Doesn't deserve a star. Was rushed at check in and given no information on the hotel. Had reserved 3 nights but told them we would most likely check out a day early. Was told that was fine just let them know. They charged us for all 3 nights but assured us they would give a refund if we checked out early. I gave notice and they refused to refund us for the 3rd night. The staff is rude and unfriendly. I will never stay here again.

The room was clean and in good repair, and the beds are comfortable. Even though it is next to the highway, the room was very quiet. The included breakfast was good — — eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, toast, muffins, cereal, and more. We stayed two nights and have no complaints.

The breakfast is amazing! The room was a little outdated and well used, but overall it was a good place to stay. Had some room on the side for a 16 foot moving truck and trailer. Pool was pretty sweet too! Would definitely stay here again.

Booked a queen for a 2 night stay for our 35th wedding anniversary. When we got there we were told the gueen rooms were sold out, so they have us a room with 2 doubles. Two adults can not sleep in a double bed. Nice way to spend an anniversary in seperate beds. Will not book with choice again.

Dirty stinky smelled moldy and musty! Stains all over the hall carpet very filfty. Saw lots of black mold on the outside of building where stucco is coming off near the bottom Every other sleep inn we have stayed at has been fabulous. This one doesnt deserve to be called the sleep inn. Over priced as well. Our next stay was sleep inn in Redmond Oregon. 5 star motel!

Not much to say. Got into town a day early and checked to see if they had a room available to which point they wanted to charge us for the additional night. The deal breaker was when the reservation we previously booked, through their front desk phone and held by credit card, price went up an additional 100$ than the price agreed to amount. We canceled our reservation, received a printed cancellation receipt from the receptionist and found two days later this business was holding almost 600$ of our checking account funds. We contacted the manager and he asked we wait to see if they dropped off on Mondays business. Tuesday morning rolled around and two charges cleared totaling just under 250$. Contacted the hotel to no avail then filed a complaint of fraud with our bank.

Nice rooms, good service, yummy breakfast.

Upon check in they didn't know we had a dog, which resulted in them not having the queen size bed we had reserved online. We were given an option for two double beds only, no big deal. They did accommodate and waived their $26 pet accommodation fee! They only have a certain # of rooms for pets. Upon room entry, the smell was a little, let's say petsy! Asked front desk if we could burn an insense, no go! Fart fan in bathroom no worky. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness of this location. Inside and outside were a little rough. The reason to give it 3 stars was due to the free breakfast which was more than expected and started out the morning just right! With all that said, overall not bad, just needed a place to rest our heads for the night.

Relaxing pool. Especially after you submerge and open your eyes. Don't forget to breathe out before you come up for air. Same following in the hot tub.

The Sleep Inn was located in Nampa, Idaho. It wasn't fancy, but it was clean and had the continental breakfast you expect from a Choice Hotel. The beds were comfortable, and check in and check out is easy.

Very nice, comfortable bed, low noise. The person cleaning the room did a great job except the bed was not made it was pulled back over the bed, ok for me but others no so much. The shower door leaked water causing the floor mat to be soaked. Staff were great to me and others.

Clean rooms and staff was friendly. They could work on their breakfast options. Ok if you just want cereal and coffee.

This is our third stay over the past year. Each visit has been better than before. Every time the second room key doesn't work. This time the remote control for the TV worked sporadically but since it was a short stay we didn't ask for another.

This place was a last resort for me when my car got stuck on the beach and couldn't camp there because of the super tide. The place was clean and the staff was quick and courteous. I only wish that they had a continental breakfast or anything really to curve the morning hunger pains. Other than that, it's a solid place to spend a night or 2 if you don't mind going out for dinner. It's also very close to the beach.

This place is in the ghetto with history of criminal activity. Our car's gas was siphoned overnight from the parking lot. Our toiled plugged and it took asking several times to get it fixed 8 hours later. Our coffee maker was broken and regardless of asking several times, it was never addressed. Housekeeping took towels but didn't leave replacements so after swimming we had to roam the halls soaking wet to find someone, since we could not get the front desk by phone. The water in the rooms is only luke warm. The heater was so loud rattling and vibrating that it woke us up whenever it turned on. The pool was clean and a great temperature. The staff was friendly but quite unhelpful. I'll never go here again.

Clean, well lit hotel. They are pet friendly as well which is the first thing we look for since we have a dog. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

If I could leave right now I would. I sat on the bed and almost bounced through the ceiling. And for the past hour people have been yelling, running talking, and in every other way being inconsiderate of others perhaps not wanting to hear them. My word, it is sooooo frustrating. I called to the office and they said they'd do something, but if they did it had made no difference. I'm not having a happy sleep at the Sleep Inn… Staff is friendly, though. I hope breakfast is good…

Great clean rooms, very good pool. Loved the strange shower shape, beds we're comfy. The heater in our room seemed messed up. But otherwise a great stay.

Great place and price is fair. Some of the rooms need a little repairs. Hot tub and pool have no time limit which is awesome! Great hotel.

Clean, nice quiet room. Good location right off the freeway but I didn't notice any highway noise. The breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, as well as cereal and fruit.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was good. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again.

I first noticed that the sheets weren't clean. Then I checked out the bathroom. There was urine all over the toilet seat. I started to think that maybe because we were early for our check in that the housekeeper said the room was clean, when it really wasn't. If we were told it wasn't ready than we would have had no problem waiting. The manager was very pleasant and said that she would have housekeeping clean it right away. When I returned to the room the bed wasn't made, which wasn't a big deal, however in other hotels I've stayed in housekeeping, whatever time of day, always makes the bed if it's not made. The toilet seat was at least cleaned. The helper for the front desk was very rude. Her interaction with the other guests was less than impressive also. When she was asked a question she responded in such a way that she seemed upset and bothered that she had to stop what she was doing to help the customer. She didn't smile once and no eye contact, not personable at all! The coffee was awful and the food was poor also. The only positive experience about the hotel was the manager.

Very accommodating to my needs. Within my budget. Included a Continental breakfast every day. Location allowed easy access to the highway. Staff outstanding cleaning room each day. Only this time was bed not comfortable, but didn't complain because room was across hall from my sister's room. Never had a worn out bed other stays.

Very busy with quite a few long term guests. There was a lot of noise during weekend nights and a lot of activity that might not have been legal going on in the parking lot. The parking is very tight and crowded. The room was clean and neat but drab and the windows didn't have a lock to keep them shut, a danger to small children and pets. Also, watch out for dog poo on the grass. For all of that it was affordable and the staff was pleasant and took the time to offer assistance at all hours.

The room we stayed in was nice, clean, and comfortable, room has TV, microwave, fridge, coffee pot, and fast Wi-Fi. Lori (hope I'm spelling it right) is so sweet and helpful, even to the person in front of me who was being unhandy. Your doing a great job! We first got a room the smelled like cigs and Lori gladly gave us a diff room. Doors are a little hard to push open but would stay again! :) Also hot tub is awesome!

Was concerned initially about the location. However, not a problem. Quiet at night. Room comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Staff helpful, friendly.

I wish I could give negative stars! We booked a room here on Booking because we needed a PET FRIENDLY room for two nights. After driving 10 hours we arrived, tired and relieved to be at our destination. The woman at the desk was friendly to the all white family in front of us but was unfriendly to myself (i am white) and my boyfriend (who is black). I mentioned that we had a pet with us, a cat. The woman told me in a loud, unfriendly voice "we don't accept cats! Dogs only! " We informed her that Booking listed the hotel as a "pet friendly" hotel and she stated again "dogs only! No cats, parrots, or anything else! " We asked for a refund and she stated that we would have to take it up with Booking because that is how we booked the room. We called Booking and were told that this woman told them in numerous emails that WE WALKED OUT and she didn't tell us that we couldn't stay! She lied! My debit card was charged $106.00 for a room that I was not allowed to stay in because I had my cat (in a PET FRIENDLY hotel). I don't care if the woman was racist and turned us away because we are an interracial couple, I don't care if there is a dog's only policy at the hotel. I want my $106.00 refunded because I didn't get to use the room. I also would like to see the wording changed from PET FRIENDLY to DOGS ONLY. Thanks to La Quinta Inn Meridian/Boise, we got an awesome room at the last minute. If you have the choice, go to La Quinta in meridian and stay away from Sleep Inn!

Decent rooms/bed, clean. The bathroom didn't have a fan, so the wooden pocket door has been warped and was hard to open and close. The breakfast was pretty good too. Scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, sometimes biscuits and gravy, mini waffles you bake fresh, in addition to usual fare (bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, mini muffins, small donuts, bread, juice, coffee, hot chocolate, assorted teas, etc)

Price was good, room is updated, but not the best. No tub in our room. Foot runners on both beds were stained, but sheets and comforter were clean. Pool and hot tub opened 24 hours, which was nice because we arrived at 10 pm and wanted to relax before bed. Pool was cold. Breakfast was good. Decent place to stay.

This is a very good hotel for the price you pay! They are dog friendly for a nominal extra fee, and the rooms are quite nice. They have a free continental breakfast, but I recommend getting there early because they don't restock once it get close to closing at 9. The bathrooms are pretty small, but definitely functional. The best part was the pool! They have a very good sized indoor pool that was super refreshing in the hot weather. They also have attentive and friendly staff, who not only called to check on us the first nught, but who also left a note and a bag for us for our wet clothes. All in all we were VERY pleased with the experience and will likely stay there again. The one thing I would change is that the beds are VERY soft, and prone to tossing you over the edge if your partner tosses and turns, or gets up in the night.

Friendly staff. Comfortable clean room. Fairly good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean rooms, very good rates. Close to the Idaho Center with hot breakfast in the morning. Great place for the price.

Wow! This hotel completely surprised me! The value here is amazing! The room was decorated very modern, with a comfy feel. The bathroom was clean and the shower was big. The swimming pool is open 24 hours. The continental breakfast was good. The fresh pears and apples were great. Lots of different yogurt options, waffles, cereal, sausage, eggs, potatoes. For the price I paid for the room I was very impressed. I would not hesitate to book again.

I have stayed here around four times in the last month or so. The pool is open 24/7, free Wi-Fi that actually works. Decent free breakfast. The rooms are fairly nice. I have had a great bed until this week. This last one seemed way harder than my past visits. That being said the price, $50+tax, makes it worth it.

Though I have not stayed at this hotel I will say I find there staff and management very rude! They say they are a pet friendly hotel they are not! My sister and I were trying to find a place in Nampa to stay for three nights, we called them to find out rates and to let them know my sister has a cat who is resisted as her service animal and we could provide paperwork. The front desk woman asked what the cat was for and we informed her it was for my sister’s anxiety and depression, she then proceeded to tell us that because the animal was ONLY for emotion purposes she would have to check with her manager and get back to us. She was very unprofessional and down playing my sisters disorders making them sound as if they were not a big deal or even a real disorder for that matter, and as for those of you who have lived with or lived with someone who struggles with anxiety and depression it is a very real thing! She never did call back the next day, so I decided to call them myself and ask where we stand on the cat. She informed me that she talked to her manager and he had agreed that because she did not have a REAL NEED for the cat because it’s only emotional and not a REAL disorder we could not stay there with her. I find this to be unbelievably closed minded and ignorant. It breaks my heart for people who are suffering, but because it is not a disorder you can see, so many people don’t believe it exists.

We stayed at Sleep Inn on 5/24/2016. When we first arrived, we quickly noticed a repulsive fish smell that we were told came from a nearby factory. We checked in to our room and brought all our luggage in. We left after a little while for dinner, when we came back to our room, the key wouldn't work. I went down to the front desk and she reloaded my card keys, it still didn't work. I went down again and she gave me new card keys, it still didn't work. I went down again to the desk and this time she came with me with a machine. She couldn't get the door to light up at all and said that the machine probably needed batteries and she was going to go look for some, I also asked if she had any keys still for the keyhole below the key card reader. She came back with keys and tried several with no luck. By this time a few hours had past and my diabetic grandmother with high blood pressure needed her pills that were locked inside the room. While all this was going on, the front desk person was also checking in guests, etc. I felt sorry for her, but we should have been taken top priority. I overheard a guest ask her what was going on, in which she briefly described our situation. He asked if this had ever happened before, in which she responded, it has happened a few times but they were usually able to figure out how to get the person in.

Have always rented when family is in town. Cant wait to rent some more rooms for our upcoming family reunion. Big thank you to two special girls lucinda and cristina (sorry if I butchered your names) they were so helpful and made our stay warming. Recommendable!

Smelled really bad the while time we were there, zero service and our bathroom door was broken. Luckily we were there for just the one night.

This hotel is definitely would not be my first choice, if I had to stay in Nampa again. The front desk staff are never at the front desk, instead they are texting while sitting in the office behind the desk (we can see you). The day I arrived, the girl finally came up to the desk and simply stated, "Yeah? " — — Where's the customer service in that? After I told her my name she said I didn't have a reservation. So told her I have a confirmation number and she asks me, "What's a confirmation number? " I don't know if she was new or what; I told her it's the number I received when I booked the room. Finally she found my reservation, slapped my key cards on the desk and said, "Oh yeah the Wi-Fi is free, here's your room number. " She never confirmed when I was checking out/ how many nights I was staying, and before I could ask her to confirm, she was already headed back to her office. The rooms are clean, small, and quiet. No complaints there. On the night of my 3rd stay, I wanted to confirm with the desk my checkout day/time. Stood at the desk for 5+ minutes while a girl, whom I made eye contact with, completely ignored me. I finally gave up, went to my room and booked another hotel. This place is terrible.

Sleep Inn was surprisingly pleasant. The desk clerk was very friendly and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was quite good. I would suggest bringing your own pillow. I found their pillows to not have enough give.

The rooms are very small. We got in our room at 9pm after being in the car for 14 hours or so with a 3 year old and a 1 year old and we got a call from the hotel telling us we were too loud, so that only added to our stress. Why does the convenience of the person in the room below us matter more than ours? Why can't they just be prepared and buy earplugs? I did not appreciate that call. The continental breakfast was very good though.

HOTEL HAS SCAM WATCH OUT! My boyfriend and I stayed one night at the Sleep Inn hotel in Nampa Idaho. We were traveling through the city and arrived late and left the following morning. Our stay was fine with no issues. However, later that day we got a call from the hotel saying they had charged our card an additional $150 for smoking in the room. Neither my boyfriend or I have ever smoked once our whole lives! We tried to explain this to 2 different assistant managers, and the main manager, but they insisted we were lying and refused to remove the charge, saying that they wouldn't be able to rent out the room for multiple days because of how smokey it was. We happened to be driving back through the town late that day and ended up stopping at the hotel again to see for ourselves. The woman working there told us that the room was fine, and still on the rent-able list, and even took us to the room. When we checked out the room there was absolutely no smoke smell! We had the employee write this out for us for proof and then drove home. Even with all this proof the manager at the hotel is battling the charge and insists we are lying! Now we are dealing with disputing the charge with the hotel and the credit card company! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

We enjoyed our stay BUT they put a hold and charged our card so they held onto $1000 then we left early they were suppose to credit our card but they haven't yet they Charged my card AGAIN for another $66. The general manager was suppose to call us and let us know what was going on back on December 28th when we changed our stay. Still today January 2nd still no call and they keep telling us to wait…

The hotel decor was uninspiring and very minimal. Same 1930s tacky tan and brown wallpaper through all the hallways, so it was like walking thru a dungeon corridor just to get to our room. The room itself was "modern-ish" but extremely lacking in furniture. 85% of our room was wasted space of nothing. No wall hanging so the wallpaper was uninspiring me in the room also, but the bed was comfy, shower was nice and clean, bathroom was small but clean, and after some lighting adjustments the room was tolerable, maybe even a little cozy. The thing that turned this whole stay around and made this a 4 star, was the 24 hour pool access. So after being scared in the dungeon corridor, bored out of my skull in the room, and ignored by the sleeping front desk lady. I went and soaked in the jacuzzi, took a couple dives in the pool. Turner the whole stay around.

Place could use some general maintenance and there isn't a lot of walking distance attractions BUT… for the price it is perfect. Pet friendly ($25) plus a pool and hot tub and breakfast! Cool thing was it wasn't terribly busy so we had the pool and hot tub to our selves. Staff was nice. If recommend this place if you are just planning on a quiet relaxing stay with pets and pool.
