Great customer service, great and friendly desk clerk. She said oh look at this cutie and we had went and ate dinner came back and she had floats and big bottle of bubbles for our little granddaughter! Thank you so much for the nice customer service and quite stay.
My husband and I were traveling back to Utah from Island Park fairly late the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Neither of us felt confident about driving without falling asleep so we pulled off the freeway and saw Fairfield Inn. My husband went inside and knew it would be a slim chance they’d have any rooms available during a holiday weekend but asked anyway. A “regular room” wasn’t available but the employee that helped him (Violet) said that wasn’t our fault so she upgraded us to a suite for the same price as a regular room. Then, my husband mentioned we were traveling with our 7 month old and that I’m pregnant. Violet offered a pack-and-play with fresh linens for our little one to sleep in (no extra charge) and got us a room right next to the elevator so that I wouldn’t have to walk far. When we got to our room, there was a little goody bag for our daughter with baby soap, baby lotion, and rubber duck.
Thank you so much to Violet and the Fairfield Inn for making what could have been a stressful situation into a good experience!
