Unethical business practices! I had to cancel my stay because of COVID-19. I was informed that cancellation fee is one night cost. However, they charged me four (4) nights, and will not refund the $430 they owe me! I am 81 and a Veteran, and should not be treated this way by Hilton!

So nice and so close to everything from stores to restaurants.

Their "breakfast" is essentially non-existent. There were no clean tables in the dining area. Waited 10 minutes for someone to take order. Then gave up and went to McDonald's.

I came this weekend for a family wedding and had the best experience! Our stay was clean, quiet and comfortable.
At the end of our stay, some family wanted to come spend time and play board games with us in the common area. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Family I don’t see often and I had a great day of catching up, charcuterie boards and games in a perfect setting.

The staff is amazing and the hotel is amazing. Been in 4 hotels this week and this hotel was by far the best experience.

Really a beautiful hotel — very helpful staff — very clean and fantastic location on the hill.

We booked the hotel as a last day of spring break treat for our kids. We were not impressed. The floors were uneven and creaked anytime we walked on them along with the bed. Anytime we rolled over the bed would make a loud creaking sound. When the room above us turned on their shower it sounded like there was a heavy rain storm hitting the roof of our room (we were not on the top floor). Our fridge also didn’t work. They replaced it and the 2nd didn’t work either. The rooms are also much smaller then I would expect for this type of hotel also. Overall, we were very underwhelmed and thought since the hotel was newer it would be different.

For the price, amazing hotel. Staff is extremely friendly with a hotel that would cost you so much in a big city. So many amenities I couldn’t be happier.

It's a really nice Hotel. I was very disappointed that the pool and hot tub was closed, that kinda ruined the evening. I was really excited about sitting in the hottub because my back was really hurting me tonight really bad. I definitely went over my calories tonight. Lol! But it was a very special occasion, so there are cheat days. This was definitely one of them. Bella had a Blast. Super fun with friends and family. It's really a 5 star Hotel. I would recommend it to anyone. Now we are Tie Dying pillow cases and socks. Super neato and lots of fun.

Very comfortable beds. Quiet rooms.

We stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn for two nights at the beginning of August 2018. Upon arrival, we were checked in by the General Manager. Our room was clean and extremely comfortable. There is an impressive mosaic mural by the elevators that adds to the charm. The first night we stayed, we had dinner and drinks at the restaurant. The staff was friendly and the drinks/food delicious and priced very reasonably. We also had breakfast both mornings in the hotel. The second morning they got really busy and seemed low staffed to handle the rush. Despite this, wait staff worked really hard to keep up. They even offered to put cartoons on the big screen TV near us for my 1st grader. I was also really impressed with housekeeping. Our housekeeper wrote us a personal note to say that she hoped we enjoyed our stay in Topeka. She also sat up and straightened my daughters dolls. Highly recommend this new place in Topeka!

So far not impressed. Have been waiting anxiously for this new facility to open. Tried to check in a at 4:20 … room not ready. Coffee machine in lobby out of order. We were told it would be just 5 minutes and has alread been 15.

Comfy! Headed to Denver in am.
