We absolutely love this place very clean wonderful workers they are all very sweet ppl. We can't wait to go back and stay theres so much there they have a weight room which we love you can do ur laundry. Great prices. And etc. I reccomend them to everyone.

It's really the only reasonable option around Grundy. The building is a bit outdated but clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff are very nice, but being there on Labor Day weekend overwhelmed the breakfast staff a bit; there were sometimes20 minute waits for fresh food too be replenished.

I have actually not ever stayed here overnight but my husband took a class that was held here and it's a very beautiful and clean hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Their prices are very affordable and if your visiting Grundy Va it is the nicest place you could stay.

This hotel is always clean, the rooms are excellent and the staff is extremely polite, helpful and pleasant. We've stayed here several times over the years and have nothing but good things to say about our stay in this hotel every time we stay here.

I am from the Hurley/Grundy area. This was the first time I have stayed here. What staff I meet was very friendly and professional. The room I stayed in was spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows was comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again and will recommend anyone coming through this area to stay.

If you are in the Grundy VA area, you will not find a better place to stay than the comfort inn. It has nice rooms, a fitness room with a stationary bile, treadmill and a weight machine. No pool but a nice breakfast included with your room. Location is nice, a play ground across the street next to a stream. There is a Wal-Mart. Theater and strip. Mall located a half mile away with stores and restaurants.

The room was so clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was so friendly and beyond helpful, Lauralee especially was just so kind to us and made us feel right at home!

Great room and very clean and comfortable. Best pillows ever! Breakfast only so-so. Front doors are NOT AUTOMATIC. Kind of hard to get in with the luggage dolly.

Had a wonderful time in Grundy. The staff was above and beyond awesome. We will be back. The room was spotless. The breakfast was great. And we slept like a baby. Thanks Comfort Inn. Great job!

This was in West Virginia for a funeral. It's the one near the Bradshaw area but I forget the name of the town. It was a decent stay, we were well accommodated and they allowed late check-out with no extra fee. The breakfast they served was alright and the staff was beyond friendly. Highly l recommend.

Great location, and very clean (typical for Comfort Inn) and reasonable price. Breakfast was good, and the staff highly recommended visiting Breaks Interstate park, which was pretty amazing. Did I mention location? If you've ever stood in the parking lot, you'll know what I mean!

Great down home hospitality at this place of business. Not all that fancy but a place to rest from your travels and be met with courteous staff. And they have free complimentary breakfast, that's a winner in my book.

The pricing is fair but you definitely get what you pay for.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They call them selve this coal country and them when you get done working in the mine and come back to the hote they complain cause your so dirty. Literally refused me towels because I got coal dust on them. Didn’t clean my rooms. The hotel smells horrible. And the management just plain out sucks.

Very nice place to stay. I myself didn't spend the night but visited friends there. Great deal on the room, service was good. The Beds are amazing! I recommend at least one night stay for all!

Rooms were just like home … Food was amazing Laura I believe was her name her food was outstanding she deserves a big raise… She was so helpful and was a great time it was like visiting family … That's different in a motel… Thanks for that…

Our family been coming back to this hotel time & time again to meet up from all over US. You can just tell you are back home among good ole southerns. Staff knows your family that resides here friendly caring. Very hospitable & the breakfast being served up just says you are home. The lady fixing up your breakfast does a amazing job, extremely sweet & surely they aim to please you here. You never would feel more welcomed than the staff makes you feel here. And Ur tummy well leave full as pie & your hearts full of joy from the great folks at your service.

This hotel was really nice the staff was very accommodating. The Manger greeted my wife and I and let us know if we needed anything jus to let her know if all the hotels had employees like this one people's stay would be more pleasant. Breakfast was good and had a lot of selections.

It is a wonderful Hotel and the people are great. Especially Lori, the lady preparing the breakfast. Probably be back next year.

This place is probably one of the better ones in this mountain region. It had everything we needed, and served as a great place for our second to last hotel of our vacation. The breakfast was awesome, the staff was nice, the rooms were comfortable, and there are four floors. Plenty for a lot of people. However, the Wi-Fi service was a joke. I can't let that fly, now can I? Rank B.

For a "budget" hotel, this Comfort Inn is above board. The hotel and rooms are clean, and the staff is super friendly. The free breakfast has a pretty good selection. I tend to use the exercise rooms in hotels, and this one has a treadmill, stationary bike and cable-machine workout station. The workout room was stocked with towels and water, and the TV worked (I've been in may hotels in which that wasn't the case. ) Comfort Inn is pretty much the only game in town in Grundy, but the place doesn't seem to be resting on its laurels. Recommended.

The rooms are very clean. The staff is excellent. They have a pretty good continental breakfast. They have sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, juice, coffee, etc.

I was expecting a bed in a moldy room, but this comfort inn is better than most others I have experienced. The room size, beds, television, and Wi-Fi are all above average and for Grundy it is like you are staying at the Ritz.
