When we got in our room, the mini fridge was unplugged and dirty. They kept giving us 2 towls when 3 of us were staying. Low rates. If there's no where else.

Nothing to brag about. It has the basic amenities. I would not stay again because they have rules like "no guests after 10 pm" and "no guests under 21". I thought this was a motel, not a homestay.

Cheap and I never got my 10 dollar deposit for return of key and the place is to loud busy but you can walk not 100 feet to convince store and next to it one clev finest hamburger joints.

Great place for low price. Great staff! Gas station next door is convenience. The restaurant two parking lot down has very good food. I will stay here again.

The hotel is located right on a busy bypass and when I say that your room door is like 40 feet from the bypass. So, traffic is loud and almost constant. The rooms are small and out dated. Not to mention they seem to have a terrible odor to them. People run in and out all hours of the night, while being loud. Shady characters. The people at the front desk don't speak a lick of English and are rude. Oh yeah and they are way overpriced for the kind of motel/hotel they are.

The rooms are clean, the parking lots are clean, the staff is friendly overall it's a good place to stay.

The room was basic, but clean. Going to the front desk could be better, you ring a bell and stand outside for a couple of minutes before you can go inside.

The room was dirty and smelled so bad I was not allowed a refund looked like a safe place with the fire station directly next door. Never again wish I could post pictures.

It's an old motel. Have seen worse for more money.

Tight quarters but clean. Mattress clean and bug free. Friendly staff. Would stay there again.

Floors dirty. Sheets on one bed looks dirty. Toilet flooded mold in shower. And writing on bathroom wall says have bedbugs watch out.

Bugs in bed. Heater not working. Terrable.

Room was ok though I'm not entirely convinced the sheets had been changed. The lady at the front desk was rude and the man was unhelpful.

$300 a week when those places in Knoxville and Chattanooga for 200 that are twice as nice this is ridiculous my door won't open once I shot it the main office has to come in with the master key to let me out every time I want to get out I've never stayed at a place so raunchy.

Not the greatest place. front desk is noisy and the people are sweaty and rude as all hell. Also, I stayed in a non-smoking room because I don't like the lingering smell of smoke in my room. I smoke outside of my room religiously. Even at home I don't smoke indoors. I proceeded late at night to smoke OUTSIDE of my room, brought my cigarette butt back in the room and laid it on the night stand between beds. In the morning I cleaned up my trash and threw out the butt along with the rest of the trash. I find out three days later that they charged me for smoking in the room. Over and over they threatened me with calling the county so they could charge me $200 dollars more than the $50 fee for "smoking in my room". They kept saying "we have pictures of ashes in your room, so we KNOW what happened" followed by more threats. I'm calling better business bureau as well since they can't be professional, apologize and refund my money. I even told them to watch the cameras outside so they can see me smoking OUTSIDE and they again repeated "we have pictures, do you want us to call the county to charge you $200? ". Terrible business ethic. Terrible attitude. Terrible way to treat a customer who did nothing wrong. I vote, no one go to this terrible place. plus the beds are so hard that my back had to be adjusted by my chiropractor immediately the next day. thanks for nothing applegate.
