They charged the wrong card even after it was confirmed of being taken out of their system. I had 3 charges on one card and 3 charges on a rewards card, waiting on 3 charges to fall off, one never did and then I check in tonight, 8.13.21 and got charged on the card that was supposed of been removed from their system. The mgr assured me that the cloudy water in the pool was normal yet the 6 weeks I've stayed here on business, 3 consecutive nights at a time, the pool was never closed for cleaning. I'm in a room with a huge hump in the floor and a reoccurring noise going on and I'm told this was one of the best rooms available? I know better and this room was booked 2 weeks in advance. The mgr caters to certain employees over the guests because the guests are wrong. What started out good is ending bad.

The rooms AC unit does not work. Its blowing out hot air when it's on the cool setting, and they took all of my husband's per diem money after us driving 14 hours. Now we have to wait up to a week to get part of our money back and we are left with no money to survive on unit then.

Check in was the easiest and fastest ever. The room was very clean and smelled nice.

Pool was nice but the hot tub didn't really work (only one functioning jet). Room was nice and clean but hallways were really hot like they didn't have AC out there. Not a great thing since it is summer and already hot outside. Other than that it was still a decent stay.

The room we stayed in, 319, was excellent. Bed solid. Very clean. Breakfast was good, as expected. Check in and out were very smooth. One note. Signage for exercise room is misleading.

As far as hotels go, this place is pretty much average. It does have a small indoor pool and free breakfast. The most problematic aspect of this hotel is getting to it. There is no direct driveway from the main roads to the hotel. The staff was friendly and the overall experience was decent.

Great place to stay. One of the better places we have stayed at. The beds are so comfortable! I like this hotel over the more expensive ones we have stayed in here in Hutchinson.

Great place today. The manager was super nice and really worked a great deal for us. We were going to stay in a double queen but she worked a great price reduction on a king suite, which was marvelous. We were tired and really wanted to use the jacuzzi but didn’t have our suits. Problem solved with the king suite with an in room jacuzzi. The breakfast was great also. Think I found my new place to stay in hutchison Keep up the great work Donna.

Large motel, easy access to front lobby and also from side door close to our room. Breakfast was amazing, the lady in charge kept up nicely considering seating was for approx 30. This is my motel of choice in Hutchinson.

One of our favorite stops going out west. Some places treat you to cookies but this place at 5:00 serves free hot food. Tonight was hotdogs chips and baked beans. They know how to do biscuits and gravy for your free breakfast too. Staff is friendly and made us feel welcome.

Great place to stay & Daphne was such a great help thank you so much for all that you’ve done for me! The pool & spa was wonderful and the rooms were clean & comfortable.

The rooms are wonderful. Everything is very clean and there is a continental breakfast in the mornings. The pool is heated and there is a hot tub.

I personally had an amazing stay the service was amazing there was one lady in particular id like to thank for making my stay that much better she works at front counter her name is Mindy she was extremely kind and helpful she was there for everything we needed I deffinantly recommend this hotel.

Stay here a lot always a great stay! Excellent service from the staff! And you definitely can't beat the price! Love the breakfast as well!

Stayed for 2 weeks in 06/2017 for business. Very clean, peaceful and relaxing. Staff was very friendly and informative!

Very clean rooms and a super comfortable bed with lots of pillows. All the rooms seemed to have a fridge and microwave, which is always nice. For a mid-range hotel, it doesn't get much better.

Stayed on Christmas night visiting family nearby. Not much to say. Breakfast was 7am to 9:30 and was fine. Water pressure was great. Staff was friendly. Had no issues and was in and out quickly.

Stayed here for several nights, and everything was great ; I have no complaints. The hotel was clean, the staff was present, the free breakfast was good, and the internet was acceptable. The hotel is within walking distance of many (chain) restaurants.

Love this chain. It's a bit hard to get to off the highway. You have to drive through a maze of park I park I lots. New construction, humble and attentive staff. Great rooms.

Great place to stay. Very nice suite. Had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker with a small cabinet and sink. We stayed in a room with a king bed (very comfortable) and a sitting area (hide-a-bed couch). Room was super clean. Very good breakfast in the morning. We went through the "Choice Hotels" site. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the room was pricey — $160! I would stay here again, but only after checking different travel sites for room rates.

Very friendly and accommodating. Would greet both be and my dog when waking in. When asking for extra things… If they didn't have it, they would try to find it to accommodate us. Also, had a good breakfast selection with someone working the whole time to make sure it stayed full.

The rooms and facility are clean and well kept. The complimentary breakfast and dinner is some of the best quality I've seen among the 2 to 3 star hotels. Definitely stay here if you're in Hutchinson.

The pool is heated and not over kill with chlorine! The room was perfect! Very nicely cleaned, even on the second day after we had to make a last minute call to stay another night! And, served us dinner as well. Which was a huge blessing! We will have to stay again!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was offered at a convenient time and was both filling and delicious. The bed was comfortable. We were only there for one night, but I would definitely stay there again and for a longer stay if the opportunity presents itself.

The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. The room was very neat and clean. The continental breakfast was outstanding! It was complete with everything from omelettes to biscuits and gravy. We left stuffed and happy. We loved it and we will definitely be back.

Room did not seem to be worth the $$$ paid. The bottom of the tub had a spot that was water rotted, the closet had a cut out in the ceiling, the door knob in the bathroom was falling off and heaven forbid a room next to you closed there door… It slammed shut waking you. The breakfast was good with a great variety, also the pool and hot tub were clean and well kept, did not get in due to the times not working as it closed at 10pm and we arrived at 9:45.
Good in a pinch but will not stay at this particular one again.

Was great until woke up by the construction above us with grinding and who knows what else to the point we couldn't hear ourselves think much less speak to each other. Staff very friendly, bed awesome (as long as it's quiet to sleep). Got a suite so kids could have a separate area to stay up and watch tv, only the door between the two rooms is see through so no good at giving us separate space.
