Cynthia at front desk was so nice! Room nice and big! Nice size pool.

It was a GREAT experience for my family and I. I celebrated my husband’s birthday in a romantic setting, as well as my 3 year old son’s birthday as a kids setting. The ladies are all amazing and great. They kept the public areas clean and fresh. Their smiles and amazing customer service made us feel very welcome and comfortable during our stay during the pandemic. Thank you Holiday Inn Express family for your hospitality ❤️ We are lifetime members. See y’all soon!

When we visit from out of state we love staying at this hotel! The pool is nice and our grandkids’ love visiting us here so they can swim. The location is great:) Great service and nice rooms.

Clean and reasonable. Had an indoor pool. There is a small fridge and microwave.

Nice clean room. Breakfast was adequate. The only reason it didn't get a five star review — we booked a room with a single king bed using rewards points. When we checked in we were given a room with two double beds. As it was late at night we didn't bother with asking to change rooms. Not a huge deal but rather disappointing all the same.

Clean hotel good size with a centralized pool located in the center of the hotel. Typical Continental breakfast for a holiday in express. Very clean with good management. Work holiday in express you know what to expect and this place came through on the typical holiday in express experience.

Very nice hotel one of the nicest Holiday inn express we have stayed at. A lot of restaurants and shops close by. There is a K. C. Joe's right behind the hotel some of the best BBQ in KC. Hint order carry out and take it back to hotel and eat in there dinning area.

Easy interstate access. Good location with local nearby restaurants. Clean, modern rooms. Wide variety breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.

Location is good. Parking is decent. Rooms are nice. Very expensive compared to other hotels just up the road.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were spectacular and clean. Our room was very clean. The lobby is like walking into a mansion. Would love to stay again.

Nice hotel kind of old and they could have cleaned a little better but for the most part it was nice. The breakfast was really great. Biggest gripe was the price I feel it was maybe about $20 higher than it should have been.

The room was nice and even had a couch. The service was really nice as well. The only real complaint I had was the lack of breakfast variety.

It was late & we needed a room. Lovely interior with a nice, clean room and a comfy bed. Good continental breakfast and nice pool area that we took advantage of in the morning. Staff called later in the day to tell us an item had been left behind in the room. It was my sons favorite pillow he had forgotten. Excellent customer service going above and beyond! We will definitely stay again.

We got a gift certificate for a free night and when we checked in were upgraded to a Jacuzzi suite. Turned just a night away into a great romantic evening. We will be returning for another night in the Jacuzzi suite.

The rooms are dated and some features were in non-working condition but the staff made it right and changed us to a better room for a better price.

Excellent location, lots of restaurants close by. Room was nice, and up to date. Only issue being the amount of noise from normal activity outside the door. Pretty much the same complaint I have for most hotels. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If I need a hotel in that area I would definitely go back.

We've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in olathe and Urbandale, Iowa several times. Both places are excellent from the rooms to the complimentary breakfast. The staff are friendly and assist in any help you might need.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. We have enjoyed the location and the amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Room wallpaper was outdated and the television had a short so it would go off on its own at any time. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable.

Typical Holiday Inn Express experience. The room was nice and clean. Temperature controls & heating/cooling worked wonderfully. Our room has a jacuzi hot tube and it was nice and spacious. TVs/cable network didn't allow closed-caption to be turned on but that is not a deal breaker for most people (unless you are deaf/hard of hearing). Morning breakfast had good variety of food items including eggs, bacon, sausage gravy & biscuits. Bed was comfortable, pillows a bit too soft.

Cleanliness needs more detail. Vomit in the elevator stayed there until maintance came to clean it… because no one else would… it was the only elevator. Hauled my luggage down the stairs. All the staff did was apologize and leave it there. Yuck!

Great hotel/room, but 2 strands of hair in my breakfast. We loved this hotel, with the exception of the breakfast. The room and hotel itself was great! Very clean, professional and helpful staff, no problems. I was ready to give it a 5 star review until we got to the breakfast. Nothing looked too appetizing, but I figured it's free and I might as well try it. My wife ate two bites of her bagel and gave up. I had some eggs and sausage which wasn't too bad (not real good either) … then I started in on my biscuits and gravy. Didn't taste too great, then I saw it… long, white hair. I'm usually pretty good about this stuff and decided to just pass it off. But then I found another one. I have short, brown hair. I was with my smoking hot wife who also has brown hair. The hair I found was not mine, nor hers. I felt sick to my stomach for about an hour after that. Partly because the thought of eating that hair, but also because I legitimately felt sick after eating the eggs and sausage. So, my advice to you is… totally book the hotel if you don't expect to eat their breakfast.

Hotel is very nice. Lots of upgrades to property. Room was very nice and clean. Treadmills need an upgrade soon. Could tell they were worn. But pretty minor issue all things considering.

We like this holiday inn. The staff was very attentive. The only problem was with are first room that had small ants on the wall, they were very fast at getting us a new room. We will be back. Back 2016 the no problems the staff was just great again. Thanks for making this another great stay!

We stayed in a room that had a window to the pool and we loved it! The service was awesome, breakfast was great as well. We will be staying there again.

Stay in these several times a year with GE aviation all over the nation and I have always gotten corporate rate. The guy at the desk says sorry we are a franchise of Holliday Inn Express, and they don't honor everything Holliday Inn Express Honors. Please Holiday In reighn these guys in.

Wonderfully sized rooms. Wish breakfast started at 6 instead of 630.

Not impressed. Nothing horrible, nothing great. We looked for a motel in this area that had a 2 room suite and came across this one. The room is fine but not very big for a suite. We staying at a hotel in St. Louis that was much nice so when I'm leaving a review it's mostly comparing it to the that one. The noise carries badly in the building, you can easily hear doors that are shutting down the hall and even in the parking lot which is odd for a third story room. The indoor swimming pool was freezing, not sure if it's heated and just broken or always that cold, the hot tub was fine. I went downstairs to get extra soap at one point and had to wait about 15m before someone came to the front desk. He eventually came, it looked like he had been busy but odd for the Motel to not staff a sufficient amount of people. The room was fairly bare, it had a nice kitchenette but nothing stocked like dish soap. The couch wasn't very comfortable and no comfortable chair/recliner. It did have a little breakfast table. The climate control was very nice in the room. There was two individual units that had thermometers to control them independently of one another. The breakfast was good, nothing fancy but it was a hot breakfast with a good amount of options (eg. Pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, cinnamon rolls, donuts, cereal, yogurt) Bed was ok, a little uncomfortable, but not bad, the couch was very firm, a little to hard for me.

It is a Holiday Inn Express. This places is a clean, friendly 3 star hotel. They do have an indoor pool, so if you are travelling with children, that could work out well. There is a great deal of places to eat right within walking distance, so that was great too. So if you are a business traveler and the 3 star range of hotels is where you normally stay, this place is a solid Holiday Inn. I would do it again.

Excellent upgraded hotel. Staff and management are top notch. The staff are very service oriented and welcoming. Excellent location. Highly recommend it.
