Its clean friendly and the poop and hot tub are awesome also the rooms are nice and the bed is super compfy.

Everything nice and new. It was quiet after the traffic died down. After 9pm I didn't need ear plugs. The exercise was good. I will come back.

Have been there many times and im a local but its a pretty inexpensive way to have fun with friends and enjoy urself as if ur on vacation.

Rooms are standard and nice. Location is good, near the interstate but far enough that there is no road noise. Plenty of food choices near.

Easy to find with a lot of businesses around. Room was large and clean. Beds were comfortable. Continental breakfast was good.

Stayed here for two weeks while visiting family. Convenient location, comfortable and clean, the swimming pool and gym are great. Good breakfast choice (although more fruit might be nice) and plenty of room to relax in the kitchen suites. By far and away though, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Special mention to Jessica on reception, whose smiling demeanour every day made us feel very welcome. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

The room and location are great. 3 stars for using old technology and putting kids that run back and forth in a higher level room. 1. The magnetic door keys use the older cheaper technology. If you put the keys next to anything magnetized they reset the card key. My wallet has a magnetic button… and demagnetized the cards… got them reset at the front desk… went to dinner and had them next to my phone that has one of those magnets on the case and that reset the cards so I had to get them reset again. 2. Put kids on the bottom floor, there was intermittent running on the floor above, very noisy. 3. The new clerk a young blonde girl was extremely hot which made up for the above issues but giving the hotel a 3 until the card situation is fixed.

Very clean and helpful employees. The breakfast bar was OK… the hot food could be better.

Everyone there was so welcoming and nice! Great environment and very clean place.

Plenty of room in room and lobbies. Lots of extra little treats like free Wi-Fi that rocks, charging stations, Keurig coffee maker, two flat screen TVs, extra pillows, just a nice conferrable stay. Pillows could be better.

There to visit family member in the hospital. Hotel is in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were wonderful. Room was neat and clean.

Booked the Hotel 4 days in advance using their IHG rewards program. Due to an illness we were unable to make our trip and I cancelled the reservation 27 hours before check in. I was charged for the entire stay of the room, $116 dollars. They were good about canceling the room, but would not work with me at all on a refund. I paid for the room, then found out that the hotel was booked for the night so they rented it to someone else. I would not stay at this or any other Holiday Inn again, and I would steer clear of the rewards program IHG. I hope that this helps someone stay out of the trap I fell in. My brother always gets us rooms here when we need to stay in the Boise Valley area, and we love it. Never had a bad stay here! Last time we stayed was over Thanksgiving and had excellent service. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone! It's out of the Boise traffic, close to all the nice shopping and restaurants in Meridian, and not far from Nampa/Caldwell. Great stays, always!

Clean, good prices, professional & easy to access from the highway. We love staying here when we pass through Idaho.

They r hard to find, sign half blacked out, food wasn't what was ordered, drinks weren't what I ordered. I wanted the margarita w the corona… Most places let you choose the flavor w that drink. Waitress told me they ONLY do lime w their margaritas…

Easy to access location right next to the hospital and the freeway. Good rooms and comfortable beds. Free continental breakfast, which was pretty good (though no Belgian waffle maker, but there are pancakes and they were almost as tasty as Belgian waffles). I'd stay there again if I needed a hotel room in Nampa.

Nice staff, clean room. The place is well appointed with a fitness center, pool, spa. Breakfast is horrible as usual, I don't recommend the powdered eggs. Power went out (not the hotels fault, Idaho power grid) so I, and all the guests had a completely dark room for about 3 hours. Never heard from any of the staff, which normally I like, but in this situation it would be nice to know my room is completely unlocked, key cards are useless, and the only light too see with is the mass migration of headlights leaving the parking lot. Overall a comfy place, but they could do better…

I attended a concert at the Idaho Center, quick drive from the Holiday Inn. Clean room, clean lobby, good service, healthy breakfast options.

It's a very good hotel to stay in. Very friendly wonderful breakfast and very clean best housekeeper so you're going to find around.

Consistently better than other chains, especially with small children. Highly recommend the "executive suite" with the sofa bed for the little extra cash. This location was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was well-appointed, though the biscuits weren't in the warmer like they have been at other locations.

Service was good. Breakfast was average. The room was clean. One of my main issues is that we couldn't accommodate for our 1 yr old very much. We had to put a blanket over the window because it didn't close all of the way. The smoke detector was flashing light all night. Overall it was a good visit, but just a little inconvenient.

The rooms were nice and clean, just like the last time. Breakfast is great! The pancake maker is so cool. Friendly staff and good atmosphere.

Such a good experience! So much better than three competition! I had to leave my room at another hotel in town late at night and was thankful to find a room at this hotel. It was so comfortable and the staff were refreshingly welcoming!

We stayed in the suite with two beds and a pullout couch. The room was nice and I appreciated the extra toiletires in addition to the typical shampoo and conditioner. I also loved that there were two TVs. Breakfast included greek yogurt, oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, eggs, bacon, sausage patties and Omelets, though we were gone well before breakfast was over and they never brought more omelets out and it took a few minutes to refill the other items. The eggs were kind of dried out. They also had a pancake maker that makes 2 big pancakes in one minute at the push of a button, which my kids thought was really cool. I loved that it was served until 10.

Its been the best hotel since ive stayed somewhere else. Great customer service, good breakfast, an its just enough space in rooms to relax an lounge. If I would have to stay at a hotel again. I would have to choose the holiday inn.

The staff makes this place all worthwhile; Friendly, happy, helpful, and quickly took care of little extra requests. Simple, but tasty, fresh breakfast. Clean, comfortable room, TVs and Wi-Fi that work well!

This hotel isn't the grandest hotel I have stayed in but it was the best one. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was very clean and I stayed on the freeway side and I fell asleep fast. Very nice.

We stayed in the jacuzzi room and loved it. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. We have grandchildren who live in Nampa just a few blocks way from the hotel so it is so nice to have a nice place to stay while we visit them. My husband loves the upstairs library room. He can spend time in it and read while I sleep in. I recommend anyone who stays in Nampa to pick this hotel. You will love it!

Good place to stay. The people are really nice. And the rooms are comfortable and homie. It's awesome you get a mini Keurig in your room. Just like home.

Bedroom and room for TV is separate which is nice. Pool is awesome as well as the shower.

The access was very easy to get to from the interstate and the rooms were very clean and comfortable as well as being up to date. I couldn't have found better service then what they provided for the front desk manager Kathy was very helpful with me finding places to dine during my stay.

Spent Monday night in Nampa Holiday inn everything was as we expected a Holiday Inn to be. Our room was clean and very quite. Heard no highway traffic noise even though the motel is situated just off the freeway. Our room was upgraded which was nice as my husband often can't sleep lying down flat and has to use oxygen. The sofa and easy chair was just great. The breakfast was good, the bacon had been "cleaned out" just before we got there but was promptly refilled. Although we did not take advantage of the Late Pancake Supper in the evening It was a nice amenity. The check-in staff welcomed us with a smile and were very helpfull. There was no waiting and we were in our rooms within 5 minutes. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.
