Good place to stay but. To much crazy things happen on the hotel. The phone on the room dont work. The bible on the room without cover. No microwave no refrigerator. Just small towels. Only one toilet paper. Thanks to god we stay to sleep only.

I have never had a horrible experience as such in any hotel or motel, I have ever stayed in. There was a accident where a friend cut themselves in the room the first night trying to make one of the lights come on. This person was cut and wouldn’t stop bleeding. They didn’t realize until the bedding was soak. They refused to change out the bedding. So the employee told me it would be changed out the next morning. So I had to sleep in the chair the whole night! So I had a appointment in the morning so that same friend stayed thinking they would come. When I returned they still hadn’t changed then told me that house keeeping was closed when I returned! People please read well. Do you know that I had to call Dekalb County Police‍♀️ on these people because, they would not and refused to change out the ”BLOODY SHEETS”! This place is a disgrace as far as accommodating the guest for the good money they pay for staying here!

The rooms are OUTDATED! the towels are WORN out. The chest in every room looks like they have termites they look so old. Let me tell you guys about my experience! I booked a room. The lady at the front desk had a horrible attitude. Put me in room 211. I went and checked out the amenities. The tub was dirty. The carpet stink and the sink was cracked. I quickly asked to be switched to another room. She put me in 212. I got out the shower and while I was feeding my son. A MAN walked into my room! I was naked at the time and I felt completely violated! The man apologized and walked out. Front desk quickly called me and said there was a mix up and talk to the manager in the morning! I went yo the front desk in the morning. I couldn't even sleep that night I was afraid someone else would walk in on me and my son. When I got to the front desk, the manager had the nerve to say he could give me a 10$ discount for the mix up. I am disgusted at the lack of empathy and that mistake should not happen. The front desk are careless and the carpet needs to come out those rooms. I will NOT be staying here again and I WILL be contacting corporate.

Do not stay at this hotel. The beds are Visibally dirty, the floors are dirty, the walls are Visibally dirty, the towels are Visibally dirty, the ceilings are Visibally, the bathtubs are Visibally dirty, the Wi-Fi (internet) connection is horrible, every time I enter the room it smells like someone has been smoking cigarettes, and when I turn the heater on it smells like its burning and it makes loud noises like it will explode, the lights or wall plugs has a shortage in it, the lady of color at the front desk is extremely rude and she has extremely bad customer service, it's clear she should not work here. The manager should check each room to make sure it meets customer satisfaction, it is clear to me he doesn't care and he should be demoted retrained or fired. This place needs new management and new front desk representative and new maids. The masters inn hotel on tucker road Georgia is one of the most nasties most filthies hotels I have stayed in. Do not come to this hotel, spend your money at another hotel. Masters inn hotel Tucker Road Georgia is literally Unprofessional.

Nice, clean rooms, but mine didn't have a fridge or a microwave. Someone above my room kept stomping or jumping on to the floor while I was sleeping and it shook the walls of my room. I called to complain but it didn't really do much good. The girl at the desk overcharged my card, but I caught it and brought it to their attention and they refunded my money within minutes.

I thank God my children and I had shelter, but this place not for family in my opinion unless no choice. Definitely short-term stay. Only thing nice looking was their updated bathroom. Whst happen to the rest of the room not sure. Overall Not my cup of tea even on a sleezy day.

April 2, 2018 Got to the hotel after 9pm. Paid at the window was isdued a room on the 2nd floor. Opnrmed the door it didn't smell clean, stepped into the room. The floor was sticky and my shoes actually stuck to the floor. My bayhtub had a ring around it with hair in the tube. The floor mat had hair glue on it, my chair was broken. With syains in it. No refrigerator or iron. I went back downstairs and told the clerk. I asked her about the fridge and a microwave. She said they only come in select rooms which was an additional fee, and the iron would have to be issued to you with collateral (I. D). Not to mention that one of the drawers was missing and the bed spread had cigarette burns in it. The room was 68.00 plus tax. 69.93. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone who cares about their money and the comforts of a good nite stay. Run.

They is nasty they got big wholes all around the unit my cousin was in the freezer was stankin the fridge was dirty it smelled really spoiled in there and it's $495 for two weeks really hell naw the blanket even had wholes in it no no no.

Used towels in the bathroom floor when I arrived. Had no other choice it was late (drove 10 hrs) and no other room were able at any other hotel near by. No worth $$ I was charged. Unless you are not grossed out by nasty white stain sheets with cigarette burns in a nonsmoker room that smelled like cigarette or mind used towels and limited cable t. V. For $70 then good luck not catching some disease. Oh, their website states that there are small kitchen in every room, yeah right not even a coffee maker — good because it would probably will be filled with roaches. The only room that has a kitchen is the owners room where he lives with his wife on the first floor next to the office.

Well when there Saturday they gave my old room did not like beb hope do not catch nothing bathroom toilet did not work good and when to office told them that lady told some one well come well wait 45 minute no one came so when to office say want another room lady try fix it but she did not d0 good job well just got my money back and go another motel and gave place o and lady work there do not care and will never go back there motel ever just waste of my money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These are the rudest people that you can ever meet. The office manager TJ need some serious customer service skills. He's not the least bit accommodating. Maybe no one have told him that in the states your businesses are successful due to good customer service. Housekeeping is horrible and the HOH is as rude as the mgr. Maybe they are husband and wife. (Family ran business) there's one African American lady that runs the front desk she's decent but everyone else need prayer. The price isn't bad but the rooms aren't as clean as they should be for the price. If you're not concerned about being treated like a nobody then you'll be fine there, otherwise pay a few more dollars and get good customer service.

This hotel is always clean I would stay here again. I give five Star.

The room seems like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The floors are fake wood, and after walking around the room barefoot for less than an hour, my feet were filthy. It says the motel has been renovated, but you can't tell. The bed is comfortable.

T. J and Tatiana are awesome. Their customer service skills are off the chart. They helped me and my dog in every way possible because they are pet friendly. So if you're ever in Atlanta/Tucker area this is where you should come and stay.

I enjoyed my stay while I was there for 3 days. The manager and his staff were very helpful. The room was very clean but the best thing I liked was that the TV was a big flat screen and the channels was crystal clear.

Pretty nice hotel I stay at when I am in town for work. Waffle house is right next door. Close to the highway and other restaurants. I will always feel safe while staying here.

I have stayed at all the hotels on this exit but this one to me is the best. It is clean, no crazy folks and trashy people hanging outside unlike the other hotels in the area. I appreciate the management for the comfort and safety they provide me and my family while staying here.

I just got a room here for three days. They don't provide housekeeping services and the staff is very rude. And they don't tell you that they charge extra for microwave and refrigerator in the room until after you check in and they don't even give you tissue for the room. But yet they charge 170.00 for 3 nights. This is not good at all. They need to be reported to the better business bureau.

I understand that there are language barriers when you come to a country. I couldn't understand the night time Clark for his accent was very strong. The man was rude and condescending as was the daytime staff.

Enjoyed our stay, staff very friendly and helpful. Check in/out was a breeze. Room convenient to parking. Room was very clean. Loved the flooring as I am always leery of hotel carpet. Overall nice little romantic escape.

Room for us was clean. Need to have better quality of linens and towels. For people's who stay for weekly they should have services that everyday towels should be put in your room. Instead of taking your wet and dirty back to get the fresh one. But I like my room and the services was good.

I enjoyed my stay at the master inn from time in the past and the staff and especially. Ms. Mary the dark lovejy one, that I used 2 call my girlfriend she used 2 clean my room and take good care of me, as well as the entire staff. Thank u all and may. God bless u. Charles. Price.

We were just on the road and just needed a Place for 1 night. This was location was very easy to get on & off with well lite parking lot. I'm a senior citizen traveling and safety is very big concern in my travels.

We stopped by to rent 2 rooms for our family after driving hours and looking for a hotel. Upon sitting down in the bed and pulling back the bedspread, there laid a crack pipe. Yes, you read that correctly. A crack pipe. That was disturbing enough, but to think that 1 of 2 things had happened. Either they didn't change the sheets or the cleaning people left it there. Don't know which. Needless to say, I was not going to let my children sleep where laid a crack pipe so we left. Lots of questionable activity around the hotel. People coming and going continuously. Nonsmoking rooms smell like smoke. The only good thing I can say was the receptionist was nice. Don't even stop here. You will have to pay over $100 to find a decent hotel in this area. But better safe than sorry.

Everything about this hotel was great. The price was right especially compared to other hotels in the area. The hotel is very clean; the rooms are lovely. Service is excellent. We will be traveling this route regularly, and this will be our place to stay. The rooms are newly renovated and the entire property is well-maintained. This is a well-run property! Excellent.

Terrible! I cant even go to the vending machine without being hassled for money, sex, or drugs. I payed for a microwave 3 hours ago and still dont have one in my room. I reserved a ground level room and was still put on the second floor. As im laying here watching TV im being bitten by either fleas or bed bugs… this hotel is a nightmare.

First off I like the three day special and weekly special. But they Dont include the fridge and microwave and Dont tell you that you have to pay extra to have one hauled up to your room. Then the Wi-Fi sucks and some residence hang around the railing and keep their doors and windows wide open. The toilet breaks often and you have to wait hours even after waiting all night to get them fixed. The staff also act as if they can't help. I told them my church was offering to pay for my week and just needed info on the hotel and they simply act as if they didn't care. So I will not return.

Loved the room and service was good. I just needed to get a room for a longer period of time and wasn't available for me to get.

Never stay at this place, ever. Its filthy, dirty, and filled with beg bugs, roaches, and other bugs. Plus there a lot of crime. A lot.

STAY AWAY, DO NOT TRAVEL HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DRUGGING OR INTERESTED IN REALLY TRASHY HOOKERS! You can't go outside of your room without someone trying to sell you ONE OR THE OTHER! Also it Seems as if the so called mgt there is working with them. Because anytime you TRY to complain, "Big DIP$#*+" Anne, who is only the housekeeping mgr, REALLY does thinks she's the boss, and will actually shrew you away! We stayed here for over a month due to our own personal mistake! Today, We wouldn't send even our worst enemy here! THEY, are too good for this CRACK PIPE SMOKING, HOOD-RAT HOOKER MOTEL!

Room 336 has bed bugs… I woke up at 2am to several bites and a bed bug crawling accross the bed called the front desk the woman came up found one herself told me she was going to refund my money and it was going to take 3-5 days to go back on my card and refused to give me another room I had to sleep in my truck I wouldn't recomend this place to a homeless man! I honestly don't even want to give it one star but they make you!

I stayed here for a couple weeks. A few employees of the inn were rude. We were suppose to have a refrigerator & microwave the first day that we checked in. I ended up getting them like a week and a half after I had checked in. It was ant infested. The cops were always there. I was always smelling pot as I walked around the inn. There was someone above my room making loads of noise. I went to the front desk to complain and the clerk said that he would call but he never did. The doors would never shut all the way. You had idiots stripping at the pool in front of kids. House keeping wouldn't give me new towels. I do not recommend this inn.

Terrible place to stay. I first contacted them via booking to allow me to book come in ahead. They agreeded. I show up at 1am — they man says no we don't do that. I show him the email confirmation. Nope. We would only allow you to check in a couple hours ahead of time. I search all over NO ROOMS ANYWHERE. We ended up sleeping in the car. I let it go. I head back to the hotel at 1:30 pm the next day. I explained I had reservation. OK, he calls around finds about 6 rooms. This guys name was T. J. Patel — well he is about to check me in and says since your checking in early it is going to be 23 dollars. I laughed. No way. I go to the car. Tell my wife — I was going to be in class so I went back inside to add my wife to the reservation. T. J. Then says I can give you a deal " 10 dollars". I said no its not worth it. I went to the car. Lastly my wife came a 3 pm to check in. Well they say she can't. Well she flips out on them. Basically they let her check in after arguing with them. So best part was leaving… No. Really that was the best part. Don't do it!
