The hotel was older, but well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing!

Bed was very comfortable after a very hard day. Charlotte was a great help getting a phone number for the McDonald's after I left my wallet there. Lucky my wallet was turned in. Big Thank you to Charlotte. Only thing that could be better was appearance of pool area. Pool and hot tub need work. Would stay here again. Employees are great.

A nice, clean hotel for a fair price. Very kind check-in staff. They had cookies for us upon checking in. If I we're going to stay in this town again, based on price and quality, I would stay here again. The internet and cable worked well, and the linens were all clean.

It is a nice place, clean and well cared for. The pool was a perfect temp, unfortunately the hot tub was out of commission. I really appreciated the late hours available for the pool. Breakfast was ready early, hot and plentiful. I only gave a four due to the dated appearance of various areas of the hotel.

Very nice place. The staff are professional, hard-working and friendly. I like the fact that they serve breakfast and soup for dinner.

Piss poor management and staff. Learn how to do your job or find a different career path since checking people in is far too difficult to do. Front desk woman took 1.5 hours to check in three different people and then put them all in the same room.

Easy access on and off the freeway. The room was very clean. The breakfast was also great as well. I would stay there again.

This was a pretty good hotel. I don't have any real complaints about the room, service, or the breakfast. The pool however looks a bit rundown. We swam anyway, but it looks like it needs to be resurfaced.

It's really close to the freeway, downtown I. F. And is really easy to find. The price was reasonable forast minute bookings, the room was clean, and breakfast was great.

The hotel is right off the freeway so it's super convienant. The entrance is a bit hard to find but it's not a huge deal. The rooms were clean and had updated decor and furniture. They also included a microwave and a mini fridge which was nice. The pool area feels a bit dated but is is clean and kept up well. They offer breakfast in the morning with a great selection of doughnuts, muffins, biscuits and gravy, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffles and juice and coffee. The girl at the check in desk was also amazing and offered some nice recommendations for things to do in the area.

We got a great rate on this hotel. To be honest I wasn't expecting much. I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was very spacious and clean. They serve soup and cookies in the evening yummy. Breakfast was great too.

The hotel is mien favorite Hotel. The room was good and it was clean. The swimming pool was very Kuehl. I love the hotel and the breakfast. The bed was very soft. The room had a T. V.

There were very large crowds (BYU satellite graduation) the weekend we were there but the staff was friendly and the amenities were clean and comfortable.

So wonderful room was clean and great so great for an escape or trip. Would definitely stay here again, and again. Love it.

"Wow"… Unfortunately not good! Sorry but did not enjoy our short stay! My wife and I checked — in late, and needed to get on the road early. Went for a shower, and the shower head was completely loose, spraying water all over the ground in the bathroom. The shower head is the worst! cheap! Also, the wall around the shower is falling apart. And there is more, but I really don't have time. If you have a choice stay somewhere else.

Staff is helpful and pleasant. Bed was comfy. Could use a sprucing up, but not bad.

Very clean place staff was very nice. Checkin was easy. Pricing was reasonable. Over all a good place to stay.

Be aware there is no elevator. If you have trouble walking be sure to get a room on the first floor. Our King room with spacious and had a microwave and refrigerator. The hotel is well-maintained. Only complaint is the bathroom was small so the toilet was halfway in front of the sink.

Reserve 3 rooms coming into town for a funeral specifically asked if the check-in time was at 3 so that I plan to my trip accordingly and left so that I would come into town after my rooms were available. I did this knowing that I needed to get into my rooms change get cleaned up a little bit and head to a function with the family getting ready to attend a funeral for our grandmother our rooms however we're not ready when we came to check in and they were not ready for almost two hours after check-in time they checked us in but told us that we would have to wait a little while why the maids finished cleaning I'm making our beds so at a quarter to 5 we were able to finally go into our room and we're not able to get ready to go to the function so we had to leave before changing or anything. The beds were hard the swimming pool was not what it appeared to be during a reservation time and looking at the website but all-in-all I do believe that I should have been offered a discount and asked about 1 after one was not offered to me and the young kid working behind the counter said he would talk to his manager and let us know but then the next morning I was charged full price for all three rooms so to say the least I will not ever stay at another Comfort Inn again.

Came in late, very accommodating, staff was pleasant. It's an older property but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The front desk staff is wonderful! Very cheery and helpful. My son loved playing in the pool, it was clean and decently warm. Or room was spacious and clean, a little older but kept up well. Great stay!

Clean room, but hotel definitely needs some upgrades. There are better hotels in the area for the same price.

Just barely par. The staff was excellent, but the hotel needs upgrades. Room smelled like stale cigarettes even though it's a non-smoking facility. Breakfast was very ho-hum. Air-conditioner ran all the time.

It's clean and neat. It's old. No pests, no smell. The TV works. It's small. Two floors and no elevator. It's inexpensive, clean, and neat. It has a small pool for children. Carrying a suitcase up stairs isn't fun.

Noisy paper thin walls. TV didn't work well. But nice clean room and reconditioned.

Staff was rude and confrontational. Breakfast was poorly supplied and the staff was slow to address. The room was clean but had maintenance issues. No elevator. Outside doors did not lock.

Got an upgrade to a suite for being a diamond member. Great staff. Clean, large rooms. Beds are comfortable.

Update: I would not recommend this facility any longer. It turns out that the manager of the facility double charged our account. This happens to be the same lady who was blasting the TV at breakfast later down in my review. Today my wife called asking to speak to the manager. The clerk who answered informed my wife she would be available this evening. When my wife called back this evening the person answering the phone said there was no manager available. My wife pointed out that this morning someone said there would be a manager. The lady answering the phone decides to inform her that she is in fact the manager (Tiffane) but that she did not feel like taking the call. She admits that she did double charge the hotel room and that she decided afterwords to undo this extra charge. Do to the fact we were moving across the country this put us very low on funds… This behavior has recalled my 4* rating to would not recommend… This behavior is criminal. This facility is intermeresting to say the least. To start it is on I suppose a lower end side of Idaho Falls. The outer aperance was somewhat run down, maybe on the older side of these facilities? The inside looks well maintained but still lower end of the spectrum. The pool had what looked like either a lot worn away or some type of growth in the bottom. The first of the staff we met was Kimberly (I believe that was her name? ). She was quite polite and engaged us about our trip. Check in was fairly simple.

Little pricey, nice room, friendly staff, but they botched our wakeup call. Would consider it again but may look elsewhere first.

I was recently at this hotel on the way back from California on a school trip. Before any of us could get off the bus, the front desk manager came on to the bus and spoke to us like we were young children and incapable of following rules. Every sound outside of the rooms could be heard and the décor is super outdated. The pool and hot tub are the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. I hope I never have to go back to this hotel again.

Desk staff was disinterested. Hotel also has that scam where they charge a couple bucks for the safe in your room and only take the charge off when checking out WHEN you ASK. Otherwise hotel is fine.

The rooms are spacious, the pool and spa nice and the breakfast is correct. But, even if we booked a non-smoking room, we had a smoking room with tobacco smelling. The employee at the desk told us that it was a non-smoking room, but our room was actually one of the 3 ones which don't have the "non-smoking" written on the door… Then, the Wi-Fi was not working. Finally, at 7am, I had a cold shower.
