Nice rooms and friendly staff.

Pleasant stay. Really good breakfast area. Room was large. Closet was large and there was nothing I lacked.

Good location close to restaurants and shopping. Nice clean room and nice people.

Everything was clean. Beds were comfy and lots of pillows. Varied places to eat all around.

I travel and stay in Waycross at least one a month. My normal hotel I use, Holiday Inn Express & Suites were booked for the dates I needed and this was the next suggestion from the travel agency since other hotels in the area were booked as well. My next stay if my normal hotel is not available I will happily drive an extra 30 min out of town not to stay here again. The staff was rude, rooms were outdated, lighting needed improvement, rooms had a odd smell, tub wouldn't drain (I was on the bottom floor) and mattress and mattress cover were ripped and stained so bad that I could see them through the bed sheets.

My stay at this hotel was the worse. There was construction in the lobby area which was extremely dangerous. The noise of banging and hammering started at 7am! The air conditioner in my room would never cut off. After complaining to the staff about the cold room, no one came to assist. It was horrendous how much we paid for the quality of stay.

They are awesome and always nice! We enjoy our stay and will be back next year to see family again.

We stayed one night in a double queen room. Clean but musty or whatever bad smell and the air conditioner did not help. Our arrival was less than perfect. They had notes on the front doors to use the side entrance doors. (It appeared they were working on the front doors) We went to the side doors and both were locked. A lady who was using her key card let us in. When we went to the front desk to check in we explained the problem with their note and we were kind of brushed off. We checked in and were given our key. Went to our car to get our luggage and could not get back in (All while a thunderstorm was impending) we were finally able to get the attention of a worker who let us back in and then our key would not work for our room. So very bad experience for checking in. Positive note, quiet and peaceful through the night and great breakfast. Disappointed. This was Best Western Plus and we had higher expectations. We have had better at regular Best Westerns.

This hotel said it fresh remote for TV dead batteries twice change out in 20 minutes to get it right and Dave said it unacceptable for me to say I dont want recycle batteries and wanted to argue with me that he is spending 50000 on upgrade and it unacceptable for me to say the have used batteries really used batterries is used batterries.

Rooms clean, hotel nice. It was hard to find the entrance from road. A lot to choose from for the breakfast spread.

It would have been nice when we booked the suite (the best room they had) that they told us that they were renovating the rooms around us. They started with the hammer drills at 0930 on a Sunday morning in the 3 rooms directly around us.

Our room was very clean. Front desk was efficient and helpful. Hotel was quiet. The breakfast was delicious, with fluffy scrambled Eggs, bacon, sausage, and all the usual things. I'd definitely stay here again.

Had a great experience we dropped in very late at night check-in was smooth. Room was very clean with all the necessary things that come in a hotel room. Breakfast was great had a wide selection of items.

The rate for the hotel wasn't bad. I didn't check other rates in the area as I was using reward points for our one night stay. The long and short was the exterior appearance of the building and lobby did not match our room. The bathroom had mold on the wall, the toilet was leaking, and the bathroom sink had a crack in it. I travel for work so I'm used to ups and downs and try not to expect too much for the rate we received. However, there were other, lower range hotels in the area that were probably just as good as this name brand but for less cost.

Not the cleanest but customer service was excellent and room served our needs. Kids loved the pool. Husband and I loved jacuzzi tub.

Older hotle but it is very clean and well kept. We were in town for a funeral so we didn't spend much time at the hotel. The service has been great everyone is really friendly.

Just a quick stop on our way through Georgia, we made our reservation easily online and rolled in at 11 pm. Very nice hotel, friendly service, clean, spacious room. We really liked the wide bathtub with all the shelves and space. Oh and 3 shower heads! We will definitely stop here again.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, the internet was working, and there was breakfast in the morning. It was a good place to stay for the night. There were restaurants nearby so there were many options for dinner. I did not see a single staff member during the stay however, so it did not feel as friendly as some other BWs that I have stayed in.

Excellent stay, comfortable, and convenient to shops and restaurants in the immediate area. The staff certainly knows the meaning of customer service, pleasant, engaging and friendly. Recommend and would return as 1st choice, if applicable.

Hotel was very clean and very nice. The room had lots of outlets for plugging things in! The room also was what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. This place was awesome. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Best place to stay in Waycross!

My family and I stayed for five nights, the cleaning staff was great but the front desk staff seemed bothered to help. We had trouble with the keys almost every day. The breakfast was the same every day, which was aggravating. The blankets were not comfortable. I purposely looked for a 3 star hotel because we were staying for so long, but clearly that was the wrong way to go. Last time I was in Waycross I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express which was cheaper and a 2 star and it was a much better experience! Very disappointed! Will never stay at a Best Western again!

Very frustrating hotel owner/staff. Stayed three nights and because of a misunderstanding about whether or not I wanted my room cleaned, which I ABSOLUTELY did, they still did not clean it even once during our stay, even after discussing it with the manager. He had no interest in making any type of apology or of trying to correct the situation, just kept saying I was out of luck. Nor did he offer any type of reconciliation or try to ease the situation in any way. His ONLY interest was in proving that the mistake was not his (the owner) but it was mine alone (the guest). Still scratching my head a bit over that one and confused as to why he was so greatly and sadly lacking in customer service. Additionally, one of the rooms we had (we were in a group requiring four separate rooms) smelled strongly of mold. Nice breakfast and pool, however.

Location was great for tiny Waycross. Stayed here for a graduation. The room was clean, but the beds were horribly uncomfortable and there was some torn up carpet right in the doorway. Whether you like it or not, the A/C was off the charts. It made the room into an igloo in no time. The breakfast was abysmal. Granted we did get there late, but with nearly an hour left for breakfast they were cleaned out of any real food. No bagels, eggs, bacon, sausage, or any of the real breakfast foods were left, and they were not replenished. So we ended up eating waffles whose mix was clearly long past expiration (so chemical tasting and off) and bananas, because there was nothing else but some hardboiled eggs, cereal, and yogurt. Honestly I wouldn't come here again, especially since it was one of the pricier hotels for the area.

Needless to say I won't be staying here again. I've stayed here in the past but never been treated so rude. I had just put my granddaughter down for a nap and they insist they were going to come in and have the carpet cleaned. I explained to the lady that we were waiting till she woke up and she said NO. I told her then I wanted a refund and she said NO. I then told her I'd get an attorney and she also told me that she'd charge my credit card for them having to come back to clean our room. I'm not going to stay there again and I'm not sure they can charge me.

Room is great but the shower looked like an adventure with the dual showerhead but the water pressure is horrible other than that so far a nice set up!

I've stayed at this hotel a few times over the past couple of years and have a good to excellent time of it each stay. The price averages at 75.00$ a night with the 3A Discount canceling out the taxes. Very nice rooms, with a particular nod to the comfort of the beds, the spaciousness of the rooms, and the quality of the bathrooms.
