It was cheap, that's good. But it is kinda old and dingy. Great if you're on a budget. Next time I'll probably pay a bit more for a nicer place.

I enjoyed my entire 7 day week at this hotel coming to visit Atlanta for the first time. It is in a great location 10 minutes from downtown Atlanta with the Cumberland mall and braves stadium right down the street. The front desk staff is very helpful and is at your service right away. I will recommend this hotel to anyone.

I absolutely love this place. One of the most inexpensive hotels in the area with wonderful guest service customer care. Mrs. Anita in the front office is so heartfilled. Her greeting is warm and makes you feel very welcomed upon coming to this location. The rooms are exceptionally great. Peaceful envircomment. Outstanding!

Nice, clean room. The air conditioner worked very well. I usually have a hard time getting cool enough in hotel rooms but, I actually got chilly in the night here. Loved that! VERY nice, hospitable and, efficient front desk staff. The only thing that I didn't like was that the doors to all rooms opened to the outside as opposed to the more common, comforting & safer option of having to enter through the lobby to access the rooms. I generally will not stay at a hotel with rooms that open to the outside, especially with how crazy & unsafe the world has gotten! But, I booked this room online without noticing this. I had stayed at another Extended Stay in Atlanta (Sandy Springs location) the week before & that location did have the rooms accessible on through the lobby. I guess I just assumed that that all the franchises had this safety feature. It would have been nice to have a small coffee pot in the rooms. I was impressed with the kitchenette. Nice full size refrigerator/ freezer, microwave, stove and, eat-at bar.

As far as everything is great, you're fast in Atlanta and fast around the area. The apartment was clean and adequate. If you want to eat and cook there, you have to borrow dishes and utensils from the reception.
As a "breakfast, " there is coffee and packaged muffins at the reception.
Just about smoking is made great theater. But the cars are allowed to park in such a way that they blow the exhaust fumes into the apartments.
Already weird.

Not as nice as other extended stays. Room was damp smelling. Faucets leaked. Lamps and furniture were all crooked. Towel racks in bathroom were rusty. A lot of patch work throughout room. Maintenance crew must only use duck tape and caulk for repairs. Enjoy your stay and hopefully it’s not extended.

I've stayed at many extended stays during my work history, but I must say none come close to the Cumberland location. The staff is so polite and energetic. Also the management (MS. April) was awesome. I could rave about the great service continuously. Me and my Pet give this location 10⭐s…

Normal motel far outside downtown, therefore affordable. Be sure to avoid the rush hour, l. Major shortcoming, cleaning the rooms only after request and additional money. Wi-Fi works impeccably. Registration is also not constantly occupied, so solve problems during the day. Breakfast can be safely left away, maybe get a coffee. Surrounded, however, are the relevant restaurants and fast food chains, even an Aldi.

Check in was super simple and the front desk attendant Valencia (hope that's right) was very helpful. The room, although sparse in it's decorations and amenities fits the needs. The room was clean, the bed was soft, the TV worked, what more could you want?

Out dated. Our first room smelled like pot, and phone didnt work… while my fiance checked on the ability to change rooms I used the bathroom and the vent made the room smell worse. Not sure if the last guests there had toked it up all day or if the person next to us was smoking it. Either way we don't participate in that activity we aren't about that life so we moved rooms. But the structures in the rooms were very out dated and minimal feel. On the second room the smoke detector was hanging off the wall. It was quiet which was nice. If you want a nice extended stay pay the money and go to Residence inn, thankfully we were just a 1 night stay.

Room was better then expected. Toilet shower TV stove and iron could be upgraded. Some work has been done. Dishes available upon request. But altogether the location was great. Stayed in queen studio.

This is not a terribly comfortable place to stay, and the "continental breakfast" consists of a couple of coffee urns, some prepackaged muffins, and instant oatmeal packets. Its saving grace is the staff, who are courteous to a fault and uniformly helpful. When it comes to a quality experience, good people make all the difference.

My in-laws stayed there for a weekend and it was very good. It is very beautiful the place and simple.

I had a great experience during my three day stay while attending my company's conference! The staff members that I've interacted with were very friendly and courteous, and April Grier the manager made my checkout experience very pleasant! It's my first time staying at one of your hotels, but it certainly won't be the last.

Appeared tidy but once you took a closer look, it was dirty and gross. Pillows were so disgusting smelling I couldn't even use them. Bed sham had years of dirt and grime. Dust blew from the heater vent each time it turned on. Appliances seemed shoddy — fridge was making loud noises, toilet almost overflowed. Although they have you sign a no-smoking policy, my neighbor was up all night smoking (not tobacco). I am just glad I only had to spend one night here.

Fyi — I normally stay at Hyatt hotels Front desk were nice, helpful and greeting. The rooms look like they do in pictures. There were a couple things such as gap at the bottom of front door which allows light to come through, some hair on pillows and the equipment in tube to stop water detached from tube completely. However, I was able to take a shower perfectly. All in all it's a great place for the money.

This was one of my worst experiences in a hotel! I can barely describe it. The rooms smell like mold, I had bed bugs, cockroaches, there's rust and spider web, the closets are dirty, it's just a disgusting place, I would never go to that place ever again. My window view was under the stairs, right where the trash is, not the best I'd say. The rooms are small, only cleaned once a week. I have almost an inch gap under the door, it was no need for me to open the curtains to see the weather outside. They tried to offer me a "premium" room. It was exactly the same, except I had a small living room, same under the stairs view, same rust, smell. This place is like a time capsule back to the 60's. If you don't want to spend the night on the streets and don't have any other options, it's a good place to stay for the night, otherwise, just avoid it. Worst 3 weeks of my life!

F*** this place I never seen such a joke of a hotel. Dirty floor, dirty bed, dirty tub, dirty sink dirty everything. Staff here sucks I've never in my life heard of a hotel that has no extra pillows. Good luck sleeping with the paper thin pillow they give you. Did I mention they only give you two of these damn things. I had to walk down stair to ask for more toilet paper cause only one comes standard. Then to add insult to injury they only clean the rooms twice of week. This hotel is a legit harzard to the human race. I've never written a hotel review in my life. But this place deserved me to say it sucks.

I wish I could leave a lower rating. Everything In the rooms (more on why plural later) has a layer of dust that could easily cover the entire north American continent. Trash under the beds like the maids didn't feel like picking it up so they just threw all the trash under bed. Something white (I'm hoping to be floor cleaner yikes) all over the kitchen floor going into bathroom. I changed rooms 3 times. First room the toilet was leaking all into floor. Second room had literal mold in the kitchen and the 3rd room was even worse. All the rooms smelt like the rear end of a ww2 veteran. No kidding nastiest hotel I've ever seen. Do not book here.

Lady at front desk was nice and welcoming. Heading into the room, everything was clean and organized. Would come back again.

Workers were nice. Room was clean but the only things provided were towels and soap. No cups or silverware except by request. The website also tacked on $16 in fees after selecting a room to reserve. Not a bad stay but definitely not the best.

We had a quiet stay.

We were looking for a room to rent after evacuating our home and this was an amazing location and stay. The room was clean and the receptionist was very polite. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and grocery shopping.

I don't really even know where to start. My husband, cat, and 8 month pregnant self were forced from our home for a day due to maintenance and decided this hotel seemed nice enough. Check in should have been sign enough for us to leave, the staff was rude and short with us. When we finally got to our room, we wanted to unpack groceries and make some food. There were no dishes in our suite we had to wait an hour for them to find some. The stove was broken and filthy. Even the toilet was backed up and broken. Still I tried to look past until we were trying to get comfortable on the bed to watch TV and relax. Well being 8 months pregnant I need a bit more pillow support so we called down to ask for two extra pillows since all they gave us were 4 couch throw size pillows. We were informed every pillow in the hotel was dirty and they had none to spare. Not only was this place filthy but upon check out I noticed they charged me twice for a pet fee and I had to fight them on it to refund me just one of the charges. I will never stay here again or ANY Extended Stay!

Nice little location. The rooms are small, but has a good area to cook and eat. We asked for two double beds and ended up with a king. We had three people in the room and two of us ended up on the floor. The bathrooms were also small and offered no shampoo/conditioner/soap. We had to go get our own. The room keys were become defective if they came in contact with nearly anything with a charge. We had to replace our keys twice because of this.

The accessories in the rooms may vary, especially with regards to the kitchen utensils — not everything on the list might be in the room after your arrival and you'll need to chase the front desk to fix that. Otherwise the cleanliness is average — you'll find some dusty spots around and the cleaning ladies will be surprised if you ask them to have your rooms cleaned every day. Apart from that, this is one of the better Extended Stays I've been to.

Your typical Extended stay. Equipped with kitchenette with large fridge, microwave, sink, and stove top. Fairly clean, spacious room. Wouldn't rely on the "Free Breakfast"… and slightly sketchy /slow customer service. It's effective for it's cost. Would recommend.

I've been to this hotel before. I stayed in good rooms for around 2 weeks, never had issues with the rooms. But their reservation system is TERRIBLE and LAME! It's just trash! On the day of my check-in at the hotel I found out that my reservation wasn't there! And I wasn't the only one, I found out that 2 other families had the same problem! Heeey Extended Stay, what's the matter of you guys? Someone needs to get that fixed! Nobody deserves to pass through unnecessary stress when planning a vacation! Just please… PLEASE… Fix this crappy system so we won't have issues with that anymore! That's all I ask! And I hope other people won't pass through the same I did… It just sucks!

Not as nice as other Extended Stay Americas that I've been to. A lot smaller, no place to put suitcase. Barely any parking. At least it was clean.

This was such a great hotel! I wasn't sure what to expect since some reviews weren't all that positive but I couldn't have been happier. The room was clean and the temperature comfortable upon arriving. We were told we had a queen bed but after checking in, they gave us a king. Really great customer service and would absolutely stay again!

Shirley went above and beyond for me and my family when I relocated to Atlanta and Tim helped us a lot also. I just want to thank them for being so kind to us. Thank You!

Located at prime location and the staffs are very courtesy to our requests and happy to help in our needs. Rooms are cleaned properly. Only thing is the kitchen is very small when compared to other locations.

Rooms rooms are clean but basic Furniture scratches and dents on furniture the kitchen area was not as clean as it could be no cooking utensils no pots or pans to cook in the kitchen that area.

Omg this place is great… im never going back to regular hotels when u can pay the same price for more space. Its worth it.

One star is giving this place too much credit. I could say a lot of terrible stuff about this place but I'll keep it simple. Rude stuck up staff. Will leave you waiting for ever while they talk on phone. Dangerous as hell here. Lock all of your doors. Hoodlums making drug deals and hollering at you. Dirty, bed bugs, just seriously terrible.

Great clean rooms. Staff was pleasant and the event room was more than we could ever want.

One of the worst hotels ever. The TV wouldn't work for anything in the world and the toilet would not flush. Best thing about this hotel is the location. Other than that, two thumbs down.

Room was clean. Breakfast was a bit misleading as it was a "grab and go" which wasn't stated that way on the website. Otherwise it was pleasant and I would stay there again.

Stayed there for about 13 months and loved the location. The amenities were good, the TV was a 32" HD flat screen, the bed was a queen, and there was a huge walk in shower. Small kitchen though. That being said, there were hundreds of bed bugs in my bed. Didn't find out till right before I moved, so I slept on them for a year. Gross. Management is mostly great, there is this "odd" character, Tim, who works there that was a pain sometimes. The manager, Shirley, took some warming up to, but ultimately she was wonderful to see in the morning when getting a cup of the coffee the front office brews daily. The rest of the employees were all so nice and laid back to chat with, I even befriended one. All in all, I surely can recommend this motel for a long term stay. Absolute 'A' on my list.
