Quiet rooms, nice and clean… but that breakfast… it was awesome! Smoothies, eggs, biscuits and gravy. And so much more! Totally worth the stay.

The Hampton Inn is a nice and clean hotel. I would say the staff is average but the breakfast is lacking. The small gym is very small but what equipment they do have is in good working order. Besides the breakfast my main complaint is if you get a room on the west side you get a lot of traffic noise from highway 61.

Never book this hotel. Made a reservation in May with a 9/25 cancellation date. Trying to cancel on 9/11. Been on the phone over 30 minutes with India. Will not take my cancellation. I'm looking at the email confirmation that clearly states 9/25. Sent the email to them. don't book this hotel.

The hotel was clean, but the finishes are in need of repairs. The tub was chipped and had rust spots. The toilet was rocking on the floor. The floor tiles were missing grout because they were shifting on the floor. Cove base tiles were coming loose from the wall. The towel bar was loose on the wall. The room was very moist.

I had never used a laundromat before when I came into this place during the winter. My pipes to my washer froze and I had to quicking get some laundry done. The staff was REALLY nice and helpful in showing me how everything works. I think there is a bit of difference in how much it costs to wash and dry… Wash you just pay once but dry you have to pay multiple times to get anything dry enough. But it is a great place with plent of machines, folding stations, and seating.

Things are a little dated, but overall a decent hotel that is kept very clean!

Nice clean environment. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast is exquisite.

Everytime I stay at this hotel I have a great stay. My in-laws stay there once a month. They love it. Not the easiest to get to, but well located.

The hotel is obviously a remodel. You can tell a few corners were cut. Fortunately none of these are where it matters. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The price was right for the size and amenities. The pool is perfect for a small family.

We were led to believe there was a hot tub available from the add on line. There wasn't, but other than that everything was fine and dandy.

Friendly staff, quite environment, easy to get to location and there are restaurants/fast food within walking distance.

Room was decent, beds were pretty comfortable. There was no fan in the bathroom so it got very steamy when showering. Breakfast was good. We were traveling with a large group and the staff did not handle reserving a block of rooms very well.

Room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was put in a cramped corner, but wasn't too bad. The showers were loud in the morning from other rooms, but not unbearable.

Pros: Relatively clean. Well received at reception desk. Front desk receptionist very friendly and helpful. Several requests nicely handled. Nice lobby. Well lit parking lot. Great remote system for TV! Nice TV. Nice room. Cons: Older facility. Facility little worn. One single elevator. No convenience shop. Entrance way from street dark as parking lot lights were not on. Hard to find entrance. Floors are not solid — you'll hear those above you walking around in their room. Breakfast area small causing congestion around food counters. Soda Vending Machine are all defective — either don't work at all or will not accept coins. Breakfast not up to Hampton's usual standard.

Nice and clean place to stay. Very comfortable and a great warm breakfast. The staff were all Pleasant.

Was a great hotel but after earthquake the building and rooms need fixing. And my room was dirty. (Someone else's sock was next to the bed. Eww)

Good location, a little tricky to find the driveway unless the GPS maps have been updated. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Woman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are disgusting! Gum stuck on the top of the TV, dead flies in the broken AC unit. Reeks of stale smoke! This is the worst Hilton property I've ever stayed at.

Staff is very attentive and friendly. Hotel has been renovated with new furniture and carpet, but it doesn't seem like all of the fixtures were replaced. I stayed two two weeks for business, and both rooms had bathtubs that had the top plastic layer peeling off. The rooms are a welcome improvement from how they were before the renovation, but it would have been nice had they spent the extra money to fully update the bathrooms. Otherwise, the rooms have flat screen TVs, new A/C units, and swanky furniture.

Very comfortable beds! Not crazy firm like other places I've stayed. Rooms were nice and kept. Staff was super friendly! My son has severe food allergies and staff let me check labels on breakfast items which was super helpful! Some links say hotel has a hot tub as well as pool, but hot tub has been taken out. Had a room large enough for my family at good price. Definitely would stay again!

Well I didn't have a good experience here. The housekeeping staff really didn't understand English which was kind of a problem. Our bathroom had two leaks and they didn't let us change rooms. The air conditioner only half worked. They had a full breakfast set up that was suppose to go from 6-10 however they put stuff out at 6 but didn't replenish anything so basically if you wanted to eat you had to do it at 6. The good thing I can say is the pool is a salt pool and was warm. So that's my review.

Service was great! Everything was ready for us when we walked in the door. The room smelled a bit musty, but it cleared up after we'd been there a bit. The kids loved the pool (us adults did too! ). The AC made a strange whiny noise once in a while, but seemed to work well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Clean Room, helpful staff is what I received during my stay at the Hampton Inn Hutchinson, Ks. My GPS would not allow me to enter the address 1401 1/2 East 11th Ave. But you can't miss it. Quiet hotel with comfy beds coupled with convenient location makes this my top choice when choosing where to stay in Hutch.

Easy to find location with nearby restaurants. Rooms were clean and updated. Service friendly. Free breakfast was nice, but not enough seating for everyone. Would definitely stay at again.

I only visited the lobby, but it was nice as was guest service.

The only problem I had was the bed seemed like u were going to fall off one side and sink in the middle on the other side.

Great place for a family to stay. The suite is very big had a lot of room to move around in. Pool is fairly warm, no hot tube though. Right next to restaurants and Walmart just down the street. Just minutes from ball fields, zoo, Waterpark, salt mines, and the cosmosphere. Front desk outstanding called up to room just minutes after getting up there to check if everything was OK. Couple down sizes the pillows are small and the fold out bed was not comfortable. Would give five stars if those two things got resolved.

Check in was expedient, professional and pleasant. The lady at the front desk had things down perfect. I live in the world of people skills and her people skills are excellent. Breakfast was better than the normal breakfast at similar hotels. Checkout has already been done. Hotel is clean and I like clean. Pricing can competitive. Rating should really be a 5 +. I think the lady's name at the front desk is Roanne (? sp). Brad Dunn.

I must have had the same room as reviewer Alex; very noisy, rattling a/c. Dumbbells and machine in decent size fitness room. Other than that, it was ok, not remarkable good or bad.

The hotel was clean and fairly up to date. The room was very noisy between the rattling ac unit and footsteps from the floor above me. The blind for the window did not block the annoying street lamp from shining through, and the comforter on the bed was very old, worn, and completely lumpy and uneven. The pool was freezing cold and intolerable to swim in. Overall I didn't get a good nights sleep and wasn't impressed with this hotel at all.

Checked in last week and was disappointed that they had eliminated their Jacuzzi whirlpool in the swimming pool area. Should take that off their brochure at their front desk and on their website. Hotel clerk confirmed that room was ready (checked in at 4 p. M. ) and then when opened door the bed was not made. When asking the maid on the floor if it was ready she said yes, and I showed her the room and she stated, "Oh, sorry! " I left for an hour and when got back the room was ready! Other than that the hotel was clean, quiet, staff pleasant and the morning breakfast was good.

I stay here for work more than 4 times a year and everything is always wonderful. Very clean, safe and quiet (usually) hotel. Beds are very comfortable and linens always fresh and clean. The staff is more than friendly and the manager, Lisa, is one of the most accomidating I ever delt with. I travel a lot for work and stay in a lot of hotels. I wish they could be this one. The breakfast is very warm and hearty and worth extra. The freshly backed cookies awaiting you in the evening are awesome. Great place to stay.

Stayed here while in town for a quick trip. Very clean room, attentive staff and everything you could ask for in Hutchinson Kansas. Seemed like one of the newest hotels in town.
