This has been hands down the WORST hotel experience of my life!
I pre-paid for my room via hotwire. Upon check in I was told my room WAS NOT paid for. I showed the front desk my confirmation email showing proof of payment, and asked that they call Hotwire, which they refused… so. I called Hotwire. Was told it would be an hour wait, so, I made the mistake of just Cheking in and paying upfront expecting the reimbursement once Hotwire got involved.
Hotwire provided the hotel with THEIR credit card info so they could reverse the charges. Great! EXCEPT these idiots charged MY credit card ONCE AGAIN, AND THE HOTWIRE CREDIT CARD. Not to mention the fact the room stay itself is $157 with taxes. Hotel charges a 30% "incidental" rate. So. My initial charge was $188. Second time they charged my card WITHOUT my authorization. The charged $188 AND 36.87. Long story short. I have a hold for over $400 on a room I PRW-PAID FOR!
WORST part is the absolute lack of caring from the employees and the non-existent "manager" Angelica Acala. I was told by the front desk that this was Hotwire's fault for not sending the authorization initially. I asked how it was Hotwire's fault when the front desk REFUSED to contact the 3rd party instead of insisting I pay the hotel, again, in order to check in. The Hotel also ran my card twice, without my authorization. Once for $188 and a separate charge of $36.87.

We are really happy with our room. We are celebrating our 40th and 41st Anniversary. We were unable to be together on 2-14 2020 when my wife was in the Philippines and on 2021 we got Snowed out from going anywhere. So this is our Anniversary getaway together from this Sunday through Thursday here in Amarillo until we head back home to Trinity, TX. Looking forward to enjoying our time together and exploring the sights in Amarillo and surrounding areas.

We have travel many miles and have had a lot of dirty hotels rooms But our hotel room at Comfort Inn $ Suites was very clean and bathroom was too! Staff was nice while checking in. Would definitely stay again when in town!

They kicked me and my service dog out, when I had paper work and his sevice dog ID, they kicked him out because of the breed he was, And they are really nasty rooms, and they have bed bugs bad, abs really rude and bad customer relations. The manager needs to get fired. Im contacting a lawyer in the morning about everything. Yuck.

This is the 1st Comfort Inn Suites we have stayed in that had a lounge attached! Awesome! The bartender was awesome & make &makes a killer margarita! Great place, easy access to I-40. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent breakfast, clean interior, room service, laundry room, swimming pool, and pets welcome too! We loved it and it's where we stay when we are in Amarillo.

We stayed one night in Amarillo Texas at the Soncy location. They had me sign something saying there'd be a charge of $230 for smoking in the room. No problem… neither of us have ever smoked! imagine my surprise when the charge of $230 was posted to my bank! The room was only $85! Thus far, my calls to the manager and corporate have done nothing to get my money back! very disappointed. I travel often for work and will never stay in another Comfort Inn.

We stopped here on our way home from Hollywood, we only wish we could have stayed longer! The room itself was great and spacious, only problem was in the restroom the laundry mats water connected to it and cause a “soapy” mess. We reported it and the girl offered us a new room as there was no maintenance to assist clean up or fix the issue. But we had to be up early so we got a few extra towels and I cleaned it myself. After then travel we had, this was comical and the hotel we would come back to for sure.

The breakfast was good. The room was okay for the price. Cleanlines gets a three star. Not top notch but also not the worst. The swimming pool water smelt like a fish pond. We took a go pro into the pool and the water was green not clear. The pool was very worn out. Out of of the 5 or six lights in the pool area only two were working. It was very dark. People were swimming in their clothing and not swimsuits. I did let the front desk lady know about the pool.

Was ok for an overnight stay. Wasn't the best area in town as there was tons of construction going on plus it was pouring rain out. I asked the employee at the service desk for a couple items and he said "no", trying to be funny, but after an 11 hour drive please just help out with the request. This employee did this twice during this stay. The complimentary breakfast was not very good at all. Biscuits were hard and the sausage patties were rubbery. Only giving 3 stars since I was able to sleep and leave.

Room temp wasn't prepped for us, despite having a reservation for weeks beforehand. It was super hot when we first walked in to the room and the AC unit was undersized for our room. It couldn't really hang with outside air temperature being greater than 90F. Shower drain was partially clogged so the shower filled up as we were bathing. Walls were paper thin (could practically participate in neighbors conversation). Breakfast was meh (although they did have Texas shaped waffles). Staff was friendly and professional. Overall it was basically on par with my expectations for a Comfort Inn experience.

Decent hotel! It was comfortable enough for the overnight stay we had. The location was in "okay" part of town — not a place I would have normally selected. But we had no issues there, and there were plenty of fast food restaurants located around the hotel if you were hungry. Even though it was very close to the freeway, the room we stayed in was very quiet.

ADA room nice layout but far away at end of hall. Mostly clean except long black hairs my husband had to pull from bathtub drain. : (Very nice staff.

Place was nice enough, comfy beds. The closest was pretty gross though. Glad we didn't need it.

Our stay was good. Nice big room with 2 queen beds and couch. There was standing water in the bath tub and we couldn't get the shower to stop dripping but that was the only inconvenient thing. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel, nice rooms and decent price. Has an indoor heated pool and hot tub. Free breakfast with a nice spread.

Employees were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and great size for a family.

Stay away from the Comfort Inn on Soncy Road. They like to charge smoking fees to non-smokers. Management at that location likes to charge college kids for extra fees to pad their bottom line.

The manager took care of some very loud rude customers that had a room next to ours. The room was great and provided us with a good night sleep. I️ would recommend this hotel my family and friends. The staff was exceptional.

The comfort inn & suites in Amarillo was newly remodeled, clean, and well maintained. The hotel staff were helpful. Pool was heated and a perfect temp! The continental breakfast was also wonderful with lots of variety!

Would not recommend this place! My son is in the military and was moving bases and chose to stay here during his travel. He called and asked if they had laundry machines there because he had been traveling for days and had to do some laundry. After finding out the dryer was broken after he has wet clothes, had to stay up about 4 hours getting his laundry resolved with no sleep! This was definitely misleading to say you have something and then it not work. Management was no help and rude. She said it's not a perfect world. Things break! That is not the way you treat customers.

Pleasantly surprised at this place. Indoor pool! Ceiling fan in the room. Room was larger than we expected. Nice bathroom. Everything was clean and modern. Even a safe and couch in our room. Love the kitchen area separate from bathroom and/or the TV dresser area. Nice to make something and not do it in front of the TV or near the bathroom. Ample towels. Comfy beds and pillows!

Just traveling through on a holiday trip. Looked up many places tp stay in the area and this had the best reviews. Definitely agree and if you are looking for a little place to stay for the night for under $100, then this is the place. Good area too if you are like me and not wanting to stay in rough neighborhoods.

I was there for a birthday pool party. I was greeted in passing by a staff member. The indoor pool area was large and the outdoor patio area had several tables and chairs available for the adults to sit & visit. It was clean & clutter free.

Staff was awesome. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was tasty. Location was right off the highway. Shower was just so-so.

The room was amazing, clean, and spacious. However, our main draw to this hotel was the indoor pool, which was lacking. The paint was peeling from the bottom of the pool, the water was murky. There was a big glob of hair stuck in the drain of the hot tub. Icky. And despite the rules clearly stating "no horseplay" there was a family with 3 boys doing canonballs into the water and running around being lid and inconsiderate. It was impossible for my 12yr old to swim at all. If rules are posted, maybe they should be enforced…? Just a thought.

Stopping for one night can be a hassle with 1 adult and four kids. But this place was great. Road construction was kind of a bummer in front of the hotel. But when you first get into the hotel it was a nice greeting. There were children's games and books for the kids by the front desk. The bar is small but comfortable. Our room as the perfect size, plenty of room to move around in. I only had two minor things that I disliked. First our ceiling fan was so high up you can't change the speed. The second was that our bathroom had no towel bars, to hang towels on. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best hotel stay in a long time. Extremely clean. Staff went out of their way to address our every need. They didn't appear like it was bothersome to ask for a few extra things like towels or forgotten shampoo. Breakfast was wonderful. The little touches in the lobby (suckers for kids, lemon water, coffee, kid sitting area with cartoons, adult area with computer) were very nice to make a stay in this hotel worth coming back to.
