Nice and clean. The people were very nice and friendly.

Right when I pulled in there to check in, I walked, I walked in and was greeted by Mary Ann. She checked us in answered all of my questions because I didn't know how much the fee was for my daughter's dog. She was very courteous, sweet and welcoming. Our room was clean and the AC was amazingly cold. My daughter's wanted to swim late so I asked what time do the pool closed and she told us we could swim until 9:30. We had a wonderful time and will definitely go back.

The front clerk had no personality and the room was filthy. The sheets were pilled and the mirrors and faucets hadn't been cleaned for some time… yuck!

DISGUSTING! bed bugs. Roach infested. Mold. Needs to be shut down. We tried to check our but no one was anywhere to be seen to help us. We just wanted to get the hell out of there.

Literally the worst hotel I've ever been to, and I not only stay at hotels quite often, I work at one. Front desk was rude from the get go, she let her child run around up front and yell at me. We checked in and left for the day to go hiking, we come back and settle in to find the hair dryer is broken to the point of an electrical hazard, there's three cigarette holes in ONE blanket. A few holes in the wall. All of this I was planning on telling them the next day because it didn't affect me too much. The roaches however made me pack up. We found one and started packing and then saw TEN MORE before we could get out. I went up front to get a refund and there's no one there. Working a hotel I know there's usually someone up front 24/7 so this was in no way okay. I paid cash for the room and judging by other reviews I'm doubting I'll be getting it back. I can even understand this being a cheap motel or something but I paid almost $80 for this room that I'm thinking I'll have to forfiet. 100% certainty you don't want to stay here.

Rooms are nothing like the pictures. Out dated decor. Stain filled toilet and tub. Cobwebs on the wall. One thing good thing, it's got a TV. Be very careful booking on online sites. Best too know for sure what you are getting.

Some people just have such horrible things to say, just to put b's on here, the people that run that place is the nicest couple I've met since I moved here, you know they bend over backwards to help anyone, and them rude no I feel other people just seeing other commits so they got to keep it going, sad why can't people say anything good anymore, I think Satan about to run 90 percent of bittheads, for now on if you see something dirty take picture, garrented you want find one, I just don't life at times anymore when can people speak goodthings, to yall. Sorry you were so miserable, may God bless you, I know them rooms clean, for fact,, where is the love poeple.

This is the worst hotel ive ever stayed at, roach infested, horrible service. The lady blatantly lied to my face and told me they were booked out, made reservations online outside and came back in and was given a room. Stay at the white column inn right down the road, no roaches and nice service. Ill never stay here again.

Clean staff friendly waffles machine to make own waffles nice. Pleasant experience.

I should have read the reviews before coming. Toilet in room 110 was dirty and doesn't flush, phone charger falls out of wall and roaches. Very dissatisfied.

Do not stay here. I Called to make reservations and lady was so rude, impatient, rushed and sassy for no reason. I really can’t believe they have someone like that answering phones. She didn’t have patience from the beginning of the phone call and when I POLITELY said “please have a little patience I’m trying to be a customer” she hung up on my face. And now she is refusing to answer the hotel phone line! Wow. She needs to be fired. I’ve never written a review but I felt like I should. It was very upsetting behavior. I was trying to find rooms for my company’s workers and then one of our employees had gone in personally since I’m two hours away and the receptionist walked in with the phone in her hand and both her and the manager denied getting any calls in the last hour. They insisted I was probably calling he wrong number-I wasn’t. She denied even ever speaking to me. So both her and the manager just flat out lied. RUDE and unprofessional staff. Not worth even one star.

The company I work for books rooms here at least 6 to 8 times a year for our employees. Normally everything works as far as a/c and heat, the hot water in the showers takes a minute to warm up in the colder months and yes the rooms could use an update as far as furnishings and plug outlets. I've attempted several times to plug phone charger into outlet behind the night stand between beds and the plugs are old and loose. So I have to use plug by the sink instead. Yes at times I've seen a roach or small bug and I just grab a piece of toilet paper and dispose of it. This isn't a Hilton inn but for the location you haven't a lot of choices. Its comfortable and cost is low prices. The breakfast bar is minimal with waffles, cereal, instant oatmeal, juice, milk. Nothing fancy so don't expect it to be.

Would not even be 1 if I didnt have to leave one for a review. 1 staff is extremely un happy to help guest we was booking a room for people coming in to town and they wouldnt let us look at the rooms even after we paid for them. They said it was $70 something a night for one room and we needed 2 they charged us $380 for 2 room 2 night. If you like for people to treat you bad and not care about you then this is your place.

Room had baby roaches running around. Dried up pee on the toilet. Dried up toothpaste around the sink. Dirty rags in the trash can. Costumer Service was very unprofessional. They were rude. They did not want to give us our money back. Law enforcement was called to the room so we could get our money back. If you visit Pine Mountain Ga please stay at Callaway Gardens or in Lagrange Ga which is 20 minutes away from Pine Mountain.

It was a fair stay for the price but definitely not clean. The toilet was dirty, hair all around the back and sides of toilet had not been cleaned in long time. Bathroom floor was sticky. And they only left 2 towels and there was 3 of us in the room. It was a great location and not much to chose from. Beds are super hard.

Our family was here visiting from Fl. The location to the gardens is very convieant. However, we received some pleasant customer service and some rude service. The hotel its self appears outdated. Pretty clean for the most part could be better. BUGS, BUGS, BUGS! I get it, there will be the occasional bug. But there was definitely an infestation with German cockroaches. The cleaning staff was present every morning and super nice and friendly. The outside appearance does not match what's on Google. It's unfortunate that this hotel couldn't be managed better as it would have a lot of business. Would not recommend. : (

We stayed here when Callaway Gardens double booked and they had no room for us even agree after a reservation and a phone call to confirm. The Gardens Inn and Suites was able to accommodate us at the last minute. Rooms are good size and clean. Outside entrances are always a star reduction for me and that is what they have.

This motel is the ABSOLUTE WORST place ever! One of the beds in the 1st room they put us in was unmaid and previously slept in. When I called the front desk the lady was rude and unapologetic and said to bring back the keys and she'd put us in another room. So we did and got into new room and it was a Complete disappointment. We opened the refrigerator and there were 2 dead cockroaches in it. When my son walked into the area by the sink there was a large spider on the wall. At this point I start thoroughly inspecting the room and find more cockroaches on top of refrigerator and under microwave. So trying to make the best of it I go next door to Family Dollar and buy roach and bed bug spray and spray room down with both and take kids to dinner. When we get back from dinner I go to unmake 1 of the beds and when I move 1 of the pillows I see a a small bug crawling on the pillowcase. It was a BED BUG! I am furious at this time and call the front desk and the lady tells me that there are no more rooms available and I can either suck it up or she could refund my money but it would 3-5 business days before it went back on my debit card. I told her to give me a minute to decide and A guy named Eugene got on the phone and started yelling at me that I had to decide right then. I went back to front desk turned in my keys and told them how I felt and acceted a refund to my card.

The front desk woman was down right mean. She told the family that was checking in ahead of us to keep their children quiet in the lobby as her child was sleeping behind the desk and she didn't want them to wake it up. I asked for a TV remote as our room did not have one. She told me to go back and look in the room again as it was supposed to be there. I did and did not find it. She told me to come back later because she was busy cooking dinner for her family. Whatever she was cooking had a heavy garlic smell that had the lobby smelling terrible. Had there been any motels left with a room, we would have left. Do not stay at this place!

Horrible customer service. Woman was rude at check in and every freaking time. I saw her. I did not return key to office. Rooms smelly. Musty. This place should be BullDozed. People relocated to try to find jobs that they can pretend to enjoy. Miserable ppl. Outdated place.

We got caught in a thunderstorm on a motorcycle trip. They graciously allowed us to park our bikes under the awning, and invited us in to ride the storm out. They'll have my business any time I'm in town!

My girlfriend and I took trip to pine mountain for the weekend. We initially intended to visit our preferred attractions in one day, but with the sun setting earlier we decided to stay the night and finish the rest of our trip the next day. The staff was friendly and informative. The facility seemed well kept but being the germ freak I am, I never visit any hotel without Lysol spray and wipes for the remote and all handles/ nobs/switches. AC worked great, slight problem with the hot water being consistent and at the right temperature. All in all not a horrible stay.

I would not recommend staying here the service was terrible. I called on the way and they said 60 dollars when I got here the guy said it didn't matter what they said on the phone that it would be 70 dollars and he was very rude. I only stayed because we had no where else to go at the time.

Extremely bad experience and if there is a choice I will give native rating! The room is dirty and people working here are rude! When the toilet is not working, the lady at the front desk (who is very rude and unfriendly) gave us a plunger and my husband worked as a plumber and when I asked to transferring to another room, she said that my husband have already fixed it. When I asked her that what if same problem happen again then she suggested use the plunger again… When I asked for refund that we don't want to stay here then she refused to refund our money because we have use the room already! Don't stay in this hotel! I wish I could read other people's review before we checked in!

My husband and I have stayed here a few times and really enjoyed our stay. Today I called to book a room for an upcoming trip and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and offensive. We will not be staying there again and will make sure we tell everyone we know.

Called to make a reservation and the Asian sounding woman was rude and hung up on me. After consideration, I called and cancelled my reservation she didn't ask for a name or anything, hangs up in my face again. So I call back again and say I just called and wanted to cancel my reservation and you didn't ask for my name, she said I have caller ID your room is cancelled and once again hung up in my face. Very rude and unprofessional.

This hotel was located within a couple of miles of Callaway Gardens. It had an excellent breakfast, rooms were clean and cheap and the hotel staff were very pleasant to deal with.

Horrible place dirty filthy and infested with bed bugs. Do not stay here. Management acted mad at us for requesting a different room when we found bes bugs. And at first told us none where available. Spend the extra money and rent a cabin or stay at calloway.

Stay away of this dirty with bed bugs hotel! I ordered this hotel online. When my family moved there, everything looked fine… but in the morning my husband saw the bed bug on his pant, and he took of the cover from the mattress where we found a lot of BED BUGS on the beds. We were shocked. I paid a lot of money for what? … for bed bugs that bit my family?. Now, we have itchy rash on our body. I have never seen such as dirty and terrible hotel.

This was by far the worse place I have ever stayed! We were traveling with a baseball team and the whole team stayed here and it was a nightmare. One of the ladies with our group had blood on her pillow. The clerk gave a room to one of our moms and when she went to what she thought was her room she walked in on someone else in the room! It was already occupied! How embarrassing! While we were gone to the ballfield they removed one of our families belongings out of the room without them knowing it! The folks running the hotel were rude and very unpleasant to deal with. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever! we will never stay here again!

They left the Wyndam hotel chain of hotels and I had a reservation with them. Was finally able to find the hotel and cancel.

We booked through Priceline as we always do. While Priceline reservations are only guaranteed double occupancy, it has never been a problem before to call the hotel and switch the reservation to 2 beds. When we called over a month in advance, the hotel was rude about our reservation and said that it would cost us $10 to change from a one bed room to a two bed room. This was not a problem, so we told them to make the switch and we would pay them upon arrival. Upon arrival, they claimed they had no record of our call, and no clue what we were talking about. They had us booked for a one bed room. They were also completely out of two bed rooms, so their only solution was for us to purchase ANOTHER room (supposedly the last one available). After about 30 minutes of arguing, they finally agreed to let us purchase the second room at half the normal rate. There really isn't anywhere else to stay in this small town, especially when Callaway Gardens is doing their Christmas lights, so we begrudgingly took them up on their offer. They completely accused us of lying about having called ahead and agreed on the $10 extra and wouldn't back down and admit fault. We felt that because we booked through Priceline and didn't pay the full rate through the hotel's own booking site, that when someone else came along looking for 2 beds and willing to book through them, they conveniently "forgot" about the change they had made to our reservation.
