Had a wonderful stay. The room was very big and comfortable. The staff was amazing. Very helpful and a real pleasant atmosphere and staff!

We recently stayed here and had no hot water at night to bathe our little ones for the 5 nights we were there. We told the staff about it 3 times and they changed our room but it did not solve the problem. Wrote to them after the stay and was just told they were sorry — no discount offered or anything. We will never stay here again.

My experience at this hotel was so awful that we didn’t stay. There were roaches in the kitchen areas in the first room and then the second room they moved us to. I spoke with the general manager and he told me they could refund my money but there was nothing they could do as far as get me some kind of comp for another hotel since they had already took my money off my card. Luckily I had the money to go to another hotel but when I questioned if there was something he could do so I would have to come out of pocket again he stated because I was on a special code which was an employee rate he was NOT going to help me on anything and all he could do was check me out of the hotel and that was it he wasn’t going to look further into it and tried to argue with me and get an attitude. Little does he know that I sale Marriott properties for guest who is looking for a great experience and in all of my years of being with Marriott and staying at their hotels this is by far the worse service and hotel I have ever experienced. I DO NOT recommend this hotel ever and will not be letting my clients stay there. The Residence Inn in Buckhead was excellent and I appreciate their service so much so anyone who wants a great experience please go to the Residence Inn in Buckhead which is phenomenal and I will be sending my client there. Duluth location is off of my list and I will be letting my Marriott mentors and sellers about how horrible this place was for me.

The First Lady I encountered went over & beyond to make sure we were taken care of completely. The breakfast was great & the room was more than what we anticipated. All in all we had an amazing experience & it had a lot to do with who runs the front counter.

Great service. Just an advice to management. Make sure the cleaning crew dusts everywhere. On my first night here, there were a couple of bugs in my room, which I'm sure came straight from hell and wanted to eat me alive. The awesome night manager switched me to a room upstairs right away after I called the front desk :).

Great hotel night staff was the best! Angela was our Saving Grace, we were a needed family to say the least and she helped us as much as possible with a smile on her face! House keeping was not the best with keeping us stocked w towels and toilet tissue but the rooms were very clean. Very nice grilling/pool area that we used nightly. And during the week nights there were free wine and beer with some type of food.
