I was supposed to go to a motel not far from the Ramada but the rates were great so I took a chance. I was not disappointed at all. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and just overall very pleasant people. The rooms provide a peaceful, quiet environment. Housekeeping is definitely doing their jobs well as the room was thoroughly cleaned, as well as the bathroom. In the morning they have waffles and coffee which I enjoyed. Overall, it was definitely worth it in my opinion. The rates, for what you get, are outstanding.

The front desk manager who checked us in was great. Actually everyone was great I wish I had their names. Very clean. Seems newly renovated. Decent towels. Great Breakfast. Clean sheets and rooms. Its in a perfect location too because you're close to a lot of stores to dine and shop.

Hotel is clean and very appealing. First impressions are always the best. Check in was a breeze. Very fast. Got our key cards and were shown the way. The complimentary breakfast waffles were great.

Hotel is clean and very appealing. Love the decor and the lobby area. Check in is very swift and simple. Comfy beds with fluffy pillows. Very family friendly hotel. Close to lots of shopping and all the tourist attractions. There was a nice pool area and was just overall a nice hotel walking distance to restaurants and close to the outlets and shopping. Microwave in the room made it easy to heat up leftovers from restaurants and save on spending more money. Overall would recommend.

SUPER cheap AND SUPER amazing! This Hotel is a definitely one I will keep in mind. I'm going to be staying at this hotel every time I'm in Warner Robins on business. Super clean, nice staff, and quality service. I did not have time to visit many shopping areas nearby but there are plenty of places conveniently near the hotel. The pool was so nice and open late so I am completely satisfied. I definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Warner Robins. Will definitely be back soon!

The breakfast was amazing, especially for a comp type breakfast. The staff was extremely helpful and willing to assist you in any way they could. Housekeeping frequently asked if I needed anything, which other hotels should be doing to ensure their guests are satisfied. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the modern decor. I would come back again.

The professionalism and hospitality at this hotel is better than any other I've seen in Warner Robins. The rooms are very well kept, decorative, and clean along with the bathrooms. The lobby seems newly renovated and the reception staff is just incredible. Best stay so far.

Had a pretty bad experience at the Super 8 Motel last time I was in the Warner Robins area so this time I went to the Ramada and I was very impressed with their hospitality and professionalism. I really had no problems staying at the Ramada. The beds were much more comfortable, rooms were cleaner, staff was far better.

Stayed here for the first time about a week ago while undergoing repairs at my home. I was pleased with the location as it was quite close to plenty of restaurants and shopping plazas which was very convenient for me although they do provide a free hot breakfast at the hotel which is good too. Staff was polite. I enjoyed my stay.

I was referred to the Ramada by a business associate originally. This was my third time staying at the Ramada. Each and every time I was welcomed politely by the staff and was very well taken care of. The rooms were up to my expectations in regards to cleanliness and comfort and I never really had any significant issues. Overall, fantastic stays — every time! They're doing something right here!

I'm never a fan of staying in hotels for multiple reasons, especially the beds never being up to par. I do have to say I was surprised the bed at the Ramada was actually quite comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. They offer free breakfast as well and the staff was very nice and hospitable.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and received excellent service! Polite and well-mannered front desk staff that resolved all of my concerns in a timely manner. Very happy with my stay at this hotel.

I had a great experience at the ramada, the staff was helpful and the rooms were much nicer than id expected. The housekeepers do very well. Breakfast was also nice.

Oh jeez where do I start. 1) 1 and a half pillows per bed? 2) couldn't change the channel on the t. V. 3) no cover for drain in tup to take a bath + water went cold super fast 4) towel rack about to come off the wall in bathroom 5) coffee but no coffee pot 6) the room number outside the door is missing. Do not waist your money here!

The iron didn't work and the couch is old and dingy. The staff was very nice and helpful overall.

Great place to stay. The reviews on this hotel does not match up to what I saw, clean room, very comfy bed, and the staff is top notch. They went out of their way to make me very happy. I don't know what the other reviews are from, but clearly can not be the same place I spent 3 days at. Breakfast was good, and everone greeted me with a smile. Will be back here for sure when I am back in town.

I stayed for 4 nights and the staff was very nice to me. Check-in was easy and I got complimentary hot breakfast in the morning. Bathrooms were nicely cleaned. Very cheap price for what you get, well worth it. I would come back when I'm in town.

It was ok until a roach crawled on me and woke me up. Also, the manager's wife kept watching my at the breakfast area and kept following me like I was a criminal. But whenever other people walked in, far as Caucasians, she never treated them the same. I felt like she was really being very stereotypical because I was the only black person in the building, which is very rude.

Pretty nice place for the cash. Clean rooms and the new management has changed its reputation from what ir seemed to be in the past to a decent hotel. Give it a shot if your around.

This was a horrible experience. I have reservations but apparently this did not matter. The man at the front desk said at first — — there was no room available with a king bed that I reserved. Then he said he found one. It was room 130. After walking down a long hall I Found myelf in a dark unlit area. I located the room. No King bed? I had to walk about 70 yards to the office. They put me in a room with double beds. This was just the beginning. When I got up the next morning. I discovered coffee but no Coffee maker. I turned on the hot water to take a shower — — — I could not believe it — No hot Water The worst place I ever stayed. Beware.

Nice staff. Clean room. Nonsmoking room smelled a little smoky. But for the cost, great value. Will return!

By far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Drug use, fighting, bugs in the beds, and police being called are a regular occurrence here. The suites part of the title is a complete lie and ploy to bring people in. If safety is cleanliness are of any importance then this place is not for you. If you think this place is ok you need to take a long hard look in the mirror…

Celebrated grandmothers 95th birthday in one of the party rooms. The family came from different cities and we enjoyed ourselves. She was happy being surrounded by good love, good food & good fun!

If you have nowhere else to go, this might be your best bet. It has a pool and some semblance of breakfast. Just don't count on having towels or your room being serviced.

The staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel is easy to find and is near some good restaurants. The hotel is clean and inviting.

Our room had nice eye appeal but the toilet barely flushed, hot water from the tub ran constantly and made everything moist, microwave did not work, and bathroom lights did not work. Miserable visit.

Rented 2 night got to room no towels curtains falling apart door don't work properly not to mention all the hazardous debris in parking lot. I would not come here unless it's your last resort. On top of it all we waited forever to check in place is like a scary movie.

People BEWARE! DON'T go THERE! I'm only saying this BECAUSE l CARE! If you really think that you'll be sleeping ~ You can be certain that there's some creeping. Bugs! In your bed crawling around ~ And staff had the nerve to say they were dead. And when I complained they threw me out ~ After secretly scanning my charge card no doubt! I attended a birthday party at the Ramada hotel located in warner robins. The location was Convenient, I really enjoyed myself.

HORRIBLE! Paid for our room 4 days ago. Got there, the room was dirty and not ready with sheets and things everywhere. Received another room and was just as bad. Finally after the THIRD room, opened the door just to see someone else in the bed! The girl running the office pretended to be on the phone so she didn't have to deal with us. TERRIBLE! Never again.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews because I work out of town all the time. But this hotel seriously are putting up a fight because I want a towel… I was told room service was every 4 days of get a towel then. Seriously. I just wanted a damn towel. So after arguing for 30 mins I get a towel. Room was decent for the price. The services sucked late at night tho. If u stay here save ur towel and wash rags cause u will be using the same one for a week.

Room was great. The ladies up front were so friendly. The only downside was breakfast.

Our church meets in the hotel restaurant. The staff is very nice. They smile and are always interested in serving you. The hotel is in a good location. It's not far from stores. It is located by Burger King and not far from other restaurants.

The staff treat you like you are member of the family. It's clean and everyone is friendly!

Wow talk about a bad hotel, more like a motel. I checked in on a Monday and stayed four nights for a class I was taking in the area for work. When I got there the check in lady at the front desk acted like I asked her to move a mountain when I said I was checking in. I finally get up to my room, 209, and I notice a few things that were odd, and tried to call the front desk but the room phone didn't work, after traveling all day I didn't feel like going back down stairs to talk to the rude clerk. The next day after class I get back to the hotel and talk to the same front desk clerk, who is in flip flops, a pair of sweat pants, and a purple shirt, not name tag or nothing. I told her that I was missing part of the top dead bolt on my door, she said she would move my room, gave me a new key, went and checked the new room, same issues, the ball piece to the top door latch was broken off. Went back down stairs and she said she would have housekeeping find a room for me. 10 minutes later housekeeping says they found a room, but maintenance said that he would put a new latch on the door for me if I wanted to stay in the room, told them I'd stay in my room. Never happened. Housekeeping did change my sheets that had some mold or something on it.

Bad place. Burnt marks in bed spread, floors, smears on mirrors, etc. Place needs seriously upgrading. Staff was really helpful in placing us in better non smoking rooms…

This what happens when you book last min. The front desk clerk was nice and sweet. The sheets and some of the pillows was dirty and also the bathroom was dirty. Everytime we would flush the toilet the toilet would leak in the back. Housekeeping was very rude and disrespectful. She had an attitude from the start. Our TV also didn't work. So to answer your question. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY NOT!

The room smells like a urinal. No coffee pot, but plenty of coffee. Repeated calls to the front desk for simple things like a light bulb go unanswered. As we checked in Houston County police were serving a search warrant and had a guy handcuffed lying on the bed. The only redeeming quality of this place is that it's pet friendly.

Worst experience ever! Mem smoking Marijuana in the hall, loud music, dirty, stained carpet, broken lock on the door, toilet wouldn't flush, room smelled terrible. Felt unsafe. Don't waste your time here much nicer places up the road.

It's hard for me to even give this MOTEL a 1 star. We left the hotel and got our money back after about 10 mins of being there. I instantly felt unsafe when we pulled up … When I got my 7 month child out of the car there was a car full of teens (who had been going on and out of the lobby) smoking weed with their windows down. When we got up to the room the entire flooring in the room was wet like their had been an ongoing leak. The bathroom was old and dirty their was noticeable staining on the sheets. I could t believe how disgusting this room was when it was supposed to be a 3 star hotel! When we went to get our money back we asked for another room and they didn't even offer one, it seemed like the attendant working knew the hotel was disgusting.

I found a pair of ladies underware and a crack pipe under my bed while searching for my keys. I went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and when I turned on the lights there were roaches everywhere. It was so bad I had to leave and go to another hotel. It was the worst hotel experience ever.

I made reservations online but my room was given away. I was given the last available room! There are roaches! The room next to me was playing music so loud. I wouldn't recommend this MOTEL to anyone.

This place was decent, at that. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was clean, the beds were quite comfortable. The people however weren't so great. During my week stay, there were 3 cops at the hotel at least twice. The staff is very nice and accommodating, our AC was not working very well and they were very helpful and allowed us to change rooms. However, the outside cleanliness of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired.

Everything was good. Nice room, comfy bed and pillows, everything worked the way it should but we saw a few roaches during our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Very Delightful and Satisfying — — We stayed at Ramada Warner Robins for two nights. Every thing was great. Nice Lobby with smiling staff. Free coffee for guest at entrance lobby, our room was attractive, very clean with nice furniture and all amenities. Bathroom was immaculately clean with nice towels. The room had many outlets to connect our various cell phones gadgets. Their new digital HD TV service was excellent, very high resolution crystal clear picture, and we enjoyed several free HBO and other channels. Wi-fi was free. We had hot waffles, fruits and hot egg patties and sausage in breakfast, and they offered full continental breakfast. Gym and a large pool was added pleasure to our stay. Location was convenient to us, next to many fine dining restaurants and shopping center. Our place of business Robins Air Force base was less than two miles away. The best part was they offered real good value for the money we paid. We recommend this Ramada to all, and we would come back to stay again.
