Stayed overnight for business. The room was adequate. The staff wasn't the friendliest. It was decent for the rate. If you're traveling on and are able to get government rates, I would recommend the Holiday Inn a couple miles down the road. My stay wasn't bad, just want great either. That's why it's a solid 3 of 5.
Very dirty, lots of bugs everywhere (dead and alive), bathtub didn't drain, fridge had food left in it from another person, TV was kind of blurry, and the cleaning staff was very rude. I asked for a late check out and the cleaning staff showed up 20 minutes before regular check out and yelled at me. Staff upon check in were not accommodating. I stated that I had a small dog with me when I booked online and when I got to the hotel they didn't have any pet rooms available and I had to wait and extra hour to get into my room. They also charged me extra than I was quoted online. The staff at the time of check out were very nice. I probably wont stay here again.

Very rude staff! Don't let your family spend the night here! My mother — and father-in-law stayed the night here when they were visiting. It was disgusting, very dirty, tons of hair in the shower. I called the hotel 2 days later when my mother-in-law realized she had left something at the hotel. The lady who answered was foreign and difficult to communicate, but seemed at least decent at first. She had me "hold" while she yelled to her housekeepers and talked to them for a long time. Then she told me to call back in 5 minutes because she was going to check the housekeeping carts. I called back 7 minutes later and she actually yelled at me, "Ma'am! It has not been 5 minutes! Call back! " and slammed the phone down on me. I will call back again I guess and hope that she is nicer this time…
