Very clean and staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Hotel and room was unclean. I ended up not staying and they would not issue any type of refund.

Newer, great staff, good breakfast.

Friendly front desk interaction. Clean rooms. Over all great stay!

If I could give this a half star, I would have. The fact that the hotel is in need of fixing is the least of their problems. I would really like for this hotel to do the right thing regards to the two ladies, who were denegraded by your employee. If that's how she feels about black people; there's bigger problem. Why? The problem being that the company doesn't care enough to contact the two women and apologize… sorry goes along way. If it's heartfelt, if not they don't apologize… I guess they don't.

Shower door would not stay closed it would open fully. Doors in room also would open up if not pulled to. Whole place is unlevel wouldn’t surprise me if the hotel falls apart in a year. Very poor construction.

This is a very nice, new hotel; however, if you want a good night's sleep go elsewhere. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the TV's from the adjoining rooms as if it was in your room. Other guests doors opening and closing all through the night literally shake the walls. We arrived after midnight and were trying to sleep in, but were awakened by a VERY NOISY housekeeping staff yelling up and down the hallway… very unprofessional.

Very nice new hotel everything was beautiful.

It's a good location. Cracker Barrel restaurant right next door. Pizza Hut across the street. I gave three stars because the suite I was in was worn and in need of a refresh. But the rates were good, and everything was clean.

Nice place but only able to get CNN and Fox news. MSNBC blacked out. The Rodeo Mexican Restaurant is very good with guacamole side salads, big portions, tasty, and reasonably priced. Very popular with the locals.

NOT pet friendly** Nicest hotel. Very clean. Staff friendly. Beds comfortable and bedding nice. Makes you feel like your home. What a great breakfast in the morning from 6-10am. Nice and quiet here. If you miss breakfast, right next door is Cracker Barrel or McDonald's.

Is this not the hotel with the woman going on an unintelligible rant? She said some very questionable things to some women of color. Until Hilton addresses the issue, I would recommend no one book with this hotel. It seems some of their upper level staff is incompetent and not well trained. Rooms dont seem great either, with broken toilets and pull out beds. It is sad, because after reading, it seems there are other staff members who are friendly and helpful. I'm a Hilton Honors member, and will not be staying here. Furthermore, I will not continue my membership, if this issue is not addressed.

The staff was very nice. That's the only good thing I can say about this place. The room was super small. It had two sticky stainded spots on the floor, the ac was busted so it was hot as all get out. I spoke with the front desk and they sent their maintenance man. He didn't fix it. Beds were not queens as advertised. The fridge didn't work. The bathroom was small and hard for my wife who is in a wheelchair get in and out of. By the way we had what was marketed as a wheelchair accessible room with a roll in shower.

To put it simply, if it weren't for the staff I would have given one star. Staff was super friendly and wanted to accommodate but didn't have the ability.

My wife and I were traveling to Florida, we ran into some vehicle trouble on the Interstate. We called to inform the staff. They held a room for us because we were running very late. The night and morning staff were Excellent and very helpful. We can't thank them enough.

The rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was delicious, and Amber Sr. And Amber Jr. We’re so accommodating, bringing a cot so our birthday girls could sleep in the same room. Amber Sr. Suggested a fantastic restaurant, and basically delivered everything we asked for. I was very pleased and will definitely be back!

Hampton Inn sent us on our way with a "care package". It had water with a drink mix, snacks, and fruit. I also had an issue with the reservation I made with hotels. Com and they helped me resolve it. I'm impressed with this hotel chain. I would recommend it! I do wish they had a fridge and microwave in their rooms…

Staff is absolutely rude and NOT friendly! Needs renovation, toilets are broken and amenities are very basic for the high price that is asked for. WARNING: if you are a minority stay away! Very racist staff.

Sorry anyone had to witness such behavior displayed from Rose Lane in the video. She was fired in September of 2017. We do not condone such behavior and have taken steps with our current staff to ensure this never happens again. The current staff here at the Hampton Inn in Lake Park, GA would like to offer our apologies for unacceptable customer service. The GM who thinks she owns this property when she's simply a low wage worker is a racist blonde who needs to be fired! Absolutely barbaric, shes a terrible example of customer service and speaks ill of minorities to their face and behind their backs. Will be contacting corporate until this lack of respect and lack of professionalism is resolved, saying "you people" is completely uncalled for and inappropriate.

I had the best experience here they had a wonderful young lady (danica fenner) working at the front desk. She was extremely helpful with recommending local restaurants and assisting with all of our needs while we where on our vacation I would recommend this hotel to any one.

Pathetic! Arrived at 2:30pm, asked to check in early to freshen up for a funeral and was told that no rooms were available due to cleaning was ongoing. Came back and checked in after 3:00pm. Was given a dirty room; towels on the floors, beds unmade, garbage unchanged. Staff apologized and moved us to a different room. Flooring had cracks, sink wouldn't drain, Wi-Fi did work, bedspreads were dirty. Tried to use fitness center, TV didn't work, treadmill unsafe, basically unusable. Drive the 13 miles to Valdosta and get a decent hotel! Not up to Hampton standards! Won't stay here again!

One of the better Hampton Inns Ive stayed in, Ive actually stayed here 4 or 5 times over the past few years. Some highlights are the staff is always super helpful, the rooms are clean and quite. What more could one want?

I really enjoyed staying here, the rooms were really clean, the water pressure was absolutely amazing and very hot. The employees were super nice and made sure we had everything that we needed. The breakfast was great as well along with the coffee. It's right next to interstate 75 which was very convenient. The McDonald's right next door came in handy when the kids wanted a midnight snack and on the other side was a Cracker Barrel. There are store's within walking distance. Overall a great place to stay.

At 2:15 am garbage truck emptied dumpster at cracker barrel, wow what a way to wake up. Told clerk at desk, she said they hear about it all the time, nothing they can do about it? What about asking them to change pick up time. Room and parking good, safe area to stay.

Very good location, staff was very friendly, but the room had several issues. The heating unit sounded like a airplane when it came on. The comode seat had some kind of repair made to it and the bathroom faucet was so hard to turn on I thought it would break.

I have stayed here countless times and I’ve never gotten a room that wasn’t spotless. Seriously, they do an excellent job keeping the rooms very clean. The only bad thing is that the rooms are really starting to show their age. The guest rooms are in desperate need of a remodel or at least some new furniture.

Very clean hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good free hot breakfast with a decent amount of options. Also very comfortable beds and good shower.

Good for what it is. Gets filled up for area college football games. Food places close by. Very friendly staff. 5* experience but the hotel and location make it a middle of the road hotel. But definitely worth the stay if you are going to be in the area.

This hotel has age on it… needs renovations. The worst part was the lady during breakfast. RUDE! When asked if there would be anymore bacon or sausage she never even looked at me, looked straight ahead and in a monotone voice replies "I'm working on it". No utensils and the orange juice was nasty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel AT ALL. Mainly because of the rude breakfast staff. Never again. We left and went to the closest place to eat breakfast.

Definitely not the best Hampton I've stayed at. I used points so I didn't pay money. I noticed that it was less points than the other Hamptons on down the road. Because it was "cheaper" I expected a little less par. You can tell it has some years on it and it definitely needs some refurbishing all-around. I would have given 3-stars based on the room quality but the breakfast experience was pretty bad so I'll give it 2-stars.

Friendly staff and nice place. Safe parking lot, close to many stores. I would recommend it.

Rating: 3.75 The desk staff and housekeeping were great. The toilet was noisy and the tub was narrow (dipped inward), so it felt awkward showering. The bed was very comfortable! I loved the soft pillows. The room did have a slight odor that you eventually stopped smelling. Breakfast was enjoyable. Overall it was a good place to stay for the night.

The Hampton Inn in Lake Park Florida is awesome! I am writing this as an evacuee from Florida during Hurricane Irma. The staff went above and beyond to arrange the logistics so that my wife who is in a wheelchair could have a access to a roll-in shower. The facility is beautifully maintained. Highly, highly recommended!

Clean, modern hotel. No weird smells, stains or annoyances. Cute folded towel shapes, comfy beds, nice little coffee/hot chocolate machine up in the lobby. Plastic protective fitted sheet under normal sheets. I loved it and had a great stay.

Great Service! We needed to change a room from a smoking room to a non-smoking room due to asthma problems and they were completely supportive of it and not rude even though we called 3 times to confirm our room was still available. Even though we were "those" guests they were completely kind and ok with any of our inquires. 10/10 will sleep again.

We made our reservation online while traveling and didn't get there till 1130pm. They had our key in an envelope ready to go. The ladies working were so friendly. My husband and I chatted with them for a while and he was cutting up with them saying things like we wanted our bed turned down and chocolates on our pillows. They laughed and came back with a joke. Then he said something about wanting a coke and ice… who knew. One of the ladies went to the back and came back out with 2 cold cokes in a cute bag and said ice machine is going to be right outside our room! We were shocked! They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and smelled clean! I highly recommend this place. I will use Hampton inn in all my future stays! Thanks ladies!

This stay was nice. We enjoyed the suite. Had to get a different Room due to lock on door not working correctly. But was handled by staff. Would recommend to stay here.

The hotel location is not very good as far as things to do or places to eat in the immediate area. We stopped on our way to Disney World. The free breakfast was also part of us choosing this location but the breakfast was pretty bad. I swear we were eating powdered eggs! The staff however were very friendly and the bed was very comfortable. The room was spotless.

The hotel was surprisingly very nice. The room was clean and have nice space. The breakfast was good. It had plenty of cereal hot eggs comma massage sausage and juice. We went out to the pool. It could use a little maintenance. And some umbrellas.

Very clean. Breakfast was great… The omelets were delicious. Even the orange juice and coffee were good, too.

Rooms are surrounding the breakfast area, but we're still quiet. Was better than my Hilton stay the next night.

Found the housekeeper doing drugs in my room tried to speak to the owner about it he wouldn't discuss it said it was the best help you could get the night woman working at the desk appeared to be drunk there were bedbugs in my bed it reminded me more of a cheap indian hotel then at Hampton Inn.

Great staff but not so great hotel. Dated and in need of repairs. AC broke right when we checked in. Cracks in walls and flooring. Very cloudy pool! Messy breakfast area! Not at all a 3 star hotel. Usually stay at a 2 star up the road and thought this would be an upgrade, but for the price and quality of the rooms and surroundings, this place doesn't even stack up to the 2 star! Will not be returning here nor recommending it to friends or family (except mother-in-law ;O) )

I can't say anything positive about my stay at this hotel, I'm very disappointed at the room I got since there was no hot water to shower with. I feel I pay too much money for the service I got, the beds, pillows and blankets were old, the breakfast was far from decent, the front desk staff were a little bit friendly and they rewarded me with a gift card for the bad service I got.

Noise from I think AC unit quite loud. Also noise from cars. I was on 3rd floor on south side of building. To much light was able to enter room through cracks in blinds and also large crack in front door. Positives — clean and comfortable beds.

The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly. However, the thermostat in our room was broken. It was VERY cold (56f) in our room when we arrived at midnight. We already had the kids tucked into bed when we realized that the thermostat was showing an error message instead of the settings we had given it. The blankets were quite warm, so we just crashed for the night. It was up to a tolerable 65f by morning. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The biscuits, gravy & sausage were barely warm. The make-your-own waffles were good, but the selection of muffins, bagels, etc was pretty slim. The doors to the rooms open to an interior hallway that overlooks the breakfast area. The first floor rooms open directly into the breakfast area. There was some noise from the breakfast activity, but it wasn't terrible from the second floor.
