Would recommend against staying here, they will not take care of you if the room is not useable. Checked in, checked mattress for signs of bed bugs and fleas. Found black specks that smeared like blood. I went back to the front desk to ask to see another room, but they were dismissive and refused to show us another room. I asked for a refund and they said no. We had reserved and paid for 2 nights. We did not stay there. The price was great, but it turned out to be a bad value and a bad experience. The rooms looked clean on the surface. Room was reserved for May 25 & 26

Nice little motel. Not a bad place to stay for the money. Even thou it went up a little. But not a bad place to stay.

Creepy place not very modern. Good place for the construction trade to place workers.

Owners are helpful and kind, rooms are clean and comfortable. Affordable prices. I would recommend bringing your own shower soap though.

Not terrible, but nothing to write home about. Great location in town, easy to get to. Decently clean but not thoroughly clean. Love that there's a mini fridge and an (old but working) microwave. The walls are paper thin, we could hear people talking in the next door room at 4 am. I think someone was smoking in their room because cigarette smell was coming through the vents and it reeked. No working secondary lock on the doors (there were old & broken secondary locks). Very out of date rooms. When I called to confirm our reservation the guy could barely speak any english. Overall not bad but we'll probably stay somewhere else next time we're in town.

You get a towel and a tiny bar of soap and 2 plastic cups. Rooms are tidy, but in serious need of an upgrade. Pop machine is always either empty or broken. Poor customer service at the front desk. Housekeepers are friendly. Location is good if you like Walmart and fast food. Checkout is at 11 a. M.

One of the more decent hotels in Chanute that is affordable. I actually know the owners failry well. My mom has worked for them for as long as I can remember!

Unfriendly staff, no ashtrays in smoking room. Very small parking area and construction workers crowded my doorway making me feel unsafe.

Checked in late on a weekend. Opened the door to un made beds with dirty sheets piled on top. Food on the floor. No toilet paper, other people's dirty shoes under the desk and no headboards on the bed. We asked the lady at the desk, she suggested that we make the beds but did offer toilet paper. Then offered us two single rooms for another 40$. Safe to say this place is scary enough to stay away from. Might need a translator to book a room.

The hotel is clean, we have stayed there in the past. Good location & friendly staff! I would definitely recommend this hotel. No continental breakfast but they do have coffee & vending machine in the lobby. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot in room. I'd stay there again! :)

The Guest House Motel is very affordable ($50 a night. ) The only problem I had was that the housekeeper threw things away that I clearly was not intending to throw away. Also, the ice machine doesn't work. But all in all, not bad. It's a quiet area, there's a mini fridge a microwave, and a hair dryer. It's good for the price.

Clean rooms, great pricing.

They have always taken care of myself, husband and company J and L Roofing and Construction. If any problems they are quick to fix it and make you comfortable. Thank you for all your care and concern. Just to let you know when you are cooking it smells wonderful. It always makes me miss eating with my friend, her food was so good. Thank you again for all you do.

My visit was for a visit with a group of friends who were/are passing through town.

Awesome motel great staff you can't beat it for $45.00 a night.

This hotel is nice, its cheaper then the rest not as nice but the hostess is nice.

This motel was the only one available at the time we stayed. It's a old motel kinda clean but details have been missed like in corners and under the bed are dirty. There is Wi-Fi but it's slow and the hostess was hard to understand and kinda rude.
