Love goin just to get away from everyone plus the breakfast is good… the ladies at the check in counter are always very nice even when I forget my key in the room more than once.

The breakfast is awesome… the staff and manager is beyond awesome. They accommodate your needs and if u have a problem they work efficiently to solve it. I give it a five star rating… I never had any problems.

The woman named Cara was sleeping on the job. When I walked in the office to ask for supplies she was sleep and staggering to the desk. She was very rude and had a nasty attitude. She was unprofessional and had no type of friendliness in her voice. I will never get a room here again. Also she saw a lot of traffic going on in other rooms but no complaints and my family was visiting me and my sister and they made a big deal about my 2 year old niece coming to see me and her mother. And we get kicked out at 2:33 in the morning. Cara needs to learn a little bit of respect and friendly customer service.

This hotel was good. The only thing that I would say was a downer was that the walls are super thin. The room next to ours apparently had a little "party" and they were super loud and rowdy throughout the night. I had to turn up the TV to drown out the sounds. I had my kids with me so it was uncomfortable to say the least. The room was fairly clean and the front desk was pleasant. I wouldnt choose this hotel again, but for the price was good.

This hotel was pretty clean. I wouldn't say it's going to be the nicest hotel you'll stay at but the people who work there were really friendly and helpful, and one of the biggest perks about it is that they had a bar/club on-site that was really nice. We attended an event there so it was nice to be able to go to the event hang out the bar and just walk to her room.

Price is not bad but 4 the price it we should get a better breakfast like other hotel do. I work in the health department you need to change where you serve you food from if I notice am sure other people do. The next time I will inspect. Otherwise OK.

The room was okay but had a smell. There was noise all night constantly from other guests walking by our room. There is "breakfast" included with the room charge which turned out to be eggs, grits, and gravy. No coffee, no cereal, no bacon or sausage. That shouldn't be considered breakfast. When I mentioned it to the front desk receptionist she said absolutely nothing. This room was definitely not worth the price they are charging.

Econo Lodge has the best rates in town, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. They also have an amazing staff, everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable about the rates and rooms. By far the best affordable hotel in Hinesville.

We had a great time at the bar but it's one lady I think Lynn her hygiene was terrible and she kept smoking cigarettes back to back very smart mouth too she was sloppy who hires people that their hygiene bad. It was another black girl very nice she was trying to put a smile on everybody that walked in she spoke and smiled didn't get her name she was behind desk. The bar food is awesome loved it very fun people but I think we will return to the bar jjs but that Lynn lady somebody need to train her to be clean and nice.

The girl at the front desk was very helpful I remember her because her name was the same as my sister so I would like to say thank you Angel you was very helpful you a very bright and helpful person even though I did not stay at the hotel the lobby was very clean and well-kept and thanks for the information you were very helpful maybe next time I'm in town I will stay there Mr Miller I don't understand what you're problem is with any one at the econo lodge maybe you should stop putting bad review just because you're a very unhappy person and what ever the young lady did before work at the hotel is no one's business but her I think that you Mr Miller are a liar sir the young lady Angel was very polite and super helpful.

Literally the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at! The room was gross and the blankets on the bed had cigarette burn holes in them. We stayed there two nights and there were people outside our room all night and day yelling and screaming, we couldn’t sleep at all. Went to go get ice and the ice machine didn’t even work. Please, do not waste your time staying here! You’ll regret it.

The rooms are clean and really nice. Love the breakfast and it's quiet and in a great area. Friendly service and very helpful housekeepers.

Me and my wife stayed last weekend to see our daughter station at fort Stuart and we had a great time… staff and people around are nice and friendly… good service… and a good bar… Fridays are latin night and Saturdays they play rmb from the 90s… and easy to get around.

If I had an option to not select any stars, I definitely wouldnt have. My experience here was very disappointing. A friend of mine and myself reserved a double room for one night and waited over two hours just to check in because the room was being “cleaned”. Our room was not up to par and did not reflect a two hour cleaning. I was very frustrated when I awoke to being bitten by bed bugs. I alerted the staff at the front desk before leaving and got a “sorry”. Would not recommend and definitely will not go back.

A whole lot better now than a few years ago! Clean room … bathroom clean with nice soft clean towels & clean comfortable beds with fluffy pillows… the breakfast is freshly cooked… eggs. Grits. Sausage. Plus waffles. Orange juice… I really enjoyed my stay here… I definitely wud stay again.

BEDBUGS, BEDBUGS, BEDBUGS! When I walked into the room I felt uncomfortable however I was there for an event. After the event I finally decided to get in the bed and try to go to sleep pull the covers back and there was the biggest bed bug I had ever seen. Needless to say there was others on top of a comforter I was so frightened I got out of there and still had to drive home late at night and frightened, room number 202.!

The rooms are being updated. They do not have coffee makers in the rooms, but have coffee in the lobby. The Wi-Fi signal needs to be boosted. It would drop multiple times of the day and night. It is in a great location and is easy to get into and out of. The staff is so nice and accommodating.

Friendly staff & nice bar. Free live music was great during a military conference. Bed was very uncomfortable. Possible bedbug & roach problem. Free breakfast and decent pool. Rooms need coffee makers. Hope I don't carry critters home with me. Otherwise good hotel for the price.

Alice and the gentleman at the front desk are very nice and very helpful. Rooms were clean when we arrived and they have an excellent housekeeping team that stays on top of their duties. Overall I would recommend this property.

Budget hotel Nothing fancy, but the bed was comfortable (but a little "squeaky")

Definitely fits the economy style. It's an okay location. The staff are boring. Everything could use an update. Good prices. Not monthly.

Worst stay I have ever had. I stayed 2 nights… the 1st night my bathroom flooded and it took me to call them 3 times to come up and see about it… they gave me a new room and better looking… but I woke up with bites all over the left side of my face! They said they would call an exterminator but their manager is in India until Jan. And there is nothing they can do.

Nice room, nice people. Needed coffee maker and new mattress. But a good place to stay if you're super tired and your mom ey is short.

Good staff good price and descent breakfast.

17 October 2017. do not go! bad business/management save your money & find a different hotel on 16 oct 2017 I reserved a room for one night. Mike, the hotel manager, personally helped me with my reservation. I checked into my hotel room at around 1700 and immediately went to work after I put my belongings in my room. My job happen secure a room for me much closer to my work site. I asked Mike, about1830hrs, for a partial refund. He said yes. Unfortunately for me Mike has been avoiding me and refuses to return calls. In addition, the hotel maintains original colors of previous business before it was converted into a hotel. There's no telling if Eco Lodge is a hotel or Mexican restaurant.

Clean and comfortable, the owners are great, the prices comfortable.

Horrible experience. This has to be the worst place I have ever tried to stayed at. The first room they put us in had baby cockroaches crawling around everywhere, the room smelled horrible and was not at all clean, bed was terrible (had cigarette burns in the bedding) wouldn't even think about getting in it for fear it was loaded with bedbugs and god knows what else. Gordon Ramsey (Hotel Hell) would have a field day there. They moved us up to another room same thing, cockroaches, smelled terrible, place was filthy. Worst part was there were young people everywhere drunk and right outside my window fighting and yelling at each other and had an almost empty bottle of vodka which I was afraid was going to end up over the balcony on my new vehicle, was really frightening. Needless to say we left and went to the La Quinta right down the street which was oh so much better. Will never go to an Econo Lodge again, ever. Not even worthy of one star but had to give it one to post to warn others.

Went to escape a hurricane. Power went out. Check in was fast.

This place is awsome to stay. I was just expecting a stay like other hotels but it was homely feeling. Nice and clean rooms. I would suggest others if you are looking for hault then you should definitely stay here.

Nice place walking distance to a lot of restaurant but the fridge in my room ranned real loud all night.

The hotel has a club/ bar in the facility. The bar had a concert one night with artist Pokey Bear or something like that. The club goers parked everywhere and there was absolutely no where to park. Some hotel renters were parking across the highway street and walking. I had to park in a no parking zone and still walk. The staff said it would be resolved and it was not. At 3:30am, I still heard the music from the club within the hotel and still there was no where to park. I asked for the supervisor to contact me regarding this and the issues I had with the staff working the breakfast area, and Mr. Patel never bothered to call. It was a terrible experience.

Location is good, rooms are fine except for minimal details like the lights not working in the room.

This hotel was extremely in need of upgrades. The lobby is well kept but the room was not. The paneling along the baseboard was peeled back far enough for someone to consider reattaching the panel. We all sleep surprisingly well. We later found out that we needed the room for a second night. I inquired about the addition and was told that the price for the second day would be $94. What! I am still in shock. How dare them even attempt to charge at that rate. Unbelievable! Rate and value should coincide Econolodge of Hinesville! Nothing about this hotel starts with a 9; the value nor the rating.

Management sucks. They really have no clue what customer service is. I will never spend another dime at this location in which I've come to for over 12 yrs. The best thing about this place is the location. The rooms are ok but very lack luster. I'd rather pay more to get real service and a better over all experience.

Nice hotel but I prefer hotels with rooms inside the building.

They is so rude I call to reserva a room I ask them to hold on for a min to get my information I pick up the phone they hung up the phone I call back I never got a answer for bout 2 hours.

It is very close to many eating places like pizza hut etc. The hotel was clean. The room we got was really clean except for the bathroom. The bathroom needs major cleaning all around. The bathroom walls were dirty between the tiles and you could see the old soup or water marks all over it. The bathroom floor was clean. So I dont really know how the person cleaning the rooms decides on what to clean. Now the shower curtain was clean. Overall is good. I slept really good. No loud noises, no bugs, no dirty sheets.

Great place to stay with family. Great customer service. Clean and we'll maintained. Will definitely choose this hotel again if I'm in the area.

The first thing we checked was the bedsheets and it had sesame seeds between them, blood on the pillow and bedspread. There were also French fries on the floor and the carpet wasn't vacuumed because my kids feet were black from it! The tub had what looked to be pubic hair in it like Sasquatch was trimming up. On top of that when we asked for turn down service a non English speaking Mexican came dressed in regular clothes, non uniform and only brought sheets to replace the disgusting bedding! The main lobby was playing such load music in the bar I couldn't hear myself think. I would refrain from ever staying at that gross dump! Also it took almost a week to get our refund and their corporate management was unsympathetic to the pathetic display of hospitality! Gross!

This place was absolutely disgusting, the room they put us in was a previous smoking room. The bathroom had many issues and the place was dirty and the workers doing stuff for the hotel were fowl. Overall not impressive.

A Great Value. Friendly staff, passable room, breakfast, safe and nearly half the price of the hotels nearby. I found none of the problems mentioned in earlier reviews. Highly recommend it for the traveler on a budget looking for a safe, inexpensive hotel.
