We stayed a lengthy 6 weeks here while waiting for our RV to be repaired at Camping World. Very friendly staff, laundry machines are reasonably priced and we loved the suite we had with a kitchenette. The only downside was that this Travelodge does NOT have an elevator, however, the staff was very accommodating and helped us up the flight of stairs with our luggage.

Housekeeping did not clean rooms all day. No fresh towels or wash clothes. I asked the front desk does housekeeping clean rooms? We were at the theme park for 9 hours come back and room hadn't been touched. His response was She is up there now. Which she never came to the room so I went downstairs and received my own towels. There is NO phone in the room to call the front desk, you have to go in person for any questions. Looked in refrigerator and it's dirty and has ice frozen and drink stains. These rooms are over priced $119 nightly and couldn't even get fresh linens and towels. Very disappointed, I won't come back.

Hotel needs to be updated! Lady upon check out told us that the double bed room we booked wouldn't be big enough for 4 adults and that we needed to switch to two king rooms which would be 110 dollars more. Which we decided to keep our original room and it was more than big enough for us. The ac in the room only worked on high so it was freezing are heating to death. The halls had a musk smell to them. The view from our room was horrible all we seen was broken beds, dresser and a broken tv.

Pool was not open. Clean rooms and nice front desk staff. Felt like I may be mugged in their parking lot. Back side of motel had a lot of trash.

DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could rate this as zero stars. I would not hesitate one bit. The hotel is cheap, yes, but as far as cleanliness, it's awful. We found a roach in our bed! The hotel has a damp musty smell, and it feels like they have no a/c running throughout the hotel halls and lobby. Our sheets and towels were dirty. The worst part of our stay… BEDBUGS! I have bites all over my body, completely disgusted! Please avoid this place for the safety of your health.

Beds are comfy… it's dated but or room was clean. Staff was great.

Being a Wyndham property I'm very disappointed! Spending over$100 for a room for one night and finding all these things wrong is ridculious! The room had clean sheets and towels but that was it for cleanliness! The coffee pot in the room did not have the right parts to operate, the freezer on the fridge had 6" of ice, and there was no information on the phone on how to call for the desk or wake up call. This is not a 2 star hotel!

The travelodge was alright, the hotel was dirty and just didn't look nice. Although the rooms were a lot nicer than the hallways. The toilet in our room was loose and there was broken tile which are in the pictures, the shower was nice and had good pressure and a lot of heat. The beds were hard, the ac was really loud that kept me up all night, the breakfast isn't anything, just sasauge, egg omlet, toast, muffins, coffee and cereal that's it. It was alright food. The price of the room was great for the one night we stayed there. Although I wouldn't recommend it.

Was able to get a great nights rest. Clean room, comfortable bed and, friendly staff. Breakfast was good with a waffle maker! :-)

Do not stay here. It’s cheap yes I know and last min it works but you’re better off sleeping outside. Even at last resort, don’t do it. We made the mistake. To start off, it took forever to check in, and the lobby and hallways had a very distinct moldy smell, and the AC didn’t work in the hallways, they left the doors open all day long. We get in to our rooms and there massive cockroaches everywhere in the bathroom. We got a room exchanged but it was no better. The sheets smelled old, and the beds were uncomfortable. We asked for a few spare blankets and received sheets with burn marks. The next day we returned to find the our rooms weren’t cleaned. We had no toilet paper and no towels. I went to the front desk to ask why they didn’t clean our rooms, and they said our “do not disturb” sign was on the door which was a lie. We had no do not disturb. The front desk said they would have house keeping clean the room. Same thing the next day. They just refilled the toilet paper and the towels and that’s it. I guarantee there is no house keeping at this hotel. Breakfast is bad, don’t bother. This place needs to be condemned.

I got arrived at the hotel a little after 9:30 p. M. With my children. I had a few issues with the room key but I spoke to the receptionist and he finally got it squared away. My children loved the pool area and actually told me next time that we come in area they would like to stay at Travelodge Lake Park/Valdosta hotel. The rooms are descent for the price and the location is convenient to fast food restaurants as well. I would recommend this place because it's reasonable for the price and if you have little ones they would enjoy the pool area.

Was charged $5 extra for the free breakfast and killed 4 roaches. Had we had another option on a hotel that we could park our semi in I would have left after the first Roach… oh and the pan cakes and juice that I paid 5 for we'll there wasn't any. Oh and the shower wouldn't drain so my husband had to stand in my shower water to shower. I feel gross and hungry leaving here. The woman who checked us in was very sweet. So for that I give one star.

Wi-Fi was garbage, none what so ever. Guy at front desk was not nice or friendly. 1st room we got was gross so we moved. Second room had been freshly smoked in when we wanted a non smoking room. Floor was GROSS and sticky. Whole place STUNK. Killed 2 roaches in the room, fridge was broke and smelled like someone put a dead animal in it. Bathroom was awful, had to go to dollar store and get bleach and shower shoes. Toilet had nasty ring in it. Bed sheets had stains on them, pillows had long hairs on them. Yes its cheap and Close to Wild Adventures, but DONT waste your money. Might as well sleep in your car. Beds were uncomfortable, room doors barley shut I could see into the hallway. There was not chain lock, no dead bolt no nothing to keep anyone out if need be. I had to let my suitcase and clothes air out due to smell of smoke and mold.

This the worst hotel I ever been in good price but let's be real the food is always out no Wi-Fi horrible rooms this is horrible.

This is a great hotel if you just need to stop and sleep. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are soft. We arrived at 12am and left at 7am.

Nasty place trash everywhere n dey maids steal n dey crooks.

Unclean and rooms are extremely small bathroom was nasty with splotches of some unknown substance front desk manager wasn't friendly at all.

If you need a good nights sleep and a clean room for cheep then this place will do. The beds are comfy and the rooms don't smell like pee. It's the best room for the price in that area. And Sat's the man :D.

Well I wouldn't stay here just because I know what a rip off it is since I used to work there. If James Ceasar still works there he is a registered Sex Offender so wouldn't have any kids staying there either. This place owes me $8, 000.00 from me working for less than min wage at 60 hours a week. But since indians own it there was no point in going through with the suit because they would just pass it on to a relative and get out of paying me. Not a very good place of buisness.

My partner and I took a month long trip from Florida to Seattle, to Los Angeles, back to KY, and then home. On the whole a good trip EXCEPT for the experience we had with this hotel. Upon checking in and getting settled, we discovered that the advertised High Speed Internet Access was not available in the hotel rooms. As my partner's work requires daily internet access, this was not acceptable. Upon talking with the Manager-On-Duty and informing him that the Wi-Fi connection he got for me in the lobby does not stay connected in the room, all he had to say was, "We are providing our advertised services. " I said, "Not if the High Speed Internet Access is only available in the lobby. My partner can't sit in the lobby and work all night. We will be leaving and I request that you refund our money. " He refused, reiterating that the hotel was providing their advertised services. My bank is reversing the charges, but what a pain to have to get charges reversed this way. Also, the one and only ice machine in the hotel had no ice, so ice cold drinks were not happening either. Ice machine was not even connected. My suggestion? Stay ANYWHERE but at this hotel.

Do not stay here. I left a very expensive hungarian down pillow in my room and called right away to ask them to retreive it and keep it for me. They said they would. I returned to pick it up 4 days later, they had it in their office, but it was gone now. They thought maybe the house keeper Natoo Patel had it but he did not speak English. They had plenty of cheap pillowes but not mine. I spoke to the manager Mrs Gandi, she was rude and did not offer to help or ck with the staff. She told me she did not care what I did about it even if I filed a police report. She was not doing anything to help. The main Travel Lodge office is looking into this now. This is my first and last experience with Travel Lodge. Read these reviews and stay away from this place.
