We had a great time at The Mother’s Day Brunch. Our sweet waitress Teresa was so attentive to our needs.

The staff was very friendly. The place is fantastic.

Chastity gave an exceptional massage at The Spa. Clean rooms, updated interior and quality staff. The grounds are superb and we’re hoping to visit again soon!

Hands down best massage ever! Recommend Dee. Also enjoyed eucalyptus steam room and dry sauna. Robes and slippers provided. Take a change of clothes, makeup and shower after. Nice lounge with electric fireplace, water, hot tea and snacks. Can order food and adult beverages and purchase spa products. Professional staff. Booked next appointment and can hardly wait!

Stayed here during the US waterski masters. Despite some initial issues with over booking our room, the team sorted myself and my colleague out and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The bar was great and the staff were super friendly and meeting and chatting with the local Padre who frequents the bar was a real highlight. The buffet breakfast was a little pricey but was willing to give it a go to experience some southern hospitality. Looking forward to next year!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The seafood buffet was very nice, the desserts were outstanding! We took a walk to the lake and just enjoyed a nice, quiet evening after eating all that seafood. I recommend CG to anyone looking for a nice respite from a tough day in the office!

Booked a lake view 2 months in advanced. Called 3 days before to confirm everything and was told yes lake view. Get there and guess what no lake view. On top of that looks like the whole lake side view was rented out by a family reunion… wonder if that is why we got bumped? Also, there was so much noise in the hallway it was like a frat party. Would not recommend if your trying to get away for anything like a 10 year wedding anniversary!

I stayed here for a work event. The room was comfortable and the grounds were amazing. The employees were professional and courteous. The food provided during the training was also great. The only negative thing I can think of is that I could not stay longer. I am looking forward to my next trip.

When we arrive at The Lodge and Spa on June 14 I was told that the A/C was out in all of the guest rooms and hoped to have it working by the end of the day. They offered to send a box fan to our room which we gladly accepted. I asked why did they not call me ahead of time that the A/C was out and given a choice to reschedule, cancel or come on. It seems the A/C had been out before the day we arrived. The clerk did not even answer the question I had asked just told me they could send a second fan to our room. When we left the next day after a hot and miserable night it was still not working. I called front desk and asked about a luggage cart and clerk told me she would let them know. Called back after approx. 1 hour and she said she would call again. We just gave up and took luggage ourselves. Saw bellmen on the way to the car and he had not even been told to go to our room. He did offer several times to help us to the car however the car was only a few steps away. I have emailed them several times since I got home and have heard nothing from them. Today I have tried several times to call them and finally got an answer however when I told her what I was calling about the clerk hung up on me. She did call be back sometime later and told me one of the managers would call me. So far no word from them. I noticed two reviews said they were given discounts but we were not offered anything.

So the a. C. Was out in the rooms. But they discounted our rate gave us a fan, a cheese and fruit plate, and were kind and helpful. The attached restaurant was awesome but over priced. A Coors light should never be $5. And if your going to call yourself a tap room have more than 4 beers on tap.

Very nice hotel, good size rooms, very large bathroom. Staff were all very friendly, on site dining was good. Would stay again.

Rooms were great, but we had to request handsoap in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was wonderful! As for the Callaway beach, nothing was open at 4:00pm on a Thursday. No life guards, no snack bar attendants, etc. So it seemed very drab. We thought we'd go to dinner to kill time then come back and see if things were more lively — they weren't. We decided to go to the hot tub, but were told it closed at 7:30pm (it is now 7:15pm). Overall, it was a great stay — just wished there were more to do.

Wow! I am shocked so many good reviews honestly. My aunt and I had a completely disappointing experience. To start with the spa/Jacuzzi/pool closed at dusk and she and I go to resorts specifically for those amenities. We are not big drinkers, secondly there is really only one place to eat in the resort with really high prices and very low quality food — watered down coffee, pancakes, and syrup to name a few. And, the free water I am afraid are being refilled. Twice I opened water bottles that the seals were broken! Yikes. The wait staff clearly hates their jobs, they were very rude. Lastly, $75.00 cash was stolen out of my wallet. This really ruined the rest of the experience as we felt they must have been going through our belongings. I would not even recommend this place to anyone and LOCK UP YOUR MONEY!

Pretty room, and view. Like the area. Would be perfect, but if you don’t valet you have to walk far from your car to lodge. Would be bad if raining. Also, shower had mold on caulking and extremely hard beds.

Great for a quick romantic getaway. The Lodge and Spa has modern decor with very a very pleasant view. The romance package includes a bottle of wine for two along with chocolate covered strawberries. The fitness center has up to date equipment with a separate yoga room. I would definitely come back to visit.

We didn't stay here, but we ate at the Piedmont and walked the grounds. This place is rather beautiful with a nice fountain and garden, and the food was pretty good all-round. Service was also good. Ask for Glenda.

This is Debra from West Point. Larry and I enjoyed dinner with you at Cason Tap Bar tonight. Our first visit. Samantha was our server. She was refreshing. It was a lovely experience and the food was delicious! We plan to come to tell others here. We will definitely be back!

Good location for a relaxing vacation. We went there during the week for business. I was able to take a lot of waslks with my dog. (They were letting dogs in the spa due to a hurricane. ) Hotel was good. Service was low key. If the outdoors, gardens, and walking/biking is not you thing, avoid it. We went in town to eat and brought our own food for picnic baskets. Was a good trip overall.

This place is tucked away in the woods and I love that we were close to the gardens. The offered a shuttle bus to the Christmas village. Wonderful rooms and staff. I got the lights and breakfast package… great value and amazing time… highly recommend.

The Lodge and Spa at Callaway Gardens is lovely. They take real good care of you. The staff is very professional and quite frankly I had no issues.

We stay here about once a year while attending a special event at Callaway. The service is usually very good and the rooms are comfortable. This is the only Callaway-owned property that we like as the others are pretty run down. You'll pay for the privilege of staying here, though.

Room was nice. Liked the inclusion of separate bathtub and shower (easier with kids). Two 12 oz bottles of water included.

Rooms were spacious and beautiful. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet was top knotch.

The entire lodge and spa area is beautiful. The rooms and common areas are clean and the staff is very polite and courteous.

On 9.19.92 we came here on our honeymoon. We have been coming back every 3 to 4 years since then. This is our 25th anniversary. Can't imagine spending it anywhere else. As Always the staff and gardens are excellent. My Thanks to everyone.

Only ate the Peidmont dining room. Good food. Service was fair. They had endless pasta bowl for athletes for $15.

Beautiful surrounds engulf this pristine comfort lodge and spa. Staff is eager and friendly. Well worth a weekend or week visit.

Gorgeous view. Fun family experience, fishing, paddle boating, putt putt, swimming, FREE circus, and beautiful gardens. Clean rooms, quiet pool. They are working between lodge and Robin Lake, but it wasn't annoying. Only complaint was having to call to get room serviced one day, and missing seafood buffet because we didn't have reservations.

Fantastic experience with the folks at the lodge and spa. It's a nice, quiet area with plenty of activities for everyone. The rooms were clean and orderly with a great staff to welcome you. The weather was a little dreary but it was the only negative on the whole trip. I will be going back soon.

Romantic! Great get away for any couple. All the staff go above and beyond. Will definetely stay again. Best time ever! And the bathrooms are amazing!

The Lodge is wonderful. Our room was very nice. We did not have dinner on-site but we did have breakfast. The servers were attentive and the food was great. We will stay here again and have recommended the Lodge to our friends.

Beautiful place! It's so quiet and serene. Perfect place to celebrate my birthday. I came to see Fantasy In Lights and was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations! Larry, the bellsman, was the best! Very friendly. You can tell he loves his job! Customer service st it's finest!

We just stayed at The Lodge and Spa this Christmas Eve 2016 & it is a very nice & beautiful. Rooms are clean & spacious. The food at The Piedmont & the bar was excellent. We will definitely be staying here again for our next Fantasy in Lights!

I would definitely get the Lodge and Spa five stars. Every time I go there they are very attentive and take care of my every need. The facility is extremely nice. Callaway Gardens and the neighboring town offers lots if activities to keep you occupied. If you have reason to have a conference or meeting there this would be a top-notch place to go.

Reason for 4 stars… we just had lunch but the service and food was very good. Lodge was quite busy and people looked pleased. The facility looked nice and we plan to return for a stay.

This is where we had to check into our cabin. Beautiful building, great features, wonderful water fountains outback.

Calloway Gardens just bought the hotel back from Marriott and you can tell there is a big difference in customer service and not for the better. The gardens are nice but I recommend that you do NOT stay at this hotel.

Lodge was great but the food was not so great. The cabins were good, obvious wear and tear but still good. Beautiful grounds and great golf courses!

Location was very nice and staff extremely friendly. Met all of my needs. Area was beautiful and my family really enjoyed the butterfly exhibit. Food was good. Did not try restaurants on property which I imagine would be better.

The Lodge and Spa at Calloway Gardens is a beautiful place and is very relaxing. It is a great place for weddings, honeymoons, reconnecting or a family get away to enjoy nature. The rooms are clean and very inviting. Each room has a balcony with seating; however, there aren't microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms (at least not the ones we've had there). The food in the dining hall is great. The serve is wonderful and everyone is curtious. There is close access to the gardens and other activities to include the beach and park areas. This time of year is beautiful as they have various types of trees that capture the foliage of changing leaves.

I have been at the Lodge and Spa since yesterday and I am very much enjoying my experience and the hospitality. The grounds are so beautiful! I will definitely recommend the place to my friends. I do need to make a suggestion to the management. There are so many windows that allow the guests to look out at the beautiful grounds, but they are so dirty! I have seen maybe one or two actually clean windows. The lobby especially needs a good wipe down. The high windows in the lobby were covered with stains and spider webs. Marriott may want to consider hiring some window washers at least monthly to help keep them clean. The dirty windows has really been a turn off from the beauty inside and out at this location, and I wouldn't be surprised if its a deal breaker for future guests.
