. There were lots of restaurants nearby which made our lunch break enjoyable.

We had a junior suite and the view was one of a walk like structure that was probably part of an overhang or awning on the front of the hotel. You could see the sky and that was it. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom a decent size and clean. The pull out sofa sleeper in the front room was VERY hard to sit on. No one slept on it so no comment there. The airflow was poor. The bedroom had an electric wall heating/cooling unit like a cheaper hotel and the bedroom was a nice temp, but the front living area and bathroom were sweltering hot. Some air came through a small vent in the wall in the living area but not enough. The lighting was also poor (dim). We didn't realize you couldn't use the lamp outlet that's intended to plug a charger into unless you flipped the light switch on in the bedroom. So all night our phones drained and did not charge. My husband's phone died. Also very loud. Tbey were hosting families of soccer kids and the lobby and exercise room were infiltrated by sweaty loud boys and girls. Would not stay there again.

I Think this is the best place I've ever been because it's got a nice bar and I service they're all employees are nice and the rooms are fantastic love them.

Nice hotel, room HVAC units do not adequately heat/cool room, just bedroom portion which honestly I am okay with because I only use the room to sleep, outside of sleeping hours I am outside visiting/sightseeing. Hotel breakfast is pricy ($13) whole others offer free. This is most likely due to on site restaurant ensuring profits. Overall, nice clean hotel room and friendly staff. I would book here again for sure.

After a long, tiring day I checked into a king room, unpacked, and went to dinner at the hotel. Upon my return the air conditioner had an extremely loud buzzing. I called the staff and they sent maintenance, who agreed it was loud and something was very wrong. Unable to quickly fix it, I had to move to a room that was a downgrade. No one offered to help me move, bring me the key or a luggage cart. As tired as I was, I went up and down multiple times, re-packed, re-unpacked, and called the desk to ask if they were adjusting the cost due to the downgrade. I was told that I was getting a break on the price, which was now going for much more than what I had booked the king room for. Wait, what? I'm looking at the website that show a double queen is a less than the king that I had booked. They explained it was complicated and they were already offering me another room since I wasn't happy with the last one. So, in their mind they are doing me a favor. They offered a manager who among many other offensive things actually said that no one else had complained about my first room before me so they were happy to accommodate me with another room, which they didn't have to do because I didn't like a little noise. I explained it really wasn't the cost itself, but the accountability I was confused about. At this point I told them I would be re-packing again and checking out. What I never told them was that the buzzing wasn't occurring prior to my leaving for dinner.

Breakfast is tasty, and the service is very good.

Nice place for events and meetings. Has a great setup for connecting computers for presentations. It also has outlets all over the room for people to keep their devices powered through the meetings.

Great place to stay. Here on business. My company did not cover incidentals and breakfast buffet is $10.00. This is a little pricy for my budget but over all this hotel is great.

Amazing food, service could have been better. The waiter did not refill our drinks, and took 20 minutes to bring the check once we asked for it.
