The rooms were very clean. We had a sweet with bunk beds and a queen size bed. It was real quiet. The staff was very helpful. The pool area was amazing but we did need to go to the front desk for towels. The breakfast was very generic. That is what kept me from giving them 5 stars.

Location of hotel was good. It's next to Chick-fil-A and shopping. The people at the desk or great and took care of what we needed. However the rooms and the building itself were not great. There's a section outside with yellow caution tape near the back entrances from the building having issues falling apart so that's a big red flag. The building is dated and just needs updating mostly. I used the toilet and it clogged immediately. Then turned on hot water in bath tub and it trickled out so I had a lukewarm shower. The pool was decent for the kids. My daughter noticed dog hair on the carpet in the room.

A great place to stay overnight! It has an indoor pool and a sports bar place with pool and many more things! The indoor pool has it'd unique space them with a slide and in the middle of the pool, there's a rocket ship! It even has an astronaut man that's about four feet tall right when you walk in the door! If you're looking for a hotel to stay at, and you like swimming or pool, then I highly recommend this for you! It's definitely a five star rating for me!

Breakfast was okay, room was decent, there were issues with the electrical outlets. One was busted, most were in use, no where to charge my phone without unplugging something. Pool seemed nice but I did not get to use it. Overall would probably stay again for the price.

Hotel was large. Room smelled musty. Cable went out first night and did not come back up until next day. Did not sleep well due to other guest in other rooms opening and closing doors all night and the doors slam shut if no one catches it. Breakfast provided was ok. There was a pool but did not use. For cheep price hotel was acceptable room was clean.

눉The rooms out of date, holes in ceiling, walls dirty, dusty, the whole second floor had an odor. 눇Breakfast was edible nothing great, hotel needs to be renovated, the whole second floor has an odor, first room we were in smelled of stale smoke, second room wasn't much better. The bedding was dingy and beds were uncomfortable, I was awake more than I slept. Walls were dirty and ceiling had holes and room was pretty dusty. Only ended up staying because we were exhausted, also the lady that checked us in was pretty good, after we switched rooms she at least checked to see if if the room was going to work for us, I know it's not her fault the way things look and are there. The lady checking us out not so friendly didn't even ask about our stay just checked us out and gave us our receipt and was on the phone while we were checking out not very good customer service on her end.

The room was clean and updated. But I had to wait 40 minutes, after check in, until the maid was done cleaning the room. They have a couple indoor pools that smell clean, they could do with fresh paint in places but not bad. They have a big hot tub that has a waterfall into it. The exterior back entrances are not clearly marked so most of the time I had to walk through the main lobby then the pool area to get to my room, which is strange because there are many rooms whose windows are the walls around the pool area and right next to the walk way so they leave their curtains open it could get weird. The restaurant within the hotel is a chain burger joint that won't deliver to the rooms and have a limited menu, but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby to supplement. They do have a computer and printer for guest use which is nice. Overall it got the job done, but the frills are overrated.

My son came from out of town with his family. Was told the rest of his family could come visit and swim. Once everyone got there we were told we had to leave only people with a room could be there. He got his money back and we went to a more family friendly place.

Overall the hotel is good. It's a bit dated, the parking lot needs work, the rooms are not sounds proof, the pool needs updating. There breakfast was standard, the rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful.

We had a good experience. The hotel is older but clean. The pool was a blast. Our kids loved the rockets that sprayed water. The pool was nice for our young kids because it didn't get deeper than about 4 feet. The breakfast was nice. It didn't have a huge selection but was enough. Overall we had a good experience and I would stay again.

We simply just visited family and spent the day at the pool. Really neat space themed pool including a small children's pool. It's kinda outdated but kids still had a lot of fun.

It was a very nice place. I loved the fact that it had a lot of conference halls for our competitions and accommodations for the competitors. Even though I didn't stay there I still liked how the Wi-Fi was free and the pool was accessible.

Place is under construction and the hot tub was out of commission but the rate reflected the inconvenience and my family loved our stay. Kids pool is ice cold so be aware literally felt like about 40 degrees. But the other pool was heated.

It was great for inexpensive traveling with children. Building is rundown. I couldn't get the room to cool enough, walls were kinda dirty, and drain wouldn't stop. The pool area was awesome though. Huge hot tub and two other pools. Beds were clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and great staff. I would bring children here again, but probably wouldn't stay here on an adult trip.

The location wasn't bad. The room was quiet. My kid loved the pool.

Excellent! … Service was awesome! Pool & hot tub were amazing! Room was very clean & spacious including the microwave & fridge. Was really nice to have a bar with pool tables with in the hotel to be able to have a few drinks and unwind from the day then just walk upstairs to our room.

Room was way to hot. No way to make it cool. Room only has a fan switxh so you are able to make the fan high med or low. Whatever they have it at is what you get. But they will get you a fan. Will not stay again due to sweating all night.

The staff was prfessional and polite. The rooms were decent and clean. The pool was large, clean and fun. It is an older hotel and could use some updates to the decor and furnishings. The breakfast was well supplied with lots of choices and options. Overall it was a decent experiance for an overnight stay.

I needed somewhere to go due to issues at home. I had been to the Atrium several times before for leisure. Within the last few years, the policy regarding local guests changed dramatically. Twice I was required to leave a $200 cash deposit, refunded once the housekeepers came in and inspected the room upon check-out before I left. I found this to be odd, but liked the place mainly because of the hot tub. (I have neck and spine issues. The hot tub is great. ) The second or maybe even third time I went through the whole embarassing, condescending routine, I asked that it be noted in the system that I am not a "problem" guest, so that the deposit would be waived. The lady said, "Of course! We know you are a great guest! " When I arrived, the lady at the front desk looks at my ID, hands it back to me saying, "You live here? Two hundred dollar deposit. " I asked for a member of Management, she cut me off mid-sentence to say, "They are all gone. When I objected, she shoved my ID at me, and sharply said to find somewhere else. " The hotel's website offered no after hours number, so I will finish this review to let readers here know how everything went after I track a supervisor down on Monday. Amazing bed and pillows, slept all through the night and I rarely do at home. Hotel staff were friendly and polite, hotel is old but they are remodeling. Regular continental breakfast. Need utensils, check the wall for the utensil dispenser.

Lots of construction, every room has dust in the carpet edges, especially the closets. Rooms are nicely updated but light bulb was burned out so Not much light. Ceiling had huge stain on it. Over all, had a great time. Didn't have enough staff to clear tables of trash and bottles. I'd come back next year. Happy New Year to all!

There was obvious renovations going on but overall we were happy. The lobby was a little difficult to find due to the renovations, but we figured it out. The beds and pillows were some of the best I've ever used, and the pool area is great! Plenty of food options within a mile. For under $60 I was very happy.

Even with a few dings and dents, we love staying here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful. The hot tub and pool are wonderful. We miss the water park, though.

Avoid if possible. Deco from the 70s. Floor unit AC/Heater is so loud it wakes up even a heavy sleeper. Housekeeping forgot to replace towels on night 2, but took the dirty ones. Then, on night 3 skipped our room completely. No extra pillows available.

Nice place, they're replacing all carpeting. There are refrigerators and microwaves in each room. They have 2 floors but no elevators. You will have to carry your bags up a flight of stairs if you're on the second floor. The best things about this hotel is the staff. Joe the maintenance man does everything including bringing extra towels LOL! He was awesome! Great place, nice pool, breakfast on the weekends is better than the week days and, they have a bar and grill restaurant.

Very disappointed! The staff was very friendly when we checked in. But when I got to entrance and opened the door, I immediately was unsure of the place. The carpet in the halls were very old, faded and badly stained. We made it to the room and the carpet was not clean around the edges and the tub was in need of replacing. The TV had so much static that we could not watch it. Also, there was not enough outlets to charge our electronic; we had to unplug the microwave and the coffee maker. There was no vanity in the bathroom; it was not a good setup for my daughters and me.

Nice place, they are makings upgrades, by replacing all carpeting. They have small refrigerators in microwaves in each room. There are no elevators but they only have two levels. You will have to carry your bags up a flight of stairs. The best things about this hotel is the staff. Joe the maintenance man does everything including getting you extra towels LOL! He was awesome! Easy to find the staff group like Joe the maintenance supervisor prides themselves on customers service are so nice and friendly and helpful. The pools are so big the family really enjoyed it and for me and my wife the sauna to relax us is amazing.

Love how u have to rate to leave a review. Leting everyone know we stayed here one night woke up at 5 am with my leg on fire and itching like crazy. Only to find out I have 20 bed bug bites! Please do not take children here the bites are miserable! Pictures added to main page.

This hotel has a great fitness center! Except for the fact that the walls are clear. The bed was comfortable. Furniture was a little dingy. The hallways smelt kind of weird. There were stains all over the hallway carpet. This hotel has no elevators. The breakfast wasn't the best variety. And the housekeeper walked in on us getting ready. She knocked and didn't wait more than 2 oseconds for us to answer. It was an alright stay. Definitely wouldn't have my wedding here. Probably wouldn't be my first pick.

Rooms are ok. Would be nice if hot tub worked. It has been broken for more than 3 weeks now. Price is reasonable. Restaurant opens at 5pm. Would be nice to have lunch on site too.

Stayed for a family reunion for 2 nights and it was great. Rooms are pretty nice, not fancy but really comfortable. Beds are nice and comfortable, lots of pillows to choose from. Some of the bathrooms in some of the rooms are smaller than others. Pool is awesome. Kid pool is a little cold but kids love it anyways and they had a blast. Staff is friendly and helpful. Grill/bar is nice too with affordable food and drinks.

Here for work fairly often. Rooms are okay but very aged. Bathrooms have been updated a little bit. But typical of my experience. Would be a room like 311 where the telephone doesn't work. There's no way to call the front desk and tell them either. Just the way it is when you're at the atrium in Hutchinson.

Nice place. The room wasn't the cleanest and the pool was ice cold, but for the price it was well worth it.

Got a great deal through Hotwire. Super friendly staff. The rooms are a bit tired, but quite adequate for the price point. Would stay again for the same price.

The atrium hotel was just fine for us to stay two nights to go to the cosmosphere. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the continental breakfast was good (it had waffles).

Stayed for a soccer tournament. The front staff was friendly and helpful but the rooms were so bad. Our room over looked the pool but the railing on the walkway was so loose it almost fell off completely. Had to notify the front desk and they put caution tape over it. Next the water in the pool was beyond freezing and way to cold for my kids. Our friends had to switch rooms because of a musty smell and their new room they got was worse with stains and dust every where. We decided to check our room out better and found urine stains on the mattress and urine spots all over one of the bed sheets. We had to cancel our reservation and go somewhere else. Spend the extra 20 bucks and stay at the Hampton…

The Atrium hotel was a great value. I was able to secure an excellent deal through Priceline. The hotel was clean, the staff was nice, and my room was satisfactory. I wish I would have had time to check out the pool.

This hotel was awesome! The staff was very and friendly. The rooms were clean, freshly updated and comfortable. It would have been a five star experience except that the indoor water park was freezing. The lap pool and hot tub were fine, but the actual spray area with the lunar lander in it was so cold. Neither of or two kids would would go in it for more than a few seconds. However, I would recommend this to families traveling with children, there were still swimming options. The price was also very reasonable for the experience.

The hotel was fine, and the bar was nice. The staff were friendly. But the bathtub was peeling and rough. I wish they had left the pool open later and opened it earlier in the morning. I never got a chance to swim. I would stay there again though. The price was right and I had a quiet night's sleep.

Charged my card 3 times for the room. When my family went eat at the restaurant in the hotel they were playing very loud music with lots of cursing. Not at all okay for public restaurant. Will never stay there again.

They messed up our reservation for 2 queen sized beds. Ended up in this 1 king sized bed and we have 3 people. The room smells disgusting, the ceilings are very low, the phone doesn't even work, and the beds are very hard and old. Worst. Hotel. EVER! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

By far the WORST hotel experience I've ever had. Everything is extremely outdated and the entire hotel has a terrible musty and smoky smell to it. Our clothes stunk so bad. The air conditioner made my allergies go crazy. The second morning we were there I woke up with a sore throat and headache. However, I could have looked past all of that if it weren't for the PARTY IN THE HALLWAY that lasted until 3:30 am. There were doors slamming and guys literally yelling. The first time I was woken up it was about 12:00 am. I called the front desk and the lady said she would "take care of it. " I called two other times, the last time being at 3:15 am. I asked for a refund because isn't the point of booking a hotel room so that you can sleep? It's not MY fault that I couldn't sleep. The hotel should take full responsibility. We found out the next morning that the party people just went from our floor to another floor and they partied there until after 5:00 am. Clearly there needs to be a change of management and staff. If you don't know how to keep people under control (ummm how about kicking them out? ) then call the police, isn't that what they're there for? If you feel like getting sick, being forced to NOT sleep because the hotel gives preference to low-life losers who are most likely a drain on society, and staying in an outdated, gross room … then stay at the Atrium!

This is one of the nastiest dirtiest hotels I've been to in my life. Don't book here.

Super great staff! Very clean and great location! Nice little pub on site too.
