Everything has been fine we went to bingo that was the only activity we had offered to us the person hosting it was generous with the gifts staff seems friendly enough.

Been coming here for 30+ years. Close to Atlanta a total change of scenery. Fireplace and a balcony on the river. Great hiking, waterfalls and mountain views. The town of Helen is fun with some good restaurants. The grounds of Loreley are beautiful and the amenities are great. Highly recommended!

Great location and place to stay.

We have been coming here for years, and have always enjoyed our time here. We brought our children here when they were young, and they are now bringing their children. There is a family friendly atmosphere and the staff are always eager to serve.

Yes but forgot to mention, something is going on with the air upstairs, not working right, it was comfortable downstairs but upstairs was very hot… A10

Great place to stay. Can visit other towns that aren’t too far away. Close to waterpark and tubing.

Beautiful resort. Stayed near the river. Loved that they have grill kits and games with no extra cost. The staff was nice and curious. We will be back.

Definitely not up to RCI Timeshare exchange standards… quite a disappointment to be honest, terribly outdated and run-down. Everything works as it should but the interior just needs a significant face-lift. The grounds are well-maintained and the deck/gazebo area over the Chattahoochee is beautiful. Great playground and decent enough outdoor pool.

Owned and been here on my week for 36 years. Unit gets old and some things get old. Maintenance checks are needed. That is all. A 4 star for all other areas of interests. My complaints are sent to the office.

Loreley is a timeshare resort in Helen, GA. Nestled on the bank of the Chattahoochee river near it's headwaters it is a quiet space in your busy life. The resort is developed around the chalet idea. There are one and two bedroom units available. The two bedroom units have about twenty stairs to the entrance there are no elevators. The resort has two pools, one outdoor and one indoor. There is a large hot tub in the office complex Down by the river is a large gazebo with several picnic tables and gas grills. The resort will check out the grill utensils on request. The resort offers a limited social schedule or will provide information for exploring the area.

Great place. Convenient location to walk to town (might be too far for small children). Big hot tub. Lovely grounds and fantastic staff and FAST Internet connection.

I have been going to Loreley with my family for 26 years, and it has always remained wonderful! They are clean, and the staff is always kind and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here!

Conveniently located. Small units. Not handicapped accessible. Fine for young people with young children.

The good & the service was unbelievable. Had fried green tomatoes & the Bison burger 5 star with live music will definitely return.

Loreley Resort is an excellently maintained Resort condo Village with tons of amenities like an indoor pool, and sauna. I grew up vacationing here several times a year and was never disappointed. As an adult, I am amazed at how immaculately will kept the property is as it appears not to a nearly as much as I have! All of the units include fireplaces and there's nothing better than a crackling fire most any time of year, except summer of course.

My family came here for a Christmas getaway. If you're looking for something quiet and rustic in a unique town this is a really great option. However, along with being rustic and boutique there are some drawbacks. There is no account for your room so you have to pay out-of-pocket every time and many of the transactions for small things such as firewood or movies they want cash. You also can't check in whenever you want to so make sure you're there between normal business hours for check in. If they catch up with the times and allow credit cards to ease my stay I'll give this place closer to a full 5 stars.

A perfect private "get-a-way" located in the North Georgia mountains! The Staff has always been friendly and help full. Everything you need is located right at the resort or just around the corner in the beautiful quaint town of Helen, Georgia. We loved our stay Loreley. The staff was friendly, thoughtful, and very helpful. The room was clean and plenty big for our needs. We had 4 adults and 3 children. The location was close to the attractions of Helen. We drove because of the cold, but we cloud have walked to most things if we had wanted to.

My family was staying here and came for the day/evening to visit. The buildings were adorable, beautiful landscape and surroundings. Right in the heart of Helen. I was especially excited about the indoor pool since the weather is cold right now. Great playground.

This is a very nice place to stay in a condo that is a cottage type. With large outdoor pool and indoor hot tub as large as some swimming pools. The people who work here are very nice to work with.

Love it! I have been coming here once a week for fourteen years and I have never found a better place to stay in Heren. It is so close to Downtown and the kids love the park and the view they also love skipping rocks in the river and swimming in the pool! There is no better place to stay!

It's not bad. The amenities are here. The place is clean and well maintained. The internet is slow and the TV's need to be upgraded. It looks rustic but everything is functional.

Fabulous place! My fiances uncle is the owner & they truly take pride in their condos! Super clean, lots to do & such a friendly staff! If you've never been here before, I suggest you put it in your list ☺

Time share resort. I have been coming here since the 80's well kept, maintained, updated. There are stairs to the units. Property well maintained. Helped us with getting a surprise family get together by renting us their pavilion for 5 hours helpful pleasant employees.

My parents have owned at this property for well over 20 years. This is my second time visiting. Both times we had a really great time. The condos are clean and well-maintained. The management and staff are all exceptionally friendly. If you're looking for a place to stay in Helen, I definitely recommend it.

Nice quiet resort. Issues in our first room were quickly resolved. Lots to do in the area.

My family has had at least one condo here for years and we love getting to come up here! The rooms are nice and are cleaned well between each guest so you feel good about staying. And there is a lot around to keep you busy or you can feel comfortable just hanging the resort. You do have to put up with done noise concerns if you stay in a lower room though which can be a little annoying at times.

Better than it looks online. Pleasantly surprised. Older building but very clean and relatively recently updated. Nice staff and beautiful areas.

The location is great! Close to the main strip, and tubing spots. The rooms have an old late 80's, early 90's design scheme, but are very clean and comfortable. The mattress was a bit old, as I sunk in to it when I went to bed the first night. The second night I flipped the mattress, and it was a bit better. I will definitely stay there again, though. Good value for the money.

Have owned at Loreley since 1983. Our three children and five grandchildren love it here. Staff here is very friendly and helpful. One of the nicest if not the nicest resorts in Helen. Lovely grounds. They keep the resort in great shape compared to others this old. Great outdoor pool, indoor pool and sauna and large hot tub. Rooms are well equipped. Many other items available at front desk for asking. Own four weeks here. Always here for Fourth of July. Tubing on Hooch three times this week. Town walking distance from resort. Great places to eat. Grounds at Loreley are beautiful. Outdoor grills for grilling. Gazebo down by river is nice. Water park next door. Kids playground, basketball court along with tennis. ❤️

Lovely condo Resort with many aminities like indoor & out swimming pools. Hot tub and gym facilities. Entertainment room & lovely little river with trout, running along side of resort grounds. Within walking distance to main Helen & all the little shops.

Beautiful resort! We've enjoyed everything so far. It's in town, walking distance to the main streets. River access, gas and charcoal grills available first come first serve, grilling utensils available at the office, sporting equipment available too. Free Wi-Fi. Loved the riverfront picnic pavilion. Activities with the activity director at the resort were awesome! Assigned parking! Access to the rooms all have stairs.

We just stayed 3 nights for my dad's birthday and we had the best time! The room was clean and pretty and completely accmodating. There were plenty of supplies left for us to make things easier. We stayed in the Ausburg building which was in the middle and about an equal distance to the hot tub and indoor pool, and was right near the playground area, so we had ease of access to everything. I loved that there were heated bathrooms at the pool and spa areas so you could change and not have to walk back to your room in the cold in wet suits. It was a bit of a hike, but we were also able to walk to down town Helen to all the shops and restaurants as well. The staff were nice and accommodating and we will definitely return!

Loreley is a great place for vacation. The staff is very helpful and it's even within walking distance of the town. They do a great job of making sure the rooms are well taken care of and that you get anything you need. It's a great place for families to take time out and just be with each other.

My family has been coming to Lorely every year since before I was born and it is always wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are comfortable and lovely. I look forward to it every summer.

Family friendly that is safe and sound. Like a close knit neighborhood. Home base for exploring the area. Will be back. Wish there were more grocery stores in the area but hey we're on vacation.

We have stayed here many years. It is comfortable and cozy for us. The resort is older but VERY well maintained, beautiful surroundings and waking up hearing the river is wonderful.

Great place to relax. Quiet, beautiful, sound of bubbling crystal clear river out your back door. Who could ask for more!

Just left from a weeks stay at Loreley. Can not say enough positives about our recent week at Loreley Resort! The 2 bedroom condo was absolutely charming and so comfortable. Loved the fireplace, eating area, balcony and loft. Was fully equipped with more than expected, down to a welcome hospitality basket! Indoor pool was very nice and spa so relaxing. Loved walking the grounds plus equipped with gas grills and the private bridge to go into town. Also, the two receptionists, Whitney and Linda are the best, so pleasant and helpful! Would definitely return — a great resort, a cool town and so many great things to see close by — a win win!

We have only been here one night. So far so good.

We stayed in the Munich building on the ground level. Great room that sleeps 6 on a Full sized bed, Two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Full kitchen means that you ate able to cook and use dishwasher and not eat out at every meal. This let's you economize on good and spend on other activities. Room overlooks the Chattahoochee river and makes for great mooring coffee views from balcony.

This is one of the best time shares I've been to! The resort is right of the Chatahoochee River and the units are beautiful! It is a perfect place to enjoy the charming German town Helen. We are already making plans to go back!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. I've had a timeshare with them for 4 years now and I love getting away for just a week. Its kind of an old timey Austrian village. They've been remodeling one block of their buildings a year so its starting to look more up to the times. Excellent customer service. Just overall peaceful place.

Couch bed very flimsy, good for children not for adults. Hot water is plentiful and pressure good. So far all good Very good location.

This was listed as a 4 star resort in AFVC and 4 star it is NOT, the coffee pot had not even been rinsed out, all the appliances and furniture needed updating badly, the ice maker was broken, the dishwasher did not even clean the dishes so we ended up doing them by hand, all the linens, except the sheets and pillowcases on our bed, were more like rags, the pot holders were all ragged and ripped. All the places we have stayed in the past have had salt, pepper and coffee filters but certainly not here, we did take 2 of their tours which were very nice and the driver was excellent.

Bought a timeshare there and have had it about 4 years now. This year I must have missed the renewal but didn't get any late or additional letter letting us know it was missed so didn't think about it. Today I get a call from a very rude collector about it who wouldn't give details on their agency and was just accusing me of being someone who just doesn't pay my bills. I have a bookkeeper and turn bills over to her when they come in, it must have been overlooked as a mistake which doesn't happen often. I called Loreley and the person I spoke with had no personality and just didn't give a dam and told me to take it up with the collections. I asked why second letters or something stating are not sent to let people know it was either missed or maybe people send it and it's lost in the mail and he just replied to take it up with collections. Thanks but I won't ever be going there as that is just crappy service and can mess up an owners credit which they don't seem to care about.
