For me what makes a hotel stand oit from others is the staff. And the staff not only went over and beyond to make our stay the best it could be but they saved my life. There isn't anywhere else I would even consider staying when visiting Leavenworth KS.

Hampton's are consistently good. This one was no exception. Great room and price. Staff was friendly, but not as friendly/helpful as the last couple of Hampton's I stayed at. Breakfast was good. Had a little issue with the waffle iron leaving black residue on the waffle, but other than that, breakfast was great. Bed was comfy (king) and the room was spacious.

Only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars was I stayed here 21 nights and only had bacon twice! Housekeeping could be better as I don’t think my sheets were changed as often as they should have been and I know they did not vacuum or sweep the entire time. Need to do a better job cleaning the tub as well, try bleach!

This hotel is Superb. The Staff is Professional, Friendly & more than willing to go above and beyond for guests. And… Oh So Comfy Beds!

Very clean updated rooms. Staff was very accommodating. Nice breakfast included with stay. About a 5 min drive to main gate of ft Leavenworth.

Really nice hotel in walking distance from several restaurants and near shops. I plan to go back. The staff member who was working was constantly moving around cleaning the lobby and breakfast space. Impressively clean.

Overall a great stay! I booked a little last minute for a softball tournament in KS city and it was about 20 minutes to get everywhere I went Eating, softball, shopping, etc. The only thing I DIDN'T like was the bathroom door is a sliding one and it didn't have a lock on it and would sometimes slide partly open. A lot of newly renovated hotels are doing this and it's not very family friendly in my opinion. Other than that the hotel was very clean and nice and breakfast was good every morning.

This is our second stay here and we love it. Good breakfast, salt water pool, clean rooms and common areas, super friendly staff. We are military and have homesick kids sad to have just moved away from home, but the fresh cookies and happy atmosphere here are some nice things to brighten their days as we transition.

The good: Very friendly / helpful staff. Extremely clean rooms. Decent options for breakfast and the attendant kept everything fresh. I typically leave a do not disturb sign on the door and when I went back to my room the second day I was extremely impressed when I walked up too a nicely prepared basket of toiletries by my door. The bad: The gym is very basic but manageable. That’s about it… Overall: very good experience. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding service, wonderful rooms, and a good breakfast made for a very pleasant stay. We were particularly pleased with the friendly and helpful service provided by the front desk and manager. Definitely recommend this hotel to stay at!

Clean hotel with friendly staff. The free breakfast is not on par with other places. I was there 6 nights and never once was there bacon. The eggs always looked strange enough that I never took a chance on them. The various sausage each morning always looked under-cooked and not appetizing. I would consider staying here again but will likely try another place if I am in the area again.

This hotel was so clean and pristine. The staff was so kind, courteous, and helpful. Mr. Ross and Stacey were the most notable. Both went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. If I have to ever come here again I will definitely choose Hampton Inn.

The stay was amazing. Came to visit my granddaughters so stayed here so they could swim. It was very clean and breakfast was so good. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly. Will be back!

We went here during Christmas/New Years. Cheaper than the Fairfield, but just as nice! And breakfast is WAY better than the other hotels around!

The Hampton Inn is a very beautiful hotel with many amenities and services. Friendly staff and the location is close to everything you would need to go to in this town. Great place. Highly recommend it. :)

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Will definitely be staying there again when I am in Leavenworth.

Last week I stayed at this hotel while some electrical issues were being taken care of on the Fort. My room was very clean and the same staff member who had served breakfast that morning, also cleaned my room, was very polite and energetic. She kindly spoke to me like she knew me which made me feel very welcome and her sense of humor was very refreshing. She had revealed that she was new to the Hotel, but I want to say she was doing great with hospitality. One negative I encountered was the lady at the front desk later that night. She wore no name tag. She is an older lady with long blond hair. She wasn't very hospitable and it seemed I only bothered her. Other than that I had a pleasant stay at this Hotel. Mark.

The staff was very accommodating and nice. The hotel was modern and upgraded with a comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was good every morning. Overall, great experience!

Many thanks to your fantastic staff (Friday night front desk-maybe her name was Nancy? ) really went out of her way for us & started off our weekend in a great way! First time to stay at this location but, with our son a freshman at USM, we’ll definitely be back!

I stayed here two different times in the same trip (outbound and inbound). It's a good, clean, hotel, with nice, quiet rooms. The staff were friendly, and even accommodated a late night request for milk. The included breakfast was the typical kind you find in most 3 star hotels, was yummy, and had many things I like. I hadn't planned to stop here on my return leg, but since I had such a good experience in the outbound leg I changed my plans to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay. Was here for 13 days with my family of 4. Had very nice staff that were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend this to family coming into visit. Location is centrally located and many things within walking distance.

The location of this hotel is very convenient and the room is clean and modern. Amenities such as fitness center, laundry and pool are a big plus for my family. Customer service has been excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beds are extremely comfortable and rooms vey clean. Breakfast has some good options.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and the breakfast was good. They had a nice indoor pool and I was within walking distance from a couple of pretty good restaurants. I had a problem with my bill, which was my fault, and they cleared it up completely and quickly.

Loved the service! Rooms are smaller than other Hampton Inns, but very clean. Wish the hotel had a hot tub but the indoor pool was nice.

Stayed here for a nearby training. The staff was very friendly. The rooms very clean and modern looking. The entire property is very nice and seems to be in a great location.

Front desk is always friendly and ready to answer and question. Rooms are impeccably clean, comfortable and look amazing. Breakfast is always rotating and taste great.

Great, new facility. Fully furnished rooms with mini fridges. Very clean, friendly staff. Location is walking distance to several eateries and a bar.

Wonderful staff. And the salt water pool was the perfect temp. My daughter get cool every easy do to her heart and at most hotels their heated pool is not heated at all therefore she is unable to get to swim but not here. Which is a huge plus for us. Thank you! Also very clean and neat!

Nice room. Very clean Otherwise hope nothing goes wrong I recommended to hotel for a group and regret it. The block of rooms we reserved months earlier were not assigned to the correct names. The rate we paid was higher than the rate that was available to anyone on check in. When my room key did not work I was told it must work because I got in the hotel. When I explained that I followed another person it the card was taken from my hand by the desk clerk who went to the front door to prove me wrong. The card was only then replaces. Several other issues were raised upon our check out. Basically the reply was that if I had so many issues I should consider myself the reason. A.

So impressed with the staff! Everyone was very helpful and friendly! I loved the small gestures that definitely did not go unnoticed! I stayed at 4 hotels this week alone and 12 this month. This was by far the best! Highly recommend it if you are in Leavenworth. I know I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in town! Also loved the fitness center!
