My friends and I recently stayed here for a girls night, and the lady at the front desk was nice, but the website said hot tub, we showed up no hot tub, they were painting the area for the vending machine so the entire hall smelt like paint. In our room, the clock wasnt plugged in, the phone didn't work, the TV was complicated and the lady at the desk didn't know how to fix it. The room was clean, but just seemed like an overall inconvenience. We will be finding a better hotel next time.

Staff at check-in was polite, Continental Breakfast was good, area was very clean. We slept very good, nice bed. Bathroom was not clean. Hair stuck to shower walls! NOT SANITARY in my opinion!

Not worth the money. So much wrong with this hotel. Over priced and undermantained.

Front desk staff is untrained. She asked for paperwork on a medical service animal which is illegal and we waited 40 minutes standing at the front desk waiting for the supervisor to come to inspect the paperwork. We weren't even staying in a hotel room. Supervisor was nice but the lady at the front desk needed more than a cigarette break to calm her nerves. Lucky the visit was for family and not me personally.

Quiet! I like quiet. I've stayed at a couple of other hotels in Hinesville that are not…! Maybe it's because this hotel was built earlier than most of the others and doesn't have paper for walls! Great staff, clean, comfortable. Not bad for a good night sleep.

This is our 6th day at this wonderful hotel. Tuesday our daughter had our first grandson his name is Griffin and his father is in the army here at Fort Stewart. We want to give a big shout out to Kathy GM, Haley breakfast Host, and Maria our maid. We have been kind of stuck here at the hotel because of the rain fall and weather we are limited for beach or the pool. But through it all God has blessed us with a beautiful healthy baby. The staff has gone out of they way too make sure we are as comfortable as possible. This is our fourth stay at this hotel and it is getting better and better every time we stay. If you are in Hinesville Georgia trust me this is where you want to stay. God is good.

Very enjoyable stay. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy.

The room was tidy but not clean. Hairy pillowcase, wrapper on floor. Room smelled heavily of spray cleaner and pet urine. Carpet was definitely not for bare feet. Nice customer service.

Great friendly staff! The beautiful young woman that makes the cookies every evening, makes them by hand, and they are delicious! Hot spa is real nice after a long day at work. Room was nice and spacious!

So I really had to think about the rating here. I feel a 5 of 10 more appropriate then 3 of 5. Parking was not well thought out. Entry into the building from front or back only with most of the parking off to the side. Check in went smooth. The room was average nothing to special but not really a let down either. Lighting was not great. The bathroom was decent. You can tell no one in maintenance or housekeeping is very tall because the caulk around the top of the shower was moldy and cracked. This is a very common thing most people don't notice because they're not 6'5". The first disappointment was when we got to the pool. The main pool did not have the pump turned on so there was a good bit of bugs and such floating around, so we stuck to the hot tub which was nice enough except for the 4 foot drop into the middle. The middle of the hot tub was deeper then any other one I've been in which was nice cause I'm tall but quite a surprising trip down when I stepped off. Then back to the room for showers and bed, stopped off for one of those nice cookies they usually have and the were out. Bed slept well enough. Got up early for a workout only to find the elliptical in disarray and had to settle for the bike. Then there was breakfast. This was the most disappointing. No bacon, no sausage, NO WAFFLES! The biscuits were dry the gravy was weird. The had some grilled chicken I think. Basically we had OJ and a Bagel.

The employees from front desk to maintenance we're great! They were so eager to help and serve. The breakfast help and very important cleaning staff we're also great and eager to help. The food was good. Choices slightly limited (enough to satisfy adults/ children) and the menu pleasantly changed daily. Front staff baked cookies daily. Wonderful place for price. Building a little old; looking forward to the upcoming hotel updates. Would stay again.

Clean, Comfortable, Affordable, and Friendly. What more could you ask for? Go a little bit away from the interstate and you'll be surprised by how nice of a room you can still get at a better price if you just drive an extra 15 mins away. Free hot breakfast was good and if the option isn't to your liking there is plenty of yogurt, bagels, toast, fruit, oatmeal, make your own waffles, and cereal. Hey, it's free and it's much better than fast food. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area again.

The Linens had a faint faint faint scent of bleach and just overall felt super clean. The room itself was overall exceptional! I personally especially love how the AC was at the foot of the bed and I was able to sit comfortably in front of it and cool off!

Hotel is clean breakfast was very good. However the gym is not work out friendly. The equipment is broken and there isn't room to do a good workout.

Great rooms that were clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was really good. The staff greeted us warmly when we went to breakfast the next day. This was a nice stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Hotel is very nice, most of the staff are very freindly. I appreciate the kitchettes in the room, when staying anywhere for an extended period of time, eating out and microwave dinners get old. Pool looked nice, hot tub was fine. The mattress was firm in the good way but the pillows were too soft. Overall great experience.

We had our children's baby shower at this location. The price was just right and so was the space. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. The bathrooms were very clean and the atmosphere was exceptionally pleasant. The staff was very friendly and they met our needs. I highly recommend this location for small events or to stay overnight.

Stayed at Country Inn & Suites in Hinesville, GA for the weekend, and I couldn't have picked a better hotel! the staff was super nice/friendly, rooms were clean, and location was good (given there isn't much to do in Hinesville to begin with haha). Only comment is that rooms could be a little colder/better air conditioning. Overall, I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Easy to see that their main business is not geared toward conferences and such. The' conference' room was small and crowded with only 20 people.

They let me look a few rooms including the one we stayed in prior to booking. One of the most comfortable and cleanest hotels I have stayed in awhile. The ladies at the front desk were great, very helpful and friendly. If I am ever back in the area; this is where I will stay.

The hotel was nice. The room was nice also. It did have a slight damp smell, which went away once the air conditioner was adjusted. The lady at the front desk tried to move my room to a top floor, with I really appreciated. But they were full. The only concern would be the doors that can only be opened with a key were propped open. Over all the hotel was nice and I will stay there again.

This place is a dump. It smells dingy like mold. The carpet is dirty, the AC smells and everything is old and worn. This place is in need of a serious renovation. I only stayed here because the Fairfield Inn up the road was booked and now I know why. I have been to nice Country Inn and Suites hotels but this one is really bad. The side door to get in is broken, I notified the front desk and they said "oh Yeah its like that". What? The door lock on my room is broken, the sink is falling apart and the refrigerator just freezes everything even though its on the lowest setting. No way I would pay 85 bucks a night if I wasn't here for business. I will never stay here again and I will tell my peers to steer clear.

While working for a communications company, I travel over three weeks a month. Not only is this the nicest hotel in the Hinesville area, but some of the best customer service I've experienced in the southeast. Kudos to Candace and the rest of the staff for their devotion to great hospitality, and I will continue to recommend this location to the rest of my peers.
