First impression walking in was that the other guests were very sketchy. We came on at night and multiple people came out trying to check us out and stare us down. Once we booked our room, the first thing we saw was a roach. We had to kill it ourselves. We also saw a black stain on the wall that we assumed was a smashed bug. The bathroom looked really unsanitary. The toilet seat was yellow and their were stains on the shower curtain and walls. The water pressure on the sink was horrible. At night time you can hear people opening and closing their door. Hotel staff dont really speak english. However, the pros of this hotel is that they offer good channels on the tv, the shower was pretty nice, they offer discounts on papa johns and their are alot of vending machines.

This place is appalling. Dirty, broken, and criminal activity. We had no problems with our priceline reservations, but the door lock was broken, the smoke detector had been ripped out of the ceiling. There was blood splatter on the bathroom walls and … something… on the floor. The towels smelled clean-ish, but they're old and stained. It's obvious that prostitution is going on in the area. Do not stay here. On a happy note, the staff was courteous.

Never have any rooms ready. The locks on the room doors dont work. The walls are disgusting, stains all over. Ice machine is always broke. Full of Prostitutes. Towles and Washcloths are dingy with stains. Not worth $70

The staffing at this hotel is extremely rude and disrespectful. When I try to check in because I had booked it through priceline they stated that they no longer had rooms for all the reservations that I had made. After this she decided to check my ID and stated that I look way too young in order to be this age. Would give zero stars if I could. Booked our room with priceline and got a confirmation number. Got to the hotel and was told they don't accept booking through priceline and that we did not have a room. The lady at the counter was extremely rude. They said they only had 1 room available that was twice the price we got through priceline. She took a call in the middle of talking to us and sold the room out from under us. Thankfully priceline found us another room near by so we didn't wind up stranded with out a place to stay.

Unfriendly staff, nasty rooms, towels. Don't know how they got a 2star rate! All around AWFUL & DISGUSTING.

This place is disgusting. We went in and immediately left. Here are a couple pictures I got before we left. There was also a car air freshener in the a. C. Unit to hide a smell I would rather not know about. What I could smell was bad enough.

Awful! Staff is unfriendly. Towels are dingy, carpet is nasty, furniture is worn. Booked a suite that was supposed to have one bedroom & a let out sofa bed, but there was no sofa bed. Staff would not do anything to correct the issue.

This is the best hotel in ATL that I been so far the Wi-Fi is the fastest in hotels that I have ever been and the staff are the best staff I ever encountered and the bed so comfortable that you dont even want to get up for work and they clean your room almost everday this hotel need 5 star people I stay there for at least 4 weeks and is the best.

OMG this place need a NO STAR! The walls in the room was unbelievable disgusting. Never seen anything like that. Even at my worst hotels stay. The blanket had holes in it. The sheets was dirty with brown spots. The floor left our socks Pitch Black. The tub had small nasty-looking holes. They had roaches. The Towers was unbelievable disgusting and nasty with dark spots red spots. The staff was nice I can say that.

I went there yesterday for a quiet day and night. At 8:00 I cut the lights out. I saw a bug on my pillow I flicked it off. So im getting bit under the covers I call someone to pick me up the man wouldnt get off the phone in a panic I leave to get benadryl and look up the bugs I thought it was ticks but it was bed bugs they will not refund my money and my skin is very inchy please dont stay at this hotel. I dont know what I should do. I have a very sore ear. I thought about calling the police.

Do not get this motel… found condom wrap nasty smelly room. Front desk lady dumb ass hell dont know what shes doing. They wouldnt give. A refund of this nasty ass room… this motel should be shut down asap… also im getting bites idtk if its bed bugs… they should get 0 stras.

This hotel is awful. They have had several shootings. Two ppl past away from the shootings on the upper levels. The breakfast is a joke. Nothing goes on there but drugs and prostitution. If the beds look like they haven't been slept on they don't change the sheets. They just remake the bed. It's so much going on at this hotel I can write a book. I want be surprise when they get shut down. Do not book here.

This place was a sham! I looked online for deals and another relevance filter, the distance, I'm never doing that again. First off, always listen to the reviews by consumers. Second, when I went to the door the card wouldn't work and I needed the rep to show me. Once inside the room I was compelled to get my money back instantly! Look at my images and you'll see it is the rooms… the rooms need to be renovated asap, they're dirty and I swear I could've tried to sleep standing up rather than laying in the bed! I will never recommend this inn to nobody.

I booked the hotel online to be told there were no rooms, while they gave a room to another person who hadn't previously booked. Don't go to them and Do Not Use Priceline.

Absolutely awful would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They don't clean the rooms properly, the whole place smells of of Indian food and pot, prostitutes and drug dealers hassle you every time you walk out your room. They actually told me they don't supply toilet paper. Days inn is the better choice.

DO NOT GO HERE! We had a confirmed reservation for $60. When we got there, they told us $75. When we showed them our reservation, they then said we weren't in there system. This was a guaranteed, non — refundable reservation. While we were in the lobby, two other couples came in with the exact same scenario. They tried to charge the couple behind us $110 because they also weren't "in the system" with there confirmed guaranteed reservation. We have reported them for fraud to our credit card company. The lobby was filthy and signs were posted for no refunds after 10 minutes. It makes me wonder what kind of clientele they are used to.

If I could give this place 0 I would they want you to pay 293.00 for a mold confess room. Ask for room service they never come. The bed mattress looks nasty and the hotel towels and rags look nasty and dirty and they wasn't even white and the bed sheets look dirty and filthy. This will be my last time ever staying in this nasty ass hotel they need to shut it down because obvious the state ain't doing their job right of inspecting it! GO somewhere else don't come here! The price they charing for these rooms are not worth it! seriously!

The worst service. The room was filthy! Sheets were filthy as well and I demanded that I got new ones! Floor was dirty, cobwebs and mildew around the window and vent! And the bathroom was disgusting. The bathtub had stains in it with hair everywhere. The mirrors were dirty and foggy. The towels seemed to be a little dirty with blood stains on the wash rags. There was suppose to be guestroom service and not one person had come to AT LEAST take the trash out! Complimentary breakfast? Only thing that they had for breakfast was some steal cereal with no milk and cheap coffee and creamer! Oh! And not to mention there was a written paper sign stating that the orange juice was out of service! It looks like the recycled some printing paper, as I looked on the back of the paper I saw a print of someone's license on the back of the paper! I immediately took the paper and slammed it on their desk! I was disgusted by their lack of professionalism. Please stay away from this place!

Dont ever stay here bed bugs and roach infested I qas bitten several times by bedbugs and so was my 3 year old daughter! roaches greeted me better than staff this place is a nightmare!

TERRIBLE, The air condition unit does not work in the hall. There is no elevator for the disabled. They advertise "hot breakfast" and the only serve stale cereal. The indoor pool was only open once during my eight day stay with my children. Which was extremely disappointing as we were very excited to utilize this only amenities. They have a HIGH volume of male prostitutes living on the premises. Guest do not have a lounge area and was reprimanded for standing, stilling, on being in the lobby area and outside. The staff is rude and there is a huge language barrier and it appears that the only speak "hurry up and buy". I was extremely dis-satisfied and expressed my dislikes and discomforts to the front desk. As a Professional who works and operated a business from home I was forced to relocate to another hotel after there was a really bad leak coming from the restroom and it flooded my room running several of my items. I will never referr anyone or frequent this estibilishment again… i'd much rather visit hell…

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to in my life. I was completely discussed by how nasty the rooms were. There is no way in hell someone can seriously call themselves cleaning. Not to mention the rooms have a terrible odor. I demanded a refund. The guy did not want to give me my money back he kept giving me keys to other rooms. I looked at 5 rooms total because we had already unloaded the truck. But the best room was barely satisfactory. We went across the street and paid 50 more dollars but it was well worth it. Lesson learned. If you stayed here and caught a staph infection within days and didn't know why… mystery solved.
